I love this store every time I have gone the staff has been very helpful detailed and explaining everything on every product I’m interested in, every dollar I have spent in this place has been well worth it!!

I have been in to shop this store 4-5 times, now. Always dealt with different staff but they have all been extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They will go to great lengths to make sure you are getting exactly what you are looking for. At the same time, they are not pushy and you never feel rushed. The store is always clean and organized.

I have been in to shop 3-4 times now and really like shopping here. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I appreciate being able to try clothing items on prior to purchasing, as well. They don’t have sales or clearance as good as Romantix, but when I really want something specific and need help this is where I go, full price be damned!

Love the personal experience and the staff are good at accommodating customers to see exactly what it is we r buying before we purchase it. They are very good at making recommendations and I’ve been very happy with each purchase I’ve made. Well worth the money!

My experience was amazing! I believe the girl who helped us, I think her name was Lauren! She said she is the assistant manager there and she’s my age! She’s 22, if that helps, at all. Anyways, she was so incredibly helpful without invading my boyfriend and My space and she wasn’t annoying or up in our business at all like some people. She answered all of my questions and helped me with everything I asked for! I definitely recommend shopping here and the next time I come to Omaha or have the money and I pass an Adam and Eve store, I’m definitely stopping in! Lauren is extremely friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The store is well stocked with lots of variety.

The employees were phenomenal. They were very knowledge on the products they had.

Staff is well educated on the products and doesn’t mind giving recommendations that will help with what you’re looking for

They had to replace All staff due to lack of Covid concerns and refusal to follow CDC quidelines. They use a teatree oil toy cleaner to sanitize surfaces Including the toys. They say it is antiviral however teatree is not a sanitizing solution. Items can be taken out of boxes, handled by customers and is then repackaged and sold to other customers even during this pandemic. When staff confronted management they recieved an email giving the ultimatum to quit (shelter in place) and be considered for a position if one is available in the future or continue working their shifts and no change was brought about.Their is a lack training around theft and POC have been targeted here. Comission for associates is highest on the worst quality items to push them out the door, therefore staff is often encouraged to sell poor quality items to make more money. They have also sold prescription enhancement pills which is definitely illegal. Overall a shady place with a nice face.

Cool store with most of the online goodies. It’s nice to have a store where they have the various products charged and able to be “tested” (not on the fun parts!) so you know what you’re buying. You can’t do that online and you take a chance of getting wildly disappointed at a time when you definitely don’t want to be!! The staff is awesome. Cannot remember her name, but she was incredibly cool and helpful. Excellent store!!!

This store provides great customer service. As soon as we entered the store Ashia greeted us and provided us with a lot information on the products. She was very helpful and polite. I will definitely be returning.

First time here...came in for a giftcard for a co worker and left with a little something for myself.. very clean and professional store.

Very nice and helpful staff! The store itself is smaller so theres not a lot of variety (which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5). Also, I would like to see a wheel or some small prize for spending a certain amount of money.

I havent made it in yet but have always wanted to go to one. There wasnt any locations near me. I used to be a romance consultant for Temptations Parties before it shut down. I will be in to check it out soon. I might even apply if you are still hiring. My very first romance enrichment item was from Adam and Eve.

My husband and I stopped in for the first time. Ashia helped us and answered our questions. She was helpful and knowledgable about the products. Great job

I have been to this store a few times every time I end up buying something. I went back about a week ago and everything was fine. I found what I wanted and realized I didn’t have my wallet so I went back to my car to get it. When I came back in the store to grab what I wanted I was told to leave because I was stealing. I was humiliated embarrassed and confused because I didnt picked up anything while I was in the the store. I asked for the manager’s number because there was no other reason besides the obvious that I was being treated like this. I called I believe her name was Jenn. she assured me that she would look into it and get back to me but she never did..the treatment I was giving was absolutely horrible. All I wanted was an apology and couldn’t even receive that. I will never shop here again.

The clerk was nice.We baught an item that said 13.99 then it rings up at 43.99 after paid for it we were like wait a min why was it 43.99 when the price said 13.99. She called the district manager they could only give a 10% discount dont do cash back or put money back on your card even though you just but the item an your still in the store. They told us that prices got dropped but havent been put into the computer system. There nothing they can do about it. So they ripped us out of money. Pretty bad customer service there on there part. First time comming here. Deffintley wont be getting are business again. Ill stick with Romantics.
