This place saved my life. The chronic pains I have to deal with everyday is more than I can explain. But, since I first started going to mystic moods, the knowledge base on kratom with the many different strains and uses... have taught me a lot. And with Ray’s employees being so very knowledgeable about this and the trial errors with my own body... I have been opioid free for 2 years now. Yes, it’s costly but, yet then again, when you are a chronic pain sufferer can you really put a price on relief? I have built a relationship with these people and they are very passionate about their business here and treat each customer, new and old like they are family!!! As for the parking issue I read and the supposedly rudeness, I’m shocked. Because I have only witnessed kindness and compassion from all that work here. I have seen others come in off the street acting like they need a quick fix and this isn’t what Mystic Moods is about! This is my family and always will be! Again, thanks Ray for all your help.

Excellent in customer service. I just moved to Nebraska and this was the first place I visited. If all of Nebraska is like this then Im going to love it here. The kratom is the best is the best I had. I would highly recommend going here.

Best prices and quality of kratom Ive experienced! So many different kinds too! They always inform me about the differences between them all whenever i have questions. Plus everyone who works there are some of the most helpful and friendly people Ive ever met. Not only to me, but to the people in there before and after me too.

Horrible customer service, extremely rude & unfriendly. They’re no nicer over the phone than they are in person. Short tempers, almost seems like an issue to ask if they have certain things in stock. Wouldn’t recommend.

The gentleman whom usually helps me is always polite, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I do wish they had a slightly larger selection or range of products but I usually find something that works.

Quality of glass very poor. I literally walked out of the store the pipe broke when I got into the car. So I went back in hoping to exchange it. I was told it was in perfect shape when I left. Which tbh I didn’t even look, but there were no pieces of glass in my pocket. Needless to say I just didn’t argue and bought another one and asked the owner to just throw away the broken one. And he states “Not in my store.” I literally had just walked out after buying it from his store. And then the second one breaks not even a day later. I recommend going to g&g or twigs over this hole in the wall any day. If I could rate this zero stars I would.

Prices were just too high for the little relief I got from your product. I found better quality kratom with available lab results on their website for 1/3 of your prices and actually got the pain relief I was looking for when I walked in your store. Honestly the two stars isnt a horrible rating I just left with unanswered questions and felt I paid way to much which I later found to be true. I was a first time consumer and was completely lost. Felt more lost leaving your store. The gentleman that helped me was very polite though

Mystic Moods charges a premium for their kratom and they should. Know why? Because they have the best kratom in Nebraska and maybe some off the best anywhere. Ive tried kratom from 5 or 6 different states including Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Illinois (and Nebraska..) and it just doesnt compare to theirs. Great job guys and gals. Keep up the hard work!

I was just in mystic moods today around 12:30 pm.Ive never been too the shop before,and wasn’t sure how too have my husband park,as the driveway in front of it,is narrow with hard too see a parking area(if you want too call it that) I was looking for a place in Omaha too purchase Kratom for my husbands knee pain,instead of ibuprofen all the time,this place came up as good,but after the experience I just had in there,I will second guess my first choice.My husband dropped me at the door,as I said I would just run in,mind you,no one else was there,no other shops open,and no cars.So I went in the shop,a black gentamen was sitting down watching a load movie,didn’t turn it down,I said I was looking into buying kratom,and he said he would be able too help me as soon as the person that dropped me off park,and to unblock the driveway....I said ok and asked my husband too park...I should have left then,but I went back and asked him about the three types,I have been reading about it,and knew some about them,I told him what I needed it for,and wasn’t sure,he then sighed and acted perturbed that he had too do his job and explain too me the diff.He then had me wait as the card machine was not working,when it was up and working I put card in,and payed,he took the receipt and crumpled it up,didn’t offer too me and threw away.The whole time tv blaring.His smart little know it all comments were not appreciated.I will not be going back there again.Im so sorry I bothered hi.When I went out too get in car,my husband,our any other car for that matter was out front,he drove around back and then pulled up drive.

Prices are relatively comparable to online bulk prices for kratom, with consideration to store pricing. Ray (the owner), Katie, and other staff are friendly, knowledgeable and generally engaging. As a product reviewer in the ethnobotannical category, they are the place I send people to when giving local people a place to start exploring kratom due to strain availability and customer service. Ive witnessed their service approach to several customers, and its consistent, which is great, considering similar shops in Omaha can have an attitude in regards to new customers. Ive been very pleased with our business relationship as a customer and absolutely willing to pay a mark up for the convenience and to support local. Much better prices here compared to other shops locally, with much better quality and service. Cant say enough good things!

People are friendly, good selection of vaps, pipes and various supplements. I asked if CBD an oil suggested for a pain was a derriviative of Marijuana and found out that word is not allowed in the store. Turns out it is. Anyway, far as head shops go seems legit. Not sure about any other forbidden words.

Really bad business people.I spent 120 dollars on there products yesterday stating to them im on my way to Mississippi and get down the Road to discover my battery I bought doesnt work .I called and told them and explwined iilet it charge for a while because I thought it was dead I didnt know it was broke I have a 15 hour drive ahead of me I cant turn around and add 2 more hours.He took my name and number saodsthe owner or manager would call me of course he never called back so today I called and asked could I mail it and the receipt back and they replace it.They laughed because its only 10 dollars why would I be worried about a cheap battery Which tells me they dont care about the quality of there product or loyalty in making sure you stand behind your business and oroduct.That a 10 battery pack is worth them getting a bad review just blows my mind.I offered to pay for shipping also just so I could feel like they were good people and not doing me wrong is all I wanted.But they didnt see it this way.In there eyes they sold me a broke product knowing I was going to Mississippi and they would never see me again.Pretty crappy individuals if you ask me.i would never do somoene this way especially over something so small which could have been easily handled

This place is great. Im a regular there and the owner is nice. Nice glass, adequate inventory and variety. Only thing they could use more of is the vape/e-cig inventory, they have enough for the beginners, but they dont claim to be a vape shop so thats not a con. The lady was rude and was just playing on her phone and there the only place in Nebraska I know of that you have to be 21 to by CBD products when I can literally walk into a family video or gas station and by CBD at 18 because thats the states legal age
