Dr. Moore is a poor physician who unfortunately does not follow good manners. He decided to take the day off and not see anymore patients. And did not tell anyone he left. I was kicked out of the clinic because they were closing for the day. I guess that was my fault for scheduling an appointment at 4:15pm

If it werent for Brenda, I would leave one star. Brenda is seriously amazing, ALWAYS on time, and very nice. I cannot say the same about Dr. Moore. Yesterday was the last time I will ever return to this office as my appointment was at 3, and at 3:52, I was still waiting to be seen. This happens nearly every time I have an appointment with Dr. Moore. I realize things get busy, but when you have a scheduled appointment, I think you should be seen in a timely manner. I have been coming here for almost five years and I have finely had enough of extremely delayed appointments.

Dr. Moore has been nothing but kind and supportive throughout dealing with my ear issues. His staff is top notch and easy to work with. Recommend highly.

Always kind and professional. Excellent surgeons and doctors who each specialize in all aspects of ENT. I’ve dealt with this group for years and always been pleased with their work. I’ve had inner ear and sinus surgery, Menieres Disease diagnosing and treatment. They even eliminated my vertigo and tinnitus! My husband and I have both dealt with their hearing aid specialists, with nothing but 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend Central Plains ENT.

Dr Downey is very knowledgeable and explains everything very well. Everyone we have met there has been friendly and helpful.

Horrible traumatic experience with Dr. Gary Moore! He needs to retire! He treated my daughter who has been a patient of his for many years, like dirt and did not even treat her for her chronic sinusitis. She had to go to urgent care to get the help she needed, when it should’ve been her ENT doctor that helped her.

Dr. Iris Moore is an exceptionally talented ENT. She has helped me over the years with complicated issues, including surgery. After leaving the Midwest for 15 years, I am back in Omaha fighting off sinus issues. I am grateful to find that Dr. Moore is better than ever, and improving my ability to breath. It is very difficult to find anyone who is great at what they do. Dr. Iris Moore is all that and more. Thank you!
