No idea what it’s like inside since I walked there only to find out they are “closed for the pandemic” but never updated the website. Can’t help but wonder how many other people stood outside the locked doors because no one could click a couple buttons to update the hours online.

The young man helping was nice and took me up to one of the upper floors to help me find what I was looking for but his boss was the rudest pawn shop owner/manager Ive ever met. Was trying to buy multiple items and tried to negotiate a better price on the lot. She wouldnt even consider it. So instead of selling me six bulky items she got no sale at all. Left them on the counter and walked out the door. Theres a reason this place has so much inventory because they cant sell any of it. Its almost like a hoarders house who thinks everything they have is extremely valuable and wont let it go.

They sold me stolen rims. After a month of riding on them 6 guys followed me home an rob me at gun point almost killed me an my son. I had to prove to them i did not steal thier rims. They steal rob me for everything i had. They are crooks at that pawn shop. At least i wasnt killed for the rims the crooks sold me.. Go else where.... U mite regret it

Went there because of the reviews I read. theyre jewelry selection is top notch, had excellent customer service and they were more than happy to work out a great price and payment method. nice selection of flat screens electronics and huge amount of tools to choose from. I would definitely encourage you to shop here..

I use to like and recommend this place but they never update google with accurate hours ! I’ve came twice during “open “ hours and they have been closed both times !! Put up a sign or update Google instead of wasting your customers time !

Me and my family have been doing business here for a little over 10 years. Whenever we where in a tight squeeze for cash we would go and get a loan on our stuff always had top dollar on loans and with the lowest interest in town it really helps out. We have also bought stuff and weve always gotten great discounts. The store is really clean all the time. The employees are always happy and always help with a smile. Best prices in town. Also the best selection in town.

This place is a joke! They have high prices and the owner is rude to all customers. How is this place not shut down yet?

Always have a good experience when I come in to look at things. Steve is always very helpful and polite, AND they usually will give you a pretty good deal on everything m. Especially firearms and jewelry. Loyal customer here and will continue coming coming back!

I would say that their customer service is good. They could be a little more welcoming. Prices are too close to eBay prices for me to buy much, however. EBay prices are inflated, and they let that influence their prices on too many items.

FIND ANOTHER PLACE THAT TREATS YOU LIKE A HUMAN ! Went in a few months ago, service was so so. Went in yesterday looking for a bracelet for myself and an Amp for my son. Prices are way too high, with that said, I approached the blonde lady behind the counter wanting more information regarding penny weight and such. She gave me a dirty look because I tap my fingers on the glass...( its a habit ) I asked if it bothered her.. and she glared at me. I was asking questions....and she responded We are in the business to make money Very nasty with her comments to common questions. I was very insulted and my husband and son walked out with me. Will never go back. Understand I wasnt looking to get something for nothing.. I was trying to understand how a 11 penny weight Gold bracelet ( tarnished by the way so it had been there for a LONG time) was twice as much as a 13 penny weigh GOLD bracelet I had purchased a few months ago for 1/2 the price. So no questions are allowed it seems. I was treated like I was a scum bag on the street!

Saw the pictures of their guitars. Went there and they have a stash of nice guitars that are Not for Sale. I asked and was told it’s the owner’s collection. Don’t display or advertise something that isn’t for sale. Are you a museum or a pawn shop?

Ripped me off it was only 2$ but still it was mine. Dont go hear go to a different pawn shop. There is a reason they dont get as much business as other pawnshops there lack of customer service.

Owners refused service because “my kind” always use stolen credit cards even though I had picture Id proving it’s mine. I’ve never went through blatant racism before coming to this so called “place of business”.

Completely rude female manager. Almost pushed my fiance out of her way to look at the item. Also refused to discount a damaged item because she uses damaged items herself. I wont ever be back.

So I had to go get my sons stolen game system from them and had to pay for it which I already gathered before walking in the door, but was treated very badly. Had to go over to the police station to use their ATM because they wouldnt take cards, and their ATM withdrew money but didnt give me the money we dont own the machine, yep thats very kind if you. BTW they have no signs saying they dont take cards and the ladys response was well if you use your card I dont get the full amount. Seriously they do accept stolen items and treat people very terrible, I wouldnt wish my enemys to deal with them.

I always get a good deal every time I shop at Mid-City. One of the cleanest pawn shops Ive ever been in.

Extremely choosy when buying brands, and apparently little else. They only take apple laptops, meanwhile both times i bought electronics from them, the computer and tv worked for less than a day. No refunds. Cruddy service, unwelcoming and dilapidated. Eyesore

I was in there on Christmas Eve and was dealing with the owner about purchasing a firearm and we filled out all the paperwork and then he told us that the government computers were down so we could not buy the firearm until they came back online so he said he would call us back or come back on Tuesday but it was a gift for Christmas so I told him I needed it that day come to find out it was his computers that were down and he lied to me and so I called him back to discuss it with him and he told me come Tuesday so I called him back on Tuesday and he said he wouldnt sale me the firearm because I called a different employee and found out he was lying to me and that I should of believed him and not bother his other employees about our sale, he was just upset I caught him lying to me if I were anyone I would never go to this place for anything .
