I really enjoyed my experience I didn’t know what I wanted, but the person working helped me find what I wanted and helped me find a signature to put on my hat! I will come back as the person working was kind and willing to help! 💚💚💚

Terrible customer service. The manager had me come behind the counter and enter my own street address for shipping. After I paid he told me “next time, don’t act you’re the only customer in the store”. Never going to this store again.

If you ever come here be prepared to wait a whole hour just to buy one hat they need 2 cash registers to accommodate the large crowds that come there on the weekends

I went there today and the man that was working there (Curtis) was VERY rude . He didn’t seem like he wanted to work, he was just rude I will NOT be coming back here again . I needed this hat made for a gift but if I didn’t need this hat I would have just left . Very upsetting

I needed to exchange one of my hats and the guy that’s usually there was so kind! He let me exchange my hat without the receipt. Very awesome service on his end.

Stopped in to get a hat, the guy working named Ron, was absolutely awesome. He knew his products, and i had him embroider some things on the hat and was blown away how great it looked. Will definitely be back there to get all my hats.

Youve always got to love it when you are the only one in the store, and you look over and the only employee in the store is legitimately popping his pimples in one of the mirrors customers use. Disgusting!!! Then when you do check out, the kid has an obviously bloody, red splotch on his face from popping his pimples in the store. As a side note, Im pretty sure there was no way he washed his hands after popping his pimples in the mirror. YUCK!

They had a kangol hat for a reasonable price I bought two great service friendly staff
