After another truck rental company failed to provide me with the truck I reserved for moving my family across the country, the Penske associates went above and beyond to provide me with what I needed the very day I needed the truck. The customer service was outstanding and genuinely friendly. Also, this location is the nicest truck rental facility I’ve ever been in. The cost of the rental was more than what I would have paid at the other company, but the truck was a lot better (had adaptive cruise control!) and the overall great experience working with Penske is well worth the price. I will definitely rent from them again when the time comes!

You will not find any other truck rental as quick, easy and friendly!After spending countless minutes on hold with U-haul on a Friday morning trying to find a truck at the last minute, I ran onto this goldmine!I didnt have to wait on hold or talk to a central office in another state just to make a reservation to have someone call you back like with U-haul.Within a few minutes, Adam who was so friendly and helpful had me all set up to pick up a 16ft truck at noon. They also beat U-hauls price by 10% and even threw in a dolly for free! Easy to find location at 12th and Leavenworth.I was in and out of the office with paperwork signed and on the road with a truck in 5 minutes. The truck was nice and clean inside and out and drove like a charm.This place is also called THE STORAGE LOFT so if youre needing a storage unit, I read some really great reviews about their climate controlled units.Locally owned so your money is staying in Omaha helping the small business owner instead of big corporations!
