Ive been coming here since it opened. Looks like its maybe under new ownership but my recent visit was great! Very knowledgeable and genuinely friendly staff. Answered all of my question and made me excited for my next visit!

5 stars, I really don’t need to say anymore. Very knowledgeable about all their products, and everyone was so friendly. They don’t try to sell you things, but ask what you are looking for and help you find it.

Broad range of ammo and equipment to choose from, friendly/helpful staff, and up to date systems. What more could you ask for? The membership is absolutely worth it, by the way.

The staff are amazing. They take their time with you to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. I dont know how many times I had Tim go back and forth between 2 guns, but he did it respectfully without an attitude. I appreciate all of his hard work.

I have been to Frontier Justice on two occasions, both instances I have throughly enjoyed my visit. So far I am impressed with the time that the associates spend with the customers. I personally ask a lot questions and the staff dont seem to mind. As a courtesy I try to purchase something everytime I visit. I encourage you all to do the same!

I was greeted upon arrival and asked if I needed help at least 3 times as I shopped. The layout, selection and personnel are fantastic. You couldnt ask for a better gun store.

Last time we came here to shoot, the handgun we rented to use on their range exploded and sent the slide flying into the range. Was told that it was assembled or repaired wrong and they have had issues with it in the past. I didnt think much of it at the time as I didnt realize how badly this could have ended. They took responsibility but with my current knowledge i realize we were lucky not to have been injured.

Probably the best deal of any indoor range in town. A lane rental is for as long as you want it (though if its busy you have to rotate out after an hour). Compare this to most other places that charge by the half hour. Also gun rentals are a great deal if you are looking to try out new guns because they let you change between guns in the same caliber as many times as you want. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

This is my favorite local gun store in Omaha. The staff is super friendly. They always have a great inventory of firearms to choose from. They also carry a wide variety of gun parts, accessories, and magazines all at a great price. Best of all this is a Christian establishment which puts it at the top of my list for that alone. I have yet to shoot on their range but I hear it’s one of the best ranges you can find. If you haven’t been in there yet make sure you stop in and check them out, you will not be disappointed.

A friend and I came up to Omaha and was suggested this range by hometown friends. The people working were beyond helpful and very Knowledgeable and answered all our questions about cleaning our guns and we absolutely loved the range. We got Accessories and were told by the two gentlemen that helped us checked out that they are expanding that area so we are very excited to come back.

I am a new member at Frontier and also a novice with my new AR. I stopped in and worked with Patrick on some orientation, ideas and some maintenance on tightening up my scope mounts.Can’t say enough about the place and the people there, very glad I joined and very thankful for the time they took with me last week!Thank you all!

Omaha gun club has a great selection of holsters and conceal carry bags and backpacks.

Its my go-to range for target practice and training. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Good stock of firearms, accessories and clothing. Their rental prices are fair and the selection allows you to try various platforms before you buy.

Follow up: There was a very quick response with a way to receive the gun I had been looking for. I will stop in on our next trip to Omaha. 4 stars because I wished we could have taken care of this on my first visit. But thank you for your quick response.Usually we have a great experience, and in the range we did again today (that’s whytwo stars instead of none). … I shot a rental gun, because I want to purchase that model. I liked the gun, went to the sales department where I asked if they had the gun. A very unenthusiastic sales person told me “we might have a couple over there” pointing at a case.He ended up walking over with us and when there was no Glock of the model I was looking for, he stated, sorry we’re out. No “I can look to order one” or any other word. When I said ok, we will just buy it elsewhere, he said absolutely nothing. I will gladly make my gun purchases elsewhere, where my business is appreciated.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The range was pretty fun and they’ve got plenty of supplies. Definitely will be returning again soon, overall great experience.

Our group of 5 beginners had a top notch experience at FJ Omaha. Joshua was absolutely terrific and made the day for us - great instruction throughout and our safety was paramount.

Not a bad experience, the only thing that almost made me leave and not make a big purchase, I walked around for a good 10 minutes around the cases and no one really acknowledged me, until the RSO walked out and asked if someone was helping me, and had to tell the sales people to help me. And there was only one customer in the store being helped at the counter at the time. Kind of felt like the sales person didn’t think I was actually going to buy a gun and felt like he was annoyed cuz here’s another window shopper taking up my time. Once I said I’ll take that one, he treated me a little better. So wasn’t a terrible experience, but customer service was lacking a bit.

I took the ccw class. Trish the instructor was great.informative and funny. Ten out if ten would attend class again. Also they have always had ammo when I needed it. HUGE selection of pistols rifles and shotguns. Even if Im not buying I could spend hours in there. I bought a holster that didnt quite fit my pistol and they returned it with no hassle. Love the place absolutely love it. Thank you Frontier Justice.

Whether you plan to use the range, take a class, or just browse through the firearms and accessories, this is one of the best shops I have been to. They have a great space and instructors for their classes. Even when they are busy, I rarely have trouble with finding someone to answer a question or open a case. A lot of shops can make you feel unwanted, but this shop is very welcoming. I always enjoy my visits, but it would likely be a great place for a beginner to start their journey as well.

Always a breeze getting in and getting a one. One of the few ranges I have been to that also has Range ammo available!! The team in the shop also helped me find a new holster to try for my revolver and I am in love with it. It is a sticky brand holster and works amazing in pocket or IWB. Great team here and appreciate their input and positive attitudes EVERY time I have been. Thank you guys!!

9/10 times they have the ammo you want 12/10 it’s range only. I’ve got a sweet range at home, don’t need this range. Spent lots of money on my own. Don’t want to pay for your admission fee if I only need a single 50 of fmj target ammo. Only way you can buy ammo is to go to their range usually. Thus have yet to buy ammo more than a single of self defense here and there.

The range was clean and well maintained.New staff at the front counter was very slow. No knock on her, she just needed more help and/or training. Was not busy at the range to leave her in that position.

Nice facility but was unable to shoot steel ammo. Unfortunately that was all I brought. So had to purchase their ammo. 80 rounds of 762 plus the lane and cost $119 😳

I can be in and out at any gun store within 15 minutes for a purchase and background check. I was literally here for a hour and five minutes. I asked if I buy another gun... would the wait be just as long? He said yes because they do more checks than the other places. Nice people, but don’t waste my time.

The staff there is always very helpful. I had a gal help me who was great! Didnt catch her name. I love the selection of womens clothing and gun accessories.

I am new to the AR-15 world, so I had a lot of questions. When I told Patrick that I knew little about them except that I wanted one, he explained every feature, how they work, and how they are utilized. He also answered every newbie question I had - and I had a LOT of questions. He took me section to section and explained everything and every part of the weapon in terms I could easily understand. That was what stuck out the most to me - he treated me not as some newbie who didn’t know anything about AR-15s, but instead as a colleague who wanted to learn. Patrick was as excited to share his knowledge with me as I was to learn it. Again, this was a great experience. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and patient person to answer all my questions with respect and honesty. Five of five would recommend!

Excellent store with outstanding customer service. They literally had everything I needed.

Decent place, prices are a bit high but nothing crazy (which also makes it the last place sellout of certain items and still be cheaper than buying from online resale merchants). My main gripe is the business. Gun sales are through the roof, so they should schedule enough people to handle the sales but instead its two people sprinting around and leaving customers to stand for minutes at a time.

I went here to pick up a transfer that I purchased online. I thought it would be an enjoyable and fairly quick experience . It was neither. Bad customer service . It was busy but the guy helping us kept walking away to help someone else. It was a lot of waiting around and I didnt feel valued. I was offered coffee and he said Ill make you a new pot and never returned to do so. Honor your word if youre going to say something especially as the man helping us appeared to be a manager wearing a suit. You need to hire more staff, plain and simple. Its not your consumers fault you cant hire enough people .Will definitely not return. Also, you dont enforce wearing masks clearly because a large majority of people werent wearing masks .

Great staff, really nice atmosphere. 25 and 50 yd range which is a huge bonus. Very reasonable rates especially for the annual passes. Highly recommend!

I worked with Peter on buying scopes for a couple rifles. Every time I go to OGC/frontier justice Omaha I have a wonderful experience. What I like about Peter is he is a wealth of knowledge, but he also admits if he is not well versed in the topic you are asking about. I also think he is a great salesmen. He is not pushy. He always greets me with a “New gun day?” I go in a few times a week and I have never had a bad experience.

I was having problems with the website recognizing my membership and not allowing me to make purchases online. A rep from the Omaha range called to let me know she would hold what I wanted to order so I could come in and retrieve my order. When I arrived to pick up my purchase a gentleman named Peter came out to sit with me and resolve any issues I was having with my membership login. He fixed the problem in no time and now Im good to go. I appreciate everyones help, especially Peters. Thank you.

Staff member took the time to listen to what I was looking for as well as walked me through their entire collection. After being able to handle multiple 9mm handguns I was able to make an informative decision. And made my first ever purchase. As well as became a member. Would recommend if you are an avid shooter to a compete novice they will point you in the correct direction, as well as continued service after the purchase to make sure you still enjoy all there is to offer.

I had gotten a bulk order of some ammo, had to of weighed at least 60lbs. Peter insisted to carry it out for me. Been going here a while now and have bought a few things from them, including first rifle and handgun. Also took their CHP class, perfect instructor. Awesome staff that will help take care of you. Very clean and friendly place, there’s a reason they’re BEST OF OMAHA!

I used FJ for several FFL transfers, the first transfer went ok minus everyone fondling the firearm before I was able to inspect it. Nothing like getting a new firearm with fingerprints all over it. The second transfer was a group of 4 pistols, to speed up the process I went in to get the permit paperwork ahead of time. When I went down to OPD to get the permits issued the serial numbers were not clearly written ( C that looked like 6, U that could have been a V, ect.) Luckily the police officer was patient enough to let me call for verification. When I went to the store to pick up the firearms, I found Greg who was off putting and not very polite, he also appeared to have no experience with FFL transfers. Once again the firearms were covered with fingerprints, (the dealer I purchased them from said they were fully cleaned and oiled), so that leads me to believe FJ doesnt treat transfers like sold firearms. This is no big deal for some, but when you pay big money for collectors pistols you expect them to be treated as such. Once finished with the transfers, I was not offered ammunition as I was with my first transfer. I probably would have bought some had I been offered, but at this point I figured my business will be better somewhere else.

Ive had the pleasure of doing business with these guys for years. They have only continued to improve over time. Working with Peter has been a privilege. There is no other place in the metro that can compare.

I called in advance before driving all the way here. I informed the rep that this would be my first time. The rep said I would need to sign a waiver and watch a video on the iPad. Upon arriving, the rep in the gun rental place said I’m not allowed to go on the range without taking one of their courses which aren’t offered today. They also said it isn’t a requirement but they have discretion.. sounds more like discrimination bs

Ive been a loyal customer since before they were called frontier justice and have spent easily close to $10,000 at the establishment as my wife was a fan of some products they have as well. Unfortunately I visited the store and was very interested in a LWRC rifle mounted with an optic and listed at a price of 3 grand before taxes. The thing is, is that the price with the mounted optic was still slightly more than it would cost if you put it together yourself so I thought perfect, thatll be great considering some of the parts are sold out online and it would be worth it for the convenience factor. So I drove to my money acquired cash in hand and drove back to support my local gunstore instead of saving the money shopping online and upon returning to the store and proceeding to get out the money was told the optic was separate and would have to pay an extra $900+ for the optic and ammo it was displayed with. Unfortunately I thought very highly of this establishment and was consequently shocked with the bad customer service when I asked if there was possibly a 50$ off deal if I bought thousands of rounds with it even after what I thought was blatantly false advertisement in my opinion.

Peter went above and beyond to get me taken care of at the price point I was looking for this is a very professional business and the staff is more then knowledgeable and willing to help with anything you need.

State of the art facilities, 2 25yd ranges and 1 50yd range, both well ventilated with programmable yardage. Also has 25yd archery and airsoft arena. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly to help the experienced and new customers alike. Beginning to host USPSA matches. Very much looking forward to the anticipated 2 level for members including lounge and 2 additional 25 yd ranges

Called in and told them I wanted to try out the gun range for the 1st time, and that I had no prior experoces. They said come right ahead we will go over gun safety and have you sign a waiver. Got there, and they saw me and decided not to by telling me it is within our discretion to now allow you to rant a gun and your our range. What? Well thank you for wasting my time.

OGC. Take note from a range that knows how to do it right. Just because you know guns, dosnt make you a good people person. You need to do a better job in your hiring process. Gun knowledge can be taught. People skills usually come naturally. There are some people in your shop that just plain suck at life when it comes to dealing with customers appropriately.

What used to be the Omaha Gun Club is now Frontier Justice Omaha. I used to find this range budget-friendly, but the new fees require a full day pass even if I only want 20-30 mins on the range.Also, when I asked if I could work from concealment (as I had done many times in the past, with RSO permission, when its not crowded), they said they no longer allow anyone to work from a holster.The new layout and fresh merchandise looks great, but the new range policies will have me looking elsewhere.
