Great place and friendly people. Brought in some wheels to have tire change on some old wheels that were freshly powder coated. Not a scratch and a quick turn around with reasonable price. Will definitely continue to use them.

Adam is a great mechanic and an all around good guy. He completely took care of the installation of my automatic turn signal canceling system and, when the component itself was faulty, he was great with setting my bike back up. I would come to Baxter for anything I need for my bike. Great experience and more than fair pricing.

Purchased new tire and had it installed on the bike. Initially I felt that I was overcharged on labor. The general manager, Vincent, contacted me and said it was an internal mistake and made it right for me with no issues. Thankful that Baxter Cycle cares about customer service.

Salesperson at Baxter was prepping a motorcycle for me and when I asked if a wire transfer or credit card was OK for payment for the trade difference he said I go through all this to get a bike ready for you within 24 hours and NOW I have to worry about payment?. Vincent - personal checks are not a very secure form of payment; wires are a much better option. Also, dont talk down to a customer that is trying to give you $20,000. I assume being condescending has worked for you in the past but isnt a great approach.

Dope shop, real as it gets. I came from Chicago to meet Vincent and buy a Tiger 1200, the experience was perfect. I think a guy was flying in from the East coast to buy a bike, it’s that kind of place. Go buy a Triumph from Baxter, you’ll be glad you did.

Great place. I look forward to stopping by as often as I can. Motorcycles, coffee, lifestyle products (Duke Cannon soap is highly recommended). Its basically all the best parts of motorcycle camaraderie and none of that motorcycle dealer feel.
