Very laid back, knowledgeable and friendly staff! Well priced with a nice selection of blown glass pipes and accessories! Big selection of incense as well.

Great selection. Staff was extremely friendly. Kind of out of the way for us but when were in that part of town well definitely stop in again.

Best prices in town went to 42 degrees and I laughed at what there prices were for what they were selling, master blaster had way more selection with great prices I will definitely be back to add som more glass to my collection ❤️💯

Always friendly and laid back. No pushy sales people. Just a well knowledged staff. Pricing is more than fair, but buy a few things at once and they will usually cut a deal.

Staff is not professional, food laying around from lunch, it had been sitting awhile. None of the employees were wearing protective masks. One girl was laying across one of the couches. Not very clean inside and when asked for said item the employee was not knowledgeable. I wont return.

Glass in all ranges of prices. You can get a staple piece that should be shown off or something you could smash and just be upset that you have to clean it up but still go get another one. Ive never felt rushed in this store which I cant say about the other stores in Omaha. Seth as well as the rest of the staff are very helpful and if they cant help you they are straight forward and tell you where you can be accommodated. Six out of five stars honestly.

Went in for a G pen elite because the manufacturer had a 50% off sale. Owner wasnt able to match the price exactly (understandable), but did through in a bit of extra accessories on top. Amazing customer service from the owner and store employee Cole. I will definitely be back.

Came in for first time as of a few months ago, Never wrote a review till now on google but I just wanted to say I absolutely love your store and the prices you guys offer. Always makes me feel welcomed and I’ll definitely be back soon.

This place is an absolute dump. It smells like sewage Everytime I have gone in. The employees just sit and watch Netflix. I had a particularly bad experience recently with one of the employees. Me and my girlfriend went into the store and him and a friend Im assuming were sitting on the couch watching Netflix with the lights off. He jumped up and ran to turn on the lights. I dont know what he was doing. Seemed to me like some Netflix & chill. Then he thinks its alright to follow customers around the store and just stare at them while they are browsing. Thats not good customer service. If I have a question I will ask. I asked the employee to give me some space and instead he wanted to just be rude. He followed me out of the store and threw his body into my car claiming I hit him. When the cops showed up he admitted that he was lying about the whole thing. 1. As an employee you dont follow customers out of the store and 2. Dont try to claim they hit you with their car and then admit to the cops you are a liar. This employee needs to be fired or taught how to treat customers. I will never shop at this place again and neither will any of my friends/family.
