I used to give it 5 stars, but lately it has hardly earned 1. A couple of the employees have quite the negative attitude every single time Im there. And worse yet, lately the hand tool section has been extremely bare with very little in stock, this isnt just a one week issue, its been this way for a few months. It almost not worth going to this location anymore. Ill see myself to the fremont location.

The price of tools are great but sometimes they are out of stock on items or they are hard to find.

Just left without what we came for. They had it in stock in the back, but they were doing inventory, and therefore refused to sell it to us. They said to come back tomorrow and try again. I live 45 minutes from this store, so that wont be happening. This is why people shop on Amazon instead.

This was the 1st time Ive been encountered this company and with its great sayet with its great sales almost 50 to 75% off of some items it was phenomenally shocking that there was a company out there just like ours just to help the community with this list of plants store is very Yet well prestigically clean and shocking to most people what their staff members of customer service is phenomenally mind blowing for if youre disabled and blind they assist immediately read things out loud and also they doubled not just double but they triple check on you if youre OK in the store what are you looking for and they go check on their computer system with this being said this is one class a sevethan classe 17 star high recommendation to come here

You would think for being the only Harbor Freight in Omaha, this one would be bigger and better stocked, but they are small, frequently out of product, especially on Instant Saving as items, and have no where near the inventory of the other Harbor Freights in the area. On the plus side, they do usually have a decent selection of open box goods, and if you ask management, they will usually come down on the marked prices for these items, which are a little high if you ask me. If you go looking for something specific you saw online or in the app though, your better off driving out to another store.

They have a wide assortment of tools, items are generally always in stock, and the prices are very reasonable, but some of tools can be a little on the cheap (aka non durable). Bought a set of socket adapters and the one I needed promptly broke.

Love this place for many things, tools, accessories and more. Problem is, the shelves are always out of sales items, and many other items as well. So unless you are lucky enough to be there when the shelves are stocked, dont expect to find that sale item in stock, or all the options available. Great deals though if you can get them.

Bought a framing nailer that works well. Nails were a little pricey.

Customer service is great but they are surprisingly short on tools for a hardware store. Great for quick tools but to its credit it is a small store. Another pro being a good spot to find a table top grinder, wood lathe, standing drill press, and other various small machinery.

Had a great experience on a family road trip recently. I needed some help replacing a hitch mount cargo for my trailer hitch. The manager was really helpful with assembly and helped us make our trip memorable for the family

Wont go back any more. Help was rude and would not help me find what I was looking for, Check out incredibly slow and understaffed. This used to be a great tool store with helpful staff and fast check outs. Not any more. I refuse to spend my money at a place where the staff couldnt care less about customers. I will not go back any more

If you are not looking for the highest quality top brands, this is the right place to go for all the tools you need at a fraction of the price. The store is well organized and the staff is always there to help you find what you need.

Tools are great material and strong... any type/brand of tool breaks if used the wrong way no matter where you buy it.

Clean shopping. Friendly very helpful store employees. I find reasonable cost along with quality here. Shelves are stocked and very seldom told not in stock.

Great prices on things that are hard to find

Great place to get tools if they have enough cashiers to actually get you out the door. Over a dozen people in line for one poor cashier that was new and he requested for help several times in the time I waited. One couple was waiting on stuff in the back and that’s where the majority of employees were at they still waited a eternity. I finally gave up and left after waiting for close to 10 minutes and not moving. I will still go back but they seriously need to fix their deficiencies

I never knew about this place. There are lots of items at a throw away price. The quality of items is at par that you find at other retail stores. I just bought a few items. i have not used them yet, but will follow up with another review after I use the products. store is super organized and staff are very helpful.

This is the go to place for all your tools plus more! Picked up some bungy cords, rope, moving/packing blankets to keep in my truck. All on sale at cant pass up prices!! Blankets are nice enough to use when you go outdoors to lay out and sit on or use on a chilly night to wrap yourself up in. Go check it out, you will definitely leave with something handy and useful!!

Never been there before. Saw an add somewhere. Thought Id check it out. Some of the prices are really good, others not so much. Quality? Im not sure. Looks like most things are made in China, and Im on a China boycott.

Store was fine, didnt have the item I was looking for this time.

Theyve changed a few things and stopped carrying a few things since the last time I was there but for the most part they still help you the best they can..

Got some equipment here...got the warranty and its nice that when your a member every item you have warranties on, they can look up in their system...so incase you lose the receipt youll still be covered

Out of all the times that I have been there, this time was a total disappointment. A younger cashier was trying to make everything harder by not answering the questions I was asking and not helping at all. He even asked me to come back tomorrow to see if what I was looking for will be available, instead of asking someone. I went ahead and left the store and I have no intentions to shop at HFT again.

10 minutes to 8 oclock and they are locked up and shut down i thought it said OPEN until 8 traveled 30 min to get here and its closed. I wont be returning and ill spend my money elsewhere

They had what I needed when other stores didnt.

Clean and somewhat organized store. Staff was also friendly. But it felt cramped. Rows are small. And products are placed close to each other. Maybe its because of the size of the store. Hand tools looked well built. But the rest, you get what you pay for.

Good tools good price, whats nice is you can go in and like something or see it online and on there website you can find customers reviews to let you know if it is any good.

My husband loves this tool store! Every birthday and holiday that requires presents I always go to Harbor Freight and get him some tools. He always loves them and they seem like their good quality!

Bought a lot of tools from here. They are always running sales. Sign up for the sale paper they send to your house. Thats where you really get the bargains. Bought a trailer a greenhouse a bunch of tools. Best prices in town. Aisles are marked easy to find what you need. They answer your questions politely and cashiers are very nice and helpful. If your looking for a real deal thats your store.

Had one person running a register, long line. Took quite a while before someone else came up to help get all of us taken care of. Would have been nice had the lone cashier called for help when the line got as long as it was.

The staff at Harbor Freight are always nice and helpful. The other evening I showed up 3 minutes after they closed and needed an exchange. The manager Kevin let me in and helped me. He could have said no and I would have had to come back, but he took care of me. That was a classy move. Thanks! I’ll be back again soon.

Everything is made in China, but its hard to beat their prices when you need a tool in a hurry.

I always love shopping here! They have great deals on tools and almost anything industrial. Most of their hand tools have lifetime warranty just like craftsman tools but at a 1/3 of the price! They are always having some type of liquidation or parking lot sale too that saves even more money. I will be coming back soon!

Would give them 5 stars if it hadnt been for the cashier telling me they didnt have the 420cc predator engine in stock if it wasnt on the rack. My buddy says, check with the guys in the back, so we did and they had two in stock. The girl at the register was just too lazy to check. 90th and maple location in Omaha.

Harbor Freight is a great source for good quality tools and products at a reasonable price. This was a favorite of my father’s and soon became mine. You are able to find many of the same items that are carried at the other hardware stores and the majority of the time the prices are at least 30% less than the name brand items. I’ve had many of their power tools and hand tools and don’t have any complaints.I really enjoy the fact that as a member of their club, you get the free item coupons as well as the 20% or 25% off coupon. This can make a big difference in the items you get. The tool chests are a great buy and are good quality. I’ve also found that the hydraulic lifts they have are very well made and the prices can’t be beat.Another nice thing about their products is how they show the comparison to the name brand product. This is my go to store for many of my hardware needs.

For what they are they are great. More for home owners. We do construction and we bought a decent generator from them and beat it into the ground. When it went belly up they replaced it (NO questions asked) and sold us an extended warranty for 100$ which is totally worth it at 2.5 years total replacement. Sometimes we get in a bind and just need a cheap disposable drill or some power tool we dont expect to last long in a contractor setting. But for home owners who arent literally beating the crud out of their equipment like we do, that same drill will last a very long time.

First time I have been to Harbor Freight. My friend recommended them for an inexpensive 4 1/2 angle grinder. They did have the tool and a really wide range of quality and prices ranging from $15 to $300. Since I may never need to use that tool again I bought one for $20. A lot of things to see. Some very interesting and highly specialized.

Nice location and helpful staff. Good qualtiy product at affordable price. You can buy here anything hardware related stuff at a good cost.

Inexpensive Tools that will last. Not Professional Quality but for a homeowner or someone who needs to use tools from time to time this is a great place. Plus, their Thunderbolt line of Batteries are inexpensive and last well.

Good value. I have bought a ton of stuff there and really never have any issues with anything. If you depend on these tools for your career, Id spend more somewhere else, but if you are just an average user who needs tools for occasional use at home, it is hard to beat what you can get here.

I bought a small car jack. Was disappointed I didnt get the 20%discount. Was told the discount didnt apply to car jacks. But hay..... It is a nice jack anyway.

This was my first experience at Harbor Freight. I was interested in some of the specials in the add, which they apparently dont stock well as I wasnt the only one in line looking for something that was out of stock. The cashiers had zero knowledge about their job. There was a line 12+ people deep because they couldnt figure out how to run the registers. I had 5 people in front of me and it took 36 minutes to check out..... I was rather disappointed and most of the products they did have in the add didnt have any signage showing the sale? Looked like a sad store.

Great prices but you sometimes get what you pay for. I bought a planer there and saved a few hundred bucks on it. I wasnt expecting much but have been pleased with the purchase. They also have some hard to find hand tools also.
