We got in and out in a short time frame which is always great! The website said their were 3 paint cans available in the shade we wanted. Unfortunately there were actually 0. There were 3 cans in the same spot but the reference numbers didnt match what we needed. So that was a little off putting but we found a shade that would be similar to what we wanted.

Tool rental dept is easy to work with. Equipment is top notch. Prices are fair.

Expect to wait a really long time for Curbside pickup! Like 15-20 mins.. This happened to me twice now! I park, I check in, I wait... I check in again... I wait... Then I call the STORE, wait on hold and finally they send someone outside! Its faster to actually go in and shop, then do CURBSIDE pickup! Next time Ill shop Lowes.. for faster service!

Exceptional twice in the last 2 weeks employees in both the paint and plumbing department went above and beyond their job duties to help me out with Im sure unusual requests. On both occasions I left with what I needed they both should be commended.

Friendly staff, knew what they were talking about. Went to look at a new fridge with no intentions of buying today but after talking to the staff and the promotions going on ended up buying a new fridge.

Don’t buy appliances from here. Bought a gas dryer from them. Stopped working after 3 days. They told me that there were no returns and that it was on the manufacturer, which took about 2 weeks for them to come out and fix. Then the appliance repair service that the manufacturer uses cancelled the appointment to repair without telling me.When I called to ask about what happened they told me they ordered a part and would call me when it showed up, but they hadn’t even seen the machine yet or diagnosed the problem. Lady was super rude and short. Still no working dryer after a month.

Home Depot is a very helpful place including all their employees and the ones that helped me get what I needed even though their Home Depot didnt have it in stock the other Home Depot did and they called ahead for me so that all I had to do was pick it up at the service desk thank you again Home Depot

I had a bad experience at Home Depot no one really wanted to help me for what I was looking for so I had to do it on my own and when I found them I got them and when I went to catch out I told the lady I had 30 of them and she charge me for 300 so I was a little bit confuse why was was too much when they only cause $.93 First I thought because I bought more stuff but they were not expensive either so I went to the car I noticed as soon as I went to the car I was looking at the receipt and I noticed that the lady charge me 300 of them I went back to the store and I told the lady does that look like 300 to you that’s only 30 of them and she was like you’re lucky you didn’t go home and noticed it at home because you would’ve had to come back but I mean once again what I have prove that I had 30 or 300 I know for sure they were going to fight because they had to return me back some money what made me mad is that it was not three dollars or two dollars were you like I don’t want to go back but it was almost 200 and something I am not saying not to shop there I’m just saying be careful and look at your receipt Like literally look at your receipt every time you get out of the store if this happened to me it could happen to anybody.

Since buying a house this is like a second home to us. We always have good service when we are here and are able to find most things ourselves. The staff is very courteous and attentive.

Staff is always available for assistance and the fact that I can bring my dog makes it a fun trip everytime

I came here for specifically the biggest Rubbermaid bin I could find for something for my work. Walmart did not have a bin big enough. I didnt find it right away but they did have a 70 gallon bin that was plenty big for what I needed it for! Thats why I say 5 stars because yes they actually had it and for everything else they do. I needed some boards cut in a very short time frame. As I was pulling them out of my vehicle someone brought me a cart to wheel them in on. When I asked where to go someone pointed me in the right direction. Then Gus was extremely helpful with cutting the boards exactly how I needed them. It saved me from having to rebook an airline shipment and I was very grateful!

Home Depot was horrible! They have been for a little while. What lumber company has no green treat 2x6s? They need to close that place if they arent willing to stock the most basic of building supplies!

I needed some boards for my deck it was hard to find someone to help and I needed the boards cut down and that was hard to do, because the guy was drawing out a design for a customer when I was told they only cut wood.

Purchased windows and HVAC on a remodel project. Company is unbelievable from the constant run around, lack of follow through, to the multiple delays its been a nightmare. Will never purchase ANYTHING from Home Depot again.

My experience at home Depot normally isnt too bad but today I was constantly followed around by secret shoppers and employees making my experience extremely uncomfortable and rude. It was so obvious that I almost asked if they wanted to look in my purse. I should of asked them why they were following me around. It got even better at the checkout lane (LOL)it was like every cashier was at or near our self checkout lane. We didnt buy like one or two things we spent nearly $300 at the store and the lady that was helping us had the nerve to check every item on our receipt grilling us about the grass seed that wasnt on my receipt! I scanned it but it didnt go through or whatever. I will never shop there again! Plus theyre way overpriced. Menards is the place to go to!!!! F**k Home Depot!

This place always seems to be populated by more employees than customers. This is perfect if you are wandering around not able to find whatever item you are looking for. They are almost always helpful and informative. If not they will at least be able to direct you to someone who is.

Whether I need to make a repair or make something better, I can be sure to find it at Home Depot. I go to the 72nd & Ames location. Sometimes I ask for help to decide what product I will need and how to use it. The employees there are always willing to help and if they dont know they will get you to the person that can help. The store is always tidy the prices are good. What more could you want? Oh yeah they give a 10% discount on most items to vetetans for military service. All I do is mention the discount and show my drivers license. If you are a veteran when you get a new drivers license you can have the DMV place the Department of Defense seal on the upper left corner. Great place.

There are so many specialty stores these days. But, sometimes we need an item that is now dated. H.D. has a variety of items that we still need. They are easily located by aisles. Personnel is knowledgeable as to product location.

Online order for in-store pickup was easy, convenient and the employees were pretty nice.

I walked by about four different employees who seemed extremely busy but there was one that stood out to me his name is Chris he sure did help me in a time of need he showed me exactly where it was two items two different places but waited for me to find what I needed at one and walked with me to find the other which was way more than I expected he said it was only his fifth day!!?? No way unbelievable to someone like myself that didnt know where to look I would have thought hed been the manager with as much as he knew!! I really appreciate it next time I come here I will definitely look for Chris please make sure to shout out for Chris!!

Well I like to be very fair when posting any review and my reviews are my opinion . So that being said my experience with this home depot left much to be desired. Some not all of their employees were indifferent if not down right rude. Also after finally finding what I was looking for and spending just over 200 dollars and repeatedly asking for assistance loading and securing my purchase well I did it myself. Now I personally think they could use a good dose of hey lets treat our customers a little better.

Great staff at the 127th and L Street store

Went to get tile and Rich in plumbing was the only one working but that didn’t stop him from working with a smile on his face! 10/10 employee who definitely deserves a fat raise. I hope Steve, Rich had to take a phone call with Steve so he must be important, sees this and gives Rich the raise he has worked so hard for.

I just love going to this place the people go beyond the Call of Duty to help the customers in all of the workers are excellent and knowledgeable of what they do there

This store compares to other local Home Depots with the exception of having loiters outside, appearing to be strung out on drugs or alcohol. There were beggers on each nearby intersection, wobbling back & forth like they just got their fix. Id prefer to shop another location just to avoid that.

So crowded in the middle of the day, middle of the week. No carts were available, and the guy standing outside the door didn’t seem concerned, god forbid he go collect some.There were a few stickers on the floor encouraging people to social distance but nobody was enforcing it.Few or no employees were wearing masks. I’ll skip this location next time, nobody seemed concerned at all about keeping employees or customers safe.

The department that I was was closed off, so my trip took longer then I had expected

I have been in the plumbing area looking for some things. No help in sight.... Then outta the blue there is 10 or 15 associates apparently having a staff meeting not 5 feet from me. So I keep trying to find valves I need thinking I will be helped when the meeting or whatever it was ends. Meeting concluded they all walk away many of them right past me without looking my direction. One does ask me if i need help but when I say yeah, he walks off. Btw, it is not busy right now.

I go there on a regular and they always have everything we need there and the checkout lines are very small usually easy to get in and out of the store and also as well very good customer service and youre always feel welcomed when you walk in.

What I needed wasnt on the shelf even though the website said there were 14 in stock. I had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to bring me one from the back. Menards is a lot farther but its worth it.

Iam a local Contractor in the area and recently done a fence job out of green treated materials and all the pickets after installing them bent and started to curl up on the top and bottom. Home owners were not happy with the product. So I contacted this store and talk to Andrew the manager. He said that I ca return as may as I wanted. So I said ok and even sent pictures to show the problem. So yesterday I was returning them to the store. He said that I was basically Lying to him and that I couldnt bring them back because there was so may of them. And that it was my fault the the product was ban and that I should of known better. Andrew was Very Unpleasant to deal with and basically there isnt any that he could do. After telling me first I can bring the back! So I have to take a total loss of money and man hours because of there bad product. I WANT ANSWERS. And this Assist Manager Andrew a Total Butt Whole!!!!
