Its appointment only, but she got me a walk-in appointment on short notice. She gave me a professional fitting and had several bras on hand that fit me. She can also send for different colors of a bra you like. I thought the price was reasonable, about $50 per bra. This is how I will be buying bras from now on.

I have been going to this store for years and I have purchased many bras from them. The service I recieved was always attentive and focused. The range of bra sizes is huge! The quality of the bras are top notch; all of mine have lasted for years and are still very comfortable. Dont let the look of the store deceive you: while its not as pretty as some boutiques, youll walk out feeling like a million bucks.If the owner doesnt answer the phone, make sure you leave a message so she can get back to you. If might not be the same day, but Ive always had her return my calls.

I had 2 bras repaired by the owner. She did a nice job and the price was very reasonable. On my black bra the straps kept falling down. I had her shorten the straps and add a piece of black elastic to the back of each strap. It has helped keep the straps in place. The skin color bra needed the same thing done to its straps plus on each side of the back of the bra the see through material had ripped. She added a piece of stretchy fabric underneath those areas. Looks much better. Both were expensive bras so I am glad I could have them repaired rather than have to replace them.

Whats the point of having an appointment if youre going to keep me waiting in your dirty, dingy waiting area without A/C in 90 degree heat? So weird. Not even able to browse merchandise. No store area that I could see. A voice reassured me a few times that theyd be with me soon, but my infant son and I continued to sweat and wait, next to an old broken mannequin wearing bridal lingerie. Ive gone to specialty bra stores in Arizona and Washington state and this was the first time Ive shown up someplace that seemed more like a place to score black market human organs than a bra shop.

Called and made an appointment for 1 o clock on a Sunday and she never showed up. Drove 2 1/2 hours to see her. Called her while we waited and didnt answer and she never called back.

Owner is very unfriendly and buying a bra is hard enough than having to be more uncomfortable with someone who is fitting you.
