Jennifer was amazing. I brought my very inexperienced friend in today and she was super nervous. Jennifer gave us time to explore but knew when we ready to ask questions. She helped us find an affordable product that worked for my friend. And actually was able to help me too, even though I went in not planning to purchase anything. That is the sign of a great saleswoman! She needs a raise! She is so sweet, asks the right questions without going too personal and gives advice. She was kind enough to get my INCREDIBLY shy friend to open up about such a personal topic. Ive had nothing but good experiences here, but this was the best because of Jennifer. Ive never felt more informed or comfortable about my purchases than today, with Jennifers help.

Picked up some items and was really impressed with the service, quality, and experience.

My husband and I always come to this store whenever we make it to Omaha every other time has been a fabulous experience but today was not that. We walked in showed our ids and were followed the entire time anytime we turned a corner there was an associate and when we would make eye contact she would pretend like she was following us to help it was very uncomfortable we felt rushed and couldnt take our time to browse and find what we wanted, coming from someone who works in the industry the customer service was not it please speak with your employees on how to treat customers and watch for theft I understand it is their job to monitor but she followed us every single place we went I was so uncomfortable that I just bought the couple items I had so that I could get out of the store, we planned on buying more because we just got married and wanted to treat ourselves. I will say the store is clean but a little unorganized and items are high up Im glad I had my husband with so he could reach for me.

The owner is a classy guy and has good taste! Pleasure meeting him! Did business with him today regarding a business dealing. Very nice and personable! Would reccomend doing business with this gentleman!

I went into the store with some of my friends and we were followed and watched the entire time. I find this extremely disrespectful. We felt like they thought we were going to steal because of our color. They were not following anyone else in the store. Its sad, I cant even go shopping in peace. Also, everything here is too expensive so I will not be returning.

Jake was amazing! Very friendly, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about every product in the entire store. I went in looking for a certain type of vibrator and he helped me pick out the best one and answered every single question I had. He also recommended a bunch of other products I might be interested in and I ended up leaving with like 6 extra items! Thanks so much Jake.

I’ve been coming to Lover’s for at least 2 years now, introduce all my friends to this shop because I absolutely LOVE it. Never once have I had a negative experience there. Today, Courtney gave my friends and I (one of my friends just turned 18 so it was her first time) the best experience I’ve had. Super knowledgeable and open, overall she was awesome and made my friends feel real comfortable. I know most employees don’t work there for too long, but she is absolutely a keeper. Thank you!

Simply the best adult store in Omaha. Great lay-out, with the safe vanilla stuff in the front, and progressively more naughty as you move toward the back. The Tunnel of Love is kitschy, but they have a great selection of sex toys, with a knowledgeable staff.

This is an awful place on so many levels. The staff yells at you from the counter immediately when you walk in demanding to see your Id, that is uncalled for and rude! The prices are much more expensive than shopping online. Basically this is a place where they treat you like they are doing you a favor for allowing you in the door! Rude staff and overpriced merchandise. I will NEVER walk into this place again. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Johns on south 72nd, the staff is friendly, and they have a better selection of merchandise at lower prices.

My wife bought a sexy dress in a box from this store got it home and found there was a small tear or rip where the strap meets the front of the dress. So she didnt even get to wear it took it back the next morning to exchange it for the same one and was told sorry once it leaves the store we consider it used and dont do exchanges. I was floored I will never recommend this store to anyone and will never buy anything from you ever again. The products for sale are marked up alot and over priced to begin with and apparently you dont stand behind the products you sell and its a big business mistake on your part. We should have went to Adam & Eve or another store. Edit: the manage was the one who told me this didnt even bother to look at the dress wasted my time and gas going back to your store.

Worst experience of my life! First time going there and made the mistake of purchasing something that I thought what was getting and realized after the purchase that it was the wrong thing told the lady it was the wrong thing went to get the right thing and she flat out shut me down and told me all sales was finale and that I had to get something the same price but there was nothing els I wanted but what I went and grabbed and told me that I should have paid attention owell too bad! I was amazed at how disregarded she was ! No costumer satisfaction here just pretty much screw you we got your money and thats all that matters like I never left the counter with the item and you think they cared? NO! They can have that 20 little dollars I would rather deal with ebay before I ever see that place again and I intend for everyone to hear my story!
