Nice to have a dedicated Motorcycle gear and limited parts store in our area. They must be doing well because often they are out of stock on some of the items I go here for. Not that this is a fault, but a modern world reality. Give them a visit you just might find a sweet deal on something you need.

I’m a complete NOOBIE and have never ridden before and pretty intimated by the whole gear and bike process. Cycle Gear made it amazing and such a simple, pleasurable non-intimidating experience. The gentleman (Kurt?) helped me find the right helmet fit, jacket, was super patient and so helpful. I cannot recommend any other shop to get your gear at for anyone in the area! Seriously 5 stars and tons of inventory.

Ive never ridden before and stopped in to cycle gear to look at helmets. My plan was just to get a cheap one off of Facebook. That would have been a huge mistake. Samuel was the associate that helped me. He could not have been More knowledgeable about all aspects of riding motorcycles. He walked me through the different maneuvers for a beginner and how to become comfortable and confident on a new bike. He then thoroughly fitted me with a helmet that matched my head size.Im not exaggerating when I say this could have saved my life. because I had no idea so much went into a helmet fitting. He is simply the best and this place is awesome.

Had called to see if they had a specific size and type of helmet in stock. They only had a large and I needed an extra large. No where else in town had one so when to store. Super friendly staff and super helpful. Got me what I needed and the smaller size actually worked. They sed if it didnt there would be no hassle to order one and I was very impressed to know it would only take 3 business days. Thank you guys so much.

I went to Cycle Gear to find a new helmet. There was a huge selection of helmets. A ver knowledgeable employee was available to help me with making my selection. He went the extra mile to make sure I got the best helmet for my riding needs. He measured my head to ensure I got the right size, and showed me several different helmets to choose from. I purchased a Shuberth C-3 helmet. The staff at Cycle Gear were very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products they sell. I will definitely be going there for my bike gear.

I came into Omaha from Seattle on the motorcycle and needed a new RAM mount for my phone and a pair of gloves as well. The young gentleman at the counter was very helpful very pleasant and had what I needed. I came in the next day to return the gloves cuz they didnt quite fit and met the manager and had the same experience, even loaned me some tools after I drop my damn helmet in the parking lot! Glad there was a Cycle Gear in Omaha; we have one up in Seattle and I frequent it often 👍

We were originally just going in for a new helmet for me, but the prices were so good that we left with 2 new helmets and an entire new outfit of gear for me! The owner was the one who helped us personally and he was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE! He measured our heads and took the shape of them and then put each helmet through multiple tests once they were on our heads and made it clear that it mattered to him that we had safe gear. He then went through and tried to get us all the possible discounts! And everyone in there was so nice! We are from out of town and this will still probably be the only place my mom and I get gear again. Highly recommended.

Was in need of a SAE tool kit to have in my saddle bags for a week long ride. Had a buddy told me about one here so I checked it out. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and taken to exactly what I was looking for. Even better it was on SALE for nearly half off!!! I asked about rain gear also and the representative took me over and showed me the ones they had and gave me a little information on a couple of them that I was interested in to help me make a decision. While I didnt get my rain gear there they have some pretty good ones to choose from, compact and light weight to lightly insulated.

I am so very happy with my visit to cycle gear! I had just picked up a 110cc atv for my kids. But I wanted to make sure they got proper head gear at the very least before we went home. I decided to try cycle gear and they blew it out of the water! I have 4 kids but 2 main riders. And I just went in alone trying to find the same size helmets Id just fitted them in at a different store. The associate grabbed the size and brand I asked for but stopped and said...now before I sell these to you I really would like to make sure this is a proper fit. So I grabbed the kids out of the vehicle (they were there with my husband) and took them in for fitting. So glad I did!!! My daughters was way too big for her and it was a horrible accident waiting to happen! They only go down to small in youth and unfortunately the brand that was on sale just wasnt small enough. She really only fit into a more expensive brand size small properly. I was telling her that we would have to wait a while to get hers then as I just couldnt afford it right now. And the manager stopped and helped us look at the warehouse and found a blemished helmet in that brand and her size! Shipped to my house for free! Im so happy I was able to still get her one right now and Im so happy they didnt let me walk out with the wrong size Helmet for my daughter. I would have been devastated if anything happened to her because of a faulty helmet! Thank you so much cycle gear you guys rock and I WILL be back!!

Great store to get your motorcycle gear at. Fun environment with a good staff of employees that really enjoy what they are doing. If what you are looking for is not on hand at the store, they can order off the kiosk and usually have it in 3-4 days. Stop in and check the place out!

Went to another place first. ... was singularly unimpressed with the females social skills regarding by 7 year old great grand daughter. Way better here.... less expensive also! Very pleased.

I had wonderful experience with Kurt, who showed me the proper way to determine what type/size of helmet is appropriate for my head. I really appreciate the fact that he cares enough about his customers to make sure they are buying the right product to protect their heads while riding. I didnt buy a helmet from him yesterday, but when Im ready, I will, simply because of how much time and experience he invested in make sure I made the right decision, based not only on what I was wanting, but also on what is appropriate for my head. I did buy a CO2 tire inflator at a decent sale price.................that I hope I never have to use. :) Kudos to Kurt! Thank you for taking such good care of your customers!

I went in with a return from an online purchase. They handled the return promptly, and without questions. The salesperson even helped me find a replacement that fit perfectly. I wish they had more selection. But, I will definitely be going back. They have a new repeat customer.

Employees are knowledgeable and great attitudes, basic repair parts and tools are reasonable for newer local B&M bike shop its certainly not Nebraska Motorcycle but who knows 50 years down the line if we support this shop.

Drove from central Iowa to Omaha yesterday to purchase a quad for our daughter. The dealer didn’t have any helmets that we liked so we looked up Cycle Gear and headed on over. We were greeted right when we walked through the door and helped with locating the youth helmets. They had a great display with so many helmets! We picked one out then wandered around the store. It had so much cool stuff. Had gear for motocross, street bikes, and even Harleys! It will definitely be a place we stop at when we are in the area again.

My 2 boys bought dirt bikes from a local shop. With in 2 days they wrecked them both. Cycle Gear had everything to repair the bikes. I had them back up and running in just a few hours. They had all the part as well as the tools to fix them. Friendly and informative.

Second visit was MUCH better than the first. Why? Because of the quality of the customer service. Kurt was an excellent educator. There were a few details that I forgot to ask about Pinlock shields for my wife’s helmet, but that’s on me. Kurt listened. The first experience was with a sales person who literally never listened when I was trying to learn more about helmet options. Maybe he is great with a different type of client, but as I work in sales, being able to listen is key....I had to say “listen to what I am saying”....I’m sure he thought I was the fool. We came back due to the product available, but the CS is batting only 50% so far.

Well coming back from the East Coast my helmet got damaged so I stopped and picked up a nice helmet from some great folks thereThe guy that helped me was really helpful and directed me to exactly what I wanted

Trip 1: mediocre at best.+For supply they are the go-to place.-Customer service needs work. I am new to motorcycle riding and was hoping for a more indepth and explanatory visit not which look good to you. No, your the one with experience you tell me.

Was charged full price for a leather jacket at the counter, when asked about the sale price that was posted on the rack, the salesman said that was for the other leather jacket that was on the rack. When I pointed at the other sales tag on top of the rack, the salesman took to tag to the register and rang it up according to the sale price it should have been to begin with. Seems like the salesman should’ve known the correct price to ring it up for, without the customer pointing out the correct price to him.

My husband and I went to Cycle Gear to buy new motorcycle helmets after he did some research on what he thought would be best for us. We were looking for helmets that were bluetooth ready and were of better quality than what we have been wearing for the past eight years. When we walked in we were greeted by a sales associate (sorry but I cannot remember his name) who was extremely knowledgeable about what helmet would best fit each of us and after he talked to us and took measurements and helped us with fitting our helmets we ended up buying Sedici helmets instead of ones from Bilt. We were very pleased with the service we received and feel that we made the best choice but only after the help we received. This place has a great selection of helmets, jackets and other riding gear. We would highly recommend this place to anyone in the market for motorcycle gear.

I purchased a tire there and had them mount and balance the tire on the wheel. The cost of the tire was a little more than the Harley dealership, the mount and balance price was reasonable but then they called me the following day to tell me they always replace the tube, which was another $23, The tire was already there and I didnt have the time to take it somewhere else so I said just do it. The final price for a single tire mounted and balanced was $290. Thats almost $50 more than if I would have waited an extra day and took it to a Harley dealership. These days in this town prices should be comparable to others offering the same service. Their prices are just too high.

Went out to cycle gear omaha and bought a helmet with built in bluetooth. The bluetooth didnt work right. Took it back and they didnt have any same size in the store or online. The assistant manager took the helmet apart and replaced the system for me. Excellent job!
