I do NOT recommend this company. First of all the estimate I received over the phone did not match my total at the end of my service, the fees that I seen on my balance weren’t told to me at the time of booking. If I would’ve known I would’ve took my business else where! Over priced, Unprofessional, and bad communication!! The chief of the company wasn’t compliant and didn’t care about the situation at hand. They tried to charge me $800 for 2 hours worth of work, for packaging, and $159 for fuel when they barely had to drive 2miles from my place. Not to mention they gave their driver the wrong address for my destination spot so that took them extra time on their end and he only prorated 15minutes off my total. I am really disappointed with my experience. The only thing I have nice to say is that their movers were polite and efficient. They should start their own business! “All my sons” gives them a bad reputation

Honestly, if I could give negative stars I would. They called me the day of the move and said, We had two crews call in today, we cant move you yeah, you read that right. They cancelled on the day of the move. Then, on top of that, they had the audacity to tell me the next available day they could move me was a week later. Honestly, having worked in retail most of my life, I was embarrassed for this dude. Basically what I heard was, we cant do the job. Dont use all my sons. They may occasionally do a great job, but you run the risk of them not doing the job at all. Literally they just flat out cancelled. Its honestly the least professional thing Ive ever experienced in my life.

My move in Omaha definitely left a poor taste in my mouth for this company to what should have ended up being a straight forward day. A one bedroom apartment move ended up costing me $1000 for 5 hours of work plus 1 hour commute time for my drivers. The reason I give 2 stars is because they conversed and never complained about the stairs during the move. Face timing and calling their friends when they were on the clock was unprofessional, not to mention the smoking on my apartment property that is clearly marked as non smoking. Tried to give them a little slack for all the stairs, but catching people standing around a little too much for people who work for a moving company. The only reason the move ended up getting done in less than 6 hours was because their boss likely told them to get to moving faster. I would not recommend AT ALL.

My wife and I just purchased our first home and used All My Sons in Omaha to make the move, and we had a great experience! The trio made up of Joel, Will, and led by Orlando Morquecho were wonderful to work with. They were pros and were a joy to work with. They showed up early, walked us through all the expenses up front, and were very careful about balancing the need for wanting to protect everything and not using too much material (which would have driven the price up). Our move got off to such a great start because of these three men, and I’m thankful for our experience. I sure hope that we won’t be moving any time soon again, but we will definitely use All My Sons again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Our experience with All My sons moving & storage was not a positive one. We asked to have two bedrooms and about 25 boxes moved from one location to another. After loading half of the things that needed to be moved, the door was closed and they said sorry the truck is full. We asked if they were planning on coming back to get the rest, and they said that they were done for the day. We called that day and were told that someone would get back to us.It has been over a week and not one call has come our way from them. Customer service seems to be lacking at best. Maybe they were having a bad day but thia was a fairly easy fix... I certainly wont recommend this company to any of my friends

I wrote am earlier review, but felt forced to since they stand over your shoulder and push you to write a review before they leave your house. I was originally quoted alittle over $100, and the day before got Called and told I need three movers and that would be $160 an hour. You get charged for travel time of an hour even if it doesnt take an hour. Got told I would get refunded money for not taking the time they thought it would to drop off stuff but havent seen that. I know you get charged from the time they leave the business in the morning till the time they return, I saw them about a half later after leaving my place driving around? Wouldnt recommend, I feel very taken advantage of.

I cannot say enough about All My Sons Moving.!! The two gentlemen that did our move (Kt & his partner(sorry forgot his name) were abSolutley THE best! I give them an A++++++. Prompt, courteous and professional all the way from start to finish.Everything was done with professionalism!! I will use you again for sure! Thanks to Adam & Gary also for all you do!

These guys are super professional and quick. They saved my butt after my other movers went bad. They were quick, super kind and definitely didn’t expect me to help at all. The guys were super courteous and committed. I would definitely hire again

I originally was told I would get 4 movers and a 26 truck. I had 3 movers and the truck. I have to say, the men that I had did an amazing job! They were careful, organized, and worked very hard. They packed my 2 bedroom, 3rd floor apartment and my moms 1 bedroom 2nd floor apartment in a timely manner. Then they unpacked all of it in about 45 minutes. The total charge was a little higher than expected (my misunderstanding), but 100% worth it! Thank you to Dione and his guys!!! Yall did an amazing job! May God bless you!!!!

There were some complications when I used these guys. However they did not sour the experience. I spoke with a manager Adam, and he offered positive progressive problem solving. Marlon and the other movers were very professional, courteous, and patient. My only want from this experience would be better communication. I plan on using their services again.

All My Sons Moving did an excellent job with my move from our home to our storage units. They are very careful and respectful of your home and your possessions. Jahmel Collins did a great job as supervisor, as well as ensuring our belongings were packed safely and securely in the truck. They filled our storage to the doors.Highly recommend them for your move!

My movers were AMAZING. I had three young men help us that day. Mel was the team lead and really helped manage the whole day. They were polite and very respectful of my belongings.

DO NOT use All My Sons Moving Co!!!! Had a move scheduled to be first today, they pushed us back to be a 2nd move of the day, now they called and said they weren’t coming at all. An employee from the company called my Mom crazy and was laughing while doing saying so.Would not recommend.

Absolute WORST experience! This was my second experience with ALL My Sons and my LAST. My previous experience was with a branch from IL and they were completely professional. The Omaha location was the ABSOLUTE WORST! If I was able to give 0 stars, I would leave 0 stars. The 3 movers showed up 1 hr late and did not plan enough time for the agreed upon items. Instead of starting to load my items, the head technician stood around for an additional hour complaining that he was not going to move any items because his chief of operations did not plan his schedule or team appropriately. I spoke to the chief of operations and he accused me of lying about the number of items agreed upon. He told me I was no longer a priority because I was a liar. His communication and behavior was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am completely disgusted and insulted with him insulting my integrity! DO NOT USE All My Sons from this Omaha branch.

The office people were nice and so were the delivery boys. They did a good job moving things. However I had several issues. First they were 45 minutes late because the address I gave them was CORRECT but they didn’t believe me because Google maps imaging had not been updated. Second the delivery guy charged me for 2 hrs for 50 minutes of work. He said “I’m sorry to charge you so much when you have barely anything to move, that’s just what we do”. (I went with it, I decided I would NOT tip them) When they got to my house, the office called the delivery men and told them they should not be charging me for 2hrs but went with it anyways. Lastly after they left, they returned 20 minutes later asking if I had their tablet. The main delivery guy said “I left it on the back of the truck”. I let them all walk through my house at their own accord to look for it, even suggested gps’ing the device. Still I got text nagging me about a tablet they used outside my house and admitted leaving it on the back of the truck.

Moving is always stressful and when it came time to find a moving company I was dreading it. I started by calling a few and with all I had to leave a voicemail. All My Sons returned my call within a few minutes. The others it was hours later and one never called at all. All My Sons lined up time for me and they stopped by 2 days later and gave me a quote. It was all quick and easy and the price was very reasonable. Packing and moving day went very smoothly and the lead team member, named Michael Pitt was very professional and helpful. He was the leader on both packing and moving day and kept everything moving seamlessly. I would recommend All My Sons for anyone’s moving needs.

Only the top part of my deep freezer was wrapped and bottom part of my freezer was bent. Not sure how it happened but damage to a customers property is not good even if it is minor.. I also was charged for two mattress bags. I purchased my own mattress bag to have used, it was but not sure why I was charged for items I did not use. As I only had one mattress and a box spring and the box spring was not covered with anything.

Long story short, we booked WITH A DEPOSIT, and they cancelled our move and never told us and claimed we didnt answer their calls even though we were never called and never emailed. Look at Yelp for true reviews because after talking with people I have no idea how this company is above 2 stars. You can ask anyone in Omaha that has moved with them and it is never good I promise. From slow movers, to lack of respect of property to just terrible business handling they should have moved out of their office along time ago, but figures since they suck at moving.

Do not use this company!!!!!!I called All My Sons Moving and received a over the phone quote to pickup some furniture to bring our shop for us to redo them and then deliver them back to my customer. When they were only half done with just the pickup they asked for payment of almost the full estimate. Stated that the bill would be 2 to 3 times what the original estimate was. I refused to pay the bill until we figured out the total charges. Manager told movers not to unload furniture until I paid but the movers they did anyway. Manager went ahead and charged my credit card without my approval and just walked away from the job half way through just the initial pickup.Discussing this with of good friend of mine and a past customer of All My Sons Moving they informed the movers provided a $1,600.00 written estimate to move their furniture and personal items from house to house in the Omaha area and the same thing happened. They received a over $4,000.00 bill and was told they were taking their items unless the full balance was paid in full right then.Their estimate was for 4 movers and 2 trucks and they showed up with 1 truck and 3 movers which had no tools with them and no experience in movingWorst customer service company I have ever dealt with in 38 years of business.This is the first negative Google review that I have ever left and just want to warn/protect any potential future customers of All My Sons Movers!!!Scammers, liars and they will try to try to take advantage of you!!!

Please save yourself time, money, and a headache and do not use this moving company. First, after you book your reservation and pay the deposit, they assure you someone will be calling you for inventory updates and you will get an email. I received neither. So, instead, I called twice and completed an inventory twice. I was slotted to be the second move of the day which they estimated would place movers at my house between 10-11.At 10:30 I got a call that movers were on their way. Once they got to my house they realized that they brought three movers but I had only booked two. So, they said they had to drop off the third mover and they would be right back. At 12:00 when they finally returned, we went through the house so they could check inventory which they agreed was the same as what I had called in. After 2.5 hours they told me they were given too small of a truck and would have to make multiple trips. When they confirmed with the office (Adam and Sam) that my inventory was correct and the size of the truck was their mistake, they informed the movers that I could either have them move what was on the truck and leave the rest or pay for multiple trips. When I called and complained they agreed to take off travel time.Finally, at 7 pm the move was completed. I was down a dresser that broke during the move, and $735. The movers told me their bosses were wrong for that and I tipped them and let them go. Id like to add that I am pregnant and was on my feet for 7 hours, didnt get to eat, and brought down several items from the house to the truck to move the process along faster. I felt completely taken advantage of, like I had signed up for a move that was quoted around $500 and here I ended up paying almost $250 more for because of their mistake.I called to make an appeal to both Adam and Sam, as they had been helpful on the phone when I reserved my move date. Instead I was met with how is it our fault you were on your feet or didnt eat? Well, Idk where am I supposed to sit and eat when all my belongings are being moved out of the house? None of my items were wrapped, except for my mattress, they took smoke breaks, and only one mover was putting in effort to keep a continuous momentum, which at the time I had empathy for before finding out about the issue with the truck. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way, please learn from my experience and book with a company that will move you for close to the quote or at least make it right when they make a mistake.

Such a poorly run operation. It was a mistake to hire them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Workers are lazy who do the minimum amount of work, waiting for their time to run out. They came completely unprepared without basic moving equipment and refused to carry any small thing. Lazy and entitled workers paired with poor management explain their poor reputation. Stay away at all costs.

Cody, Rashard, and Natasha were our movers. The actual move was very good, we have no complaints. They should get a 5 star rating. The staff was courteous and professional. Took care to move our items without damage. Were very thorough and good representatives of your company.My only issue is I booked for the day prior, and was told we were the first move of the day. But day of, it didn’t work for anyone to come. We had taken off of work the original scheduled day to be there for the move. And our children were at daycare. Since it was moved to a Saturday we each wasted a day of PTO and had to pay for and arrange last minute daycare on a Saturday. And when the move was put off we were initially told that we would get an additional fourth mover at no additional cost. We were only given 3. I feel like for these problems we should have had something more to make up for it. We paid a lot of money for the move and then we’re out additional costs due to your scheduling error.

Please be careful when working with this company. I received a two hour quote to move four furniture pieces. The movers were young and moved VERY VERY slow. It took 2 hours to move only 3 pieces - a dining room table, hutch, and a chair. I finally told them they were taking too long and to forget the 4th piece. When we went to the garage where they needed to drop the furniture off (after a 5 mile drive took them 35 minutes), they charged me ALMOST DOUBLE of what their initial quote was EVEN THOUGH WE WERE IN THE SAME 2 HOUR TIME FRAME!!! I called the office and they told me the lady who quoted me must have misquoted me!!!! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRACTICES!!!!!

Gage, Tony, Dre, Matt, and Victor assisted us with our move. We were moving a five bedroom home across the state. They were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to help make our move go smoothly. These men were extremely careful with our items and took special care to make sure to not scratch any new paint in our home. They also got done in half the time quoted. Would 100% recommend them and would never use any other company!

Read FB reviews on this company before hiring them. We didn’t and paid over $800 for a two bedroom apartment move. Took them 4 hrs and several smoking breaks to move our stuff. They spent more time stopping to sit in their truck & smoke than actually moving anything. And they didn’t even show up the day they were supposed to. I don’t know why their google reviews look so high, but the more research I do, the more obvious it is that this business is run by scammers who just want to milk the clock and pocket as much of your money as they possibly can. Literally sick about it.

Cody, Quan, and Jackson helped us move an hour and a half away during one of the hottest days of the year! They were quick and efficient even while working short staffed. All three of them were very respectful, professional and extremely hard working. They were a big help in taking some stress off of us in the moving process.

Called ahead of time to confirm they could move something that was particularly heavy (900 lbs), was told it wasnt going to be a problem. Several days later I got an e-mail indicating they were trying to get ahold of me but couldnt (I never got any kind of voicemail or anything). I called them back as instructed by the e-mail, but they didnt know any of the details of the previous conversation. When I confirmed the heavy item, I was informed that they wouldnt be able to move something that heavy and cancelled my appointment. Now I have to scramble to reschedule everything. What a waste of my time.

Rishard and Jyrus were great. Showed up on time and worked carefully and efficiently. All the glass shelves and TVs were put in bubble wrap and everything made the trip in perfect condition.

For starters, they were scheduled for the afternoon. They showed up at 8AM. Movers refused to move filing cabinets after contacting dispatch. When I made the initial call I explained that they needed to be removed from a basement that had flooded. This was clearly explained. If this was a condition of refusal they should have never created the work order and declined the job and I could have contacted someone else and not wasted my time. They did zero so they deserve ZERO.

Misquoted initially on hourly rate. Sent 3 movers and only 2 actually did any work. Movers were very slow with loading. Did not have any tools to take furniture a part. I had to go out and buy tools and then I ended up disassembling most of it. Gave movers wrong address and they got lost for an hour. Payment was due before they would unload but no idea what all was charged because no itemized receipt just knew if I didnt pay what they said they wouldnt unload. Way overpriced for the service. Would never use this company again or recommend to anyone moving.

Expect to pay at least $300 more than what they quote you. They are not transparent about their pricing at all. I was originally quoted $120/ hour and then they increased the cost to $160/hour when I wanted to schedule their services. They charged $150 for some plastic wrap and cardboard (I was moving a very small apartment). They also charged $160 to drive to my original apartment and then back to their business (8 miles at most).They lost a piece of my furniture and getting the issue resolved is difficult.Customer service workers on the phone talk like I’m an annoyance and are quick to get me off the phone.

Good team work with the crew. They were prepared and quick working together. Peace of mind for me during my move.

Inventory was a problem because they couldnt take a good chunk of my items as I was not told to inform the person over the phone about every single item including wall art, a high chair, pillows, small toy box, garbage can, vacuum, broom..some boxes were left behind still due to this miscommunication.

I’ve never used movers before and didn’t know what to expect but Brady and Gage set high expectations for whenever I use movers in the future! They made it worth every penny! They were courteous and quick with everything all while keeping all of my items in as good of condition as they were before the move! I highly recommend these guys!

I had hired them, they kept changing the arrival time, finally showed up, said they couldnt do it. I hired different movers for the next day and the move was done in 4 hours. They had 3 moves scheduled that day and I was the middle one, so they dumped mine to move on. It is okay because the movers that showed up and did the job were more professional and I didnt have anything broken.

These guys were hired specifically with the purpose of moving a piano in mind, and they arrived without ANY of the equipment needed to move a piano. They did ok by us by adjusting price to reflect this, but had sent a 4th person with the moving crew without telling us they were sending the 4th person. They do NOT tell you up front that they are charging any travel costs for their crew whether they are actually moving things in their trucks or not. They tried to charge us for moving supplies that they did not use. The labor rate they tried to charge us was not anywhere close to what was quoted over the phone. Nothing about the billing was anywhere close to what was quoted. They charge a minimum of 2 hours of labor, and then try to leave early whether your job is done or not. Even while they are there working half-heartedly, they are complaining every step of the way about doing (some) of the job that they were hired to do. We have multiple scrapes in walls that were just repainted. I was not impressed with the quality of service at all. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! THEY ARE A JOKE! THEY HAVE NO PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY!

I needed some furniture moved around in the house to make room for items that I had stored in a Pods container. Brady and Gage were courtesy, timely and very helpful. They arranged all of the items like I had asked and also unpacked items that I had in the Pods container. When I asked to have a couple of things rearranged they happily obliged. They are good representatives of the company.

I wish I could give All My Sons a 0 star rating. DO NOT BOOK THIS MOVING COMPANY! THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP! I had our move booked 2 weeks in advance. I was told on moving day that our crew would arrive at 9 am. By 9:45 no one had showed up so I called. After being on hold with the corporate office for over an hour, I was told that they had changed my time and would actually be arriving at 2 pm that day. 2:30 rolled around and still no one had shown up and I had not received any communication from All My Sons. I called back and was put on hold again for almost 30 minutes. I was finally able to talk to someone who told me that she recommended I book another moving company because All My Sons most likely wouldnt be coming. She said she had asked the Omaha branch to give me a call. I never got a call from anyone at the Omaha branch and was not able to find a moving company on such short notice as I had to be out of my 3 bedroom house that night. We had to frantically search to find a big enough UHaul to fit our furniture and call as many friends and family as we could to come and help us. You are better off reserving a UHaul and getting your friends to move you than trusting this company. Absolutely awful experience and I do not want this to ever happen to anyone else. DO NOT BOOK ALL MY SONS!

My mother booked All my sons to move us literally 10 minutes down the road. My desk is broken!! The risers for the couch are literally broken off and they just stuffed them back under the couch. One guy literally took a smoke break during the move. This company should not be trusted! They just say stuff everywhere in each room and did not ask my mother for directions on placement. She came back up stairs from moving things herself and they were walking out to tell her that they were finished! How unprofessional? Having gone through several moves I know how professional movers work. They always have you do a walk through before they leave to see if you need any adjustments.. but not this company.

Do not use!! Booked services for Saturday, paid deposit and called to ask about time of arrival and they said they did not have appointment scheduled! Said it was actually Sunday...BUT they did not have a crew available on Sunday!! Really?? And no phone call to inform me of this!

Updated Review:Buyer beware.... You are hassled from the moment the crew starts to unload your truck to write a five star review so the moving crew gets a bonus. They even hassled my father in law who wasnt even part of this move. Three stars is for constantly bugging us to do a review before even finishing the move. Also 3 stars because they didnt fill the 26 foot truck to full capacity. Beware if you have furnishings your boxes will not be stacked on top. We ended up having to rent a Uhaul last minute to get all of our boxes by ourselves the next day.Initial Review:The team (Cody, Will, Cameron) were on time & extremely helpful. A few of our items put up a fight, but they managed through it.

Omaha location is a joke. They were a no call no show. When they were over an hour late I was the one that had to call them. Of course the manager didnt care. If there was an issue I would have been OK with it. But to not even care enough to call is very poorly ran company. Save your money and use a different company!

Gage, Raul, and Jackson were absolutely fantastic!! They were quick and professional! We will forever use and recommend the company as well as the men who helped us today!

Gage, Gary, and Andre did an outstanding job. I hope this review reaches their superiors because they should be recognized for their superior service. These gentleman moved my items from my home to a storage facility. There was an intoxicated gentleman at the storage facility and he was giving the guys a a hard time. They remained professional while quickly moving my items. I want to thank you all for your understanding and hard work with this move. Thank you so much guys.

Richard and Jax were amazingly helpful on our 2 day move. Raul was very helpful on the 1st half of our ove as well. These men were professional, attentive and took great care with our things. Their customer service was excellent.

Not one scratch was left on my furniture or on either properties. They, also, got done in half the time we were quoted which saved us a bunch of money. I would love to review the actual movers but since they never showed up, I cant. I reserved my movers 2 months ago thinking I was smart to plan ahead. I called in April asking to add a second stop on moving day and was told it was no problem. Was told I would receive a confirmation call before the move but I had to call the day before as no one had contacted me. Some of my information was wrong and they didnt know anything about the 2nd stop. Moving day I was told theyd arrive between 11 and 2. At 1:30 Id heard nothing so I called and was assured they were just running behind and someone would be there in a couple hours. About an hour and a half later I got another call informing me they couldnt make it that day at all and could we wait 2 days for them to have availability. I could not and instead had to hustle to make other plans. I was refunded my deposit though that does little to help the situation. I imagine the real cause was not wanting to drive all the way to my small town as no other moving companies would either. I would not recommend them to anyone based on what we went through.

Jyrus and Onte were wonderful! They were quick and kind. Very aware of what was asked of them. Good work is hard to come by now-a-days, and these 2 guys exemplified hard work. Thanks!

Booked our move over the phone with very friendly professional agent. Movers arrived and were also very professional and friendly. Started walking through house to show what they would be moving and main guy looked puzzled and stated some items I was pointing out were not on inventory list but stated it would be no big deal. They immediately got to work and started unloading bubble wrap and shrink wrap, tape and blankets to ensure my items were protected. PERFECT. The move took much longer than expected but at first I was ok with this just because I knew it took extra time to wrap items up. We got to the end and I noticed they still had several larger items to move and were running out of room. They then loaded my leather couch, headboard, and 2 large white fabric chairs that I noticed did not have any blankets, wrap or any thing to protect them (keep in mind a Rubbermaid deck bot was protected with wrap). The main guy then tried to load an outdoor table and told me it would not fit nor would several other items. At that point there was nothing I could do so we started to leave. During the ride over I got a phone call from a quality assurance person and I expressed my concerns. He had nothing to say about the poor packed items and wanted to keep adding that they loaded items that were not on their list. When the movers started to unload items everything that was not wrapped had damage or stains from the grime on the truck. Ipointed it out to the main mover and he said I should take pictures as would he claims department would be in touch. When I explained that his quality assurance guy called and I told him some things I was not happy about how he kept referring to an inventory list. We explained to the mover that when we were asked about our move by their agent she only asked what the square footage was of the house and what items were in the bedrooms and approx how many boxes we had and then said ok thank you and no other questions were asked about what items were in our basement or kitchen or backyard or garage. Waiting to hear what will be done about my ruined chairs and damaged furniture...

Oh I hope I never have to move again. 12 years worth of living sure does add up, and I’m so thankful these fellas took it all from one house to the next. No way would I want to do this with the help of family and friends. Thank goodness for Nate, Cody and Brady! These boys came in and did the job. Though it was slower than I expected, they were thorough and very communicative the whole way through. If you don’t wanna break your back. This is the way to go! Highly recommend.

I am SO glad we went with All My Sons. Yes, they’re not the cheapest option, but they made our move so stress free. Marco and his partner arrived on time, loaded everything carefully from our 3 bedroom in San Antonio, and then unloaded everything in the right place in our new home in Lincoln, NE. Not a single thing was broken and they were so professional. Well worth the money!
