I ordered a compressor, they said it was in Kentucky and will ship, I waited. Called to check on part, was told that ITL deliveries are running behind and expected 2-3 week usual lead time. Asked to try to expedite it. They said theyd call back tomorrow. No call, I called. Compressor is no longer available and I have to wait for them to restock from factory.
