I had ordered a desk and lateral file from Liberty Furniture. Tracking the item shows that it was in Omaha on 9/9. Call twice to verify that my order was there and wanting to schedule a delivery. Left two voicemails for Lacy asking that the delivery be scheduled on Friday. Never received a call back even though I left both my cell phone and my house phone. Wondering why they dont return calls and get my merchandise out of their warehouse . Frustrating

NordicTrack uses this service for delivery. Our item was rescheduled due to weather. We understand that it needed to be rescheduled. However, the rescheduled day our equipment was to be delivered, we called three times to check in on the delivery. We received no return call. Then we got a text message that it wouldnt be delivered and that they would fix this issue on Monday. This employee seemed to just want to clock out for the weekend.. The company is open on Saturday so I had to go pick up the item myself. Lucky the employee that ended up assisting me was good and I left with my purchase. Would not recommend this company.

Fast talking sales people gloss over some critical moving details.Note, this is my 6th or 7th out of state move, this one went badly. I had no idea until moving day that my household goods were going into to storage there in Omaha on move-out day. I asked during the coordination call, I was very specific, I want my household goods loaded onto the truck that moving them the distant end. I was assured that would be the case. It was not. As a result, everything in the warehouse was dirty, damaged, or both. Look, Mayflower offered a generous settlement after the fact, so Im not going to review Mayflower negatively. But you should know, Mayflower and United are both part of the same subsidiary, Unigroup. And Im not too impressed with Unigroups oversight.Moving is hard, but I was very surprised when I learned the truck was going back to the warehouse with my household goods. Make sure you understand the contract very well.The packers and the loaders showed up on time, and they were professional. The damaged items were likely not fault of the packing or loading crew.Communication was poor.

Extremely upset with the lack of response and communication from the company. I was supposed to have a Proform bike delivered through them. It’s been in their warehouse since last Monday. I finally called and they said they would deliver it this past Saturday before noon. By noon I hadn’t heard from them so I called, they said they didn’t have the bike. The woman told me that I would be her first priority on Monday. I called Monday she told me she would look into it and call me back. She said that sometimes packages will be marked as delivered when they simply aren’t. It’s now Thursday and I haven’t heard back from anyone. Called twice today and nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t use this company. I was extremely patient and kind to these people. If I had received the promised update, I probably wouldn’t be writing a review.

From estimate to delivery this company will take care of your needs and make the moving experience very pleasant. The packers are very careful and organized. The men moving your furniture are also very professional and will make sure to get everything where you need it to be. Would highly recommend this company for any body moving.

This company is absolutely awful and I would NOT recommend you use them. My package sat in their warehouse for 2 weeks! I was very understanding when the weather was a reason for some of the delay but I had to threaten that I was going to report it stolen if they didn’t deliver it! Part of it they even admitted they forgot to put me on their roster for delivery! They delivered my Nordic Trac bike upside down, damaged and broken! I would strongly recommend you not use them if you can help it!!

Ronnie was absolutely exceptional in helping me during such a stressful move and time in my life. He helped me figure out how to wrap the few things I needed to, and even provided me the materials. He checked in often to make sure the move was going well. And after the move was complete, he even checked in to see that things went smoothly and that I was satisfied with the service. All of the movers were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this moving company.

Matt Schaefer and his team did an exceptional, thorough job at moving me from apartment to apartment across town. They were extremely careful with my fragile items. Also, they were attentive to where each box I had marked belonged. They are affordable, polite, and hardworking no matter the size or volume of the move. So much so that I referred them to my mother, who was moving the month after me. They packed her 5000 sq foot home from top to bottom to perfection, showed up to move at the exact times specified, worked diligently as a team to make my mom feel comfortable and cared for, and got her from Point A to Point B in a time frame that was easiest for her to work with. Matt and his team are flexible and will do everything to make the client feel at ease. I could tell he went the extra mile on many of the details of my mother’s move and mine. The moving team was exceptional. I recommend them with high regards. Their professionalism exceeded expectations and more companies should follow in their footsteps.

They had my treadmill for 10 days before I finally found out and called to see when it was going to be delivered. Who knows how long they would have had it if I hadnt called them. They scheduled it to be delivered between 9:00 & 1:00 so I arranged to be off work until 2:00. They finally showed up at 2:00. They honestly acted as if they could care less about a customer.

We have moved a couple times and have never been more pleased than with the team at Select Vans. From booking everything with Josh to our moving day crew of Matt, Alex, and Monte we were extremely happy. I will never use another moving company again!

Originally had a delivery scheduled for Wednesday and there was no communication regarding a delay in delivery. They just took it upon themselves to reschedule for Thursday. I had to contact 3 different people and spend almost an hour on the phone with only the option to leave a voicemail. I finally contacted the shipper for a resolution. I would not recommend this company.

The whole crew was polite and respectfull during the whole process. I was impressed with their professionalism and would recommend this company to anyone who would ask for a referral. Thank you, Steve Harwan

Truck was parked on the wrong side of the road, where there is no parking posted. Driver and helpers were belligerent and wouldnt move the truck so I could get to an appointment, which I missed. The driver was just petty pet moved items on my property and blocked my driveway again with an item just to be annoying. Im sure not everyone is like this on their team. Already spoke to the company and they say they will right this unprofessional attitude.

Chris and the crew were outstanding, i will recomend this company to any one that needs moving, a real asset to moving in Omaha, this was Cindy Erving job
