Staff friendly, efficient, very knowledgeable. I had a photo from my thumb drive to be printed - staffer did a great job of showing me options. Plus he recommended matte paper - as he said it was likely the person autographing photo would use a Sharpie pen, and Sharpie ink smears on glossy paper! I was impressed. Customer service at its best.
Incredible customer service at this location. Due to a significant timing miss on the part of Fed Ex Express Delivery, we were under the gun on an important project. The local team pulled off a print job in record time and kept our project on track. Couldnt be better!
This place made 100 business cards for me and they were not even centered and are blurry they came out awful and ended up charging me 60$ they said there price just increased that they are having a 3rd party make the cards now they also didn’t stick to there 24 hour timeline I had to call over and over again not worth your money go else where better off ordering off of vista print

I love this FedEx location. All of the employees are beyond helpful. Ive had the best customer service Ive ever had at this location. Miss Pam is the best and Elliot knows how to help a customer. Everyone is knowledgable of their products and more than willing to do the very best for each customer. Ill definitely be back!
Did not accept the package with a radio today for absolutely no reason. There were no batteries in it, but they never asked, just refused to accept it. Forced my wife to drive to other location to drop it off. Besides, its the slowest shipping ever, there are some common sense issues there. Do business somewhere else, people!

Awful place. Place wasnt clean. The women Pam behind the desk watched me waiting for 25 minutes while she didnt help me and went along looking busy. I eventually left without getting what I needed. If you want quick, friendly, clean service this IS NOT THE PLACE!!!!

Most terrible service Ive ever encountered, AND OVER THE PHONE TOO. Ill never ever In my life order a package through FedEx again. The lady on the phone was rude, acted like she didnt even care about helping me solve my issue. She recommended me to a company that DIDNT EVEN EXIST. Not to mention the absurd policy of not being able to pick up your package from the facility If their vendors pay to decline that option. Then when I asked What do I do if my package gets stolen since you wont let me pick it up from you guys? The lady has the nerve to say The offended would then file a claim on the package with us. Ridiculous. Its clear that corporate money makes the rules with you guys, and Im not gonna bend over and take it. Have a profitable day.

Worst experience ever! Tried to get simple print outs in the self service area. Machine broke down and then unplugged and turned back on.. when I paid and asked for help to put the right settings to use my own paper, the lady walked over abruptly, clearly mad I asked for her help, and then pushed a couple buttons and walked away even though it didn’t work. When I came over to try and talk to her, she ignored me and tried not to make eye contact. I left after already having paid for printouts I never got.
Its an amazing store and the people who work there are even more amazing. No words can describe how much we love taking our dog Simon there and buying anything he needs or wants!
Most of my visits at this Fedex office have been very positive. I would like to mention about a very helpful person here. His name is Collin. He went above and beyond to help me ship an international complicated shipment . It was new to him too but he made sure to trouble shoot and resolve it.
The lady who helped us was polite, friendly and efficient. Would definitely return to this location.

I use Fedex print all of the time and all over the country and have had amazing results. But this location, never again. They never contacted me after the order was submitted. I emailed them to check on the order and received no response. When I called to see what the final total was it was half of what it should have been because they were trying to print something completely different than what I ordered. BTW, I have an online confirmation as to what I ordered and it was NOT what they were trying to print. I cancelled my order as Im not willing to hassle with them.

Wont ship packages unless address you are shipping from matches address on your ID. UPS doesnt even need to see ID. I understand current events, but some of the staff allow you to use other forms of ID while other staff are rude and refuse service. I wonder how much business they lose due to the new policy.Update: went in on 7/3/2019 and the clerk went on break as soon as I got there to ship out a package. He asked what was in my box then said someone else would help me, everyone else completely ignoring me or standing in the back area. So many employees but no one to help. 5 mins later I walk outside to tell him I’m going to UPS and to enjoy his break on his phone. This place is the worst.

I dont care for this company in general, I feel the customer services is very poor. They are quite rude, and the employees seem to hate their job . . . picking up packages here is like pulling teeth. They pretty much wont have your stuff until after 4 pm that day . . . very inconvenient. I asked when the ground express comes in and one person told me 2, another employee told me 3:30 and acted very annoyed that I had called in general : ( It suck this is the only place Alpha Broder will ship to.
I have been using this location for years and they have always provided me with great service. As with any business they get busy; however, Ive seen the manager come out from behind the counter to assist customers with copies, faxes and other things.
Apparently I am not the only one that has experienced poor customer service. Actually one specific employee was useless and was misnamed as a Dave the Valet. While I am sure it is difficult to find good help, apparently help that shows up is good enough. So, with that being said after asking if faxes were free this morning, Karl said no not today, and proceeded to help in a pleasant manner. As for the Valet he is either useless, does not like to serve senior citizens, or lastly people with good tans. Two stars, even though Id give Karl four. I will find someplace else to use a fax.

Bad customer service. Incompetency at its max. I emailed some documents here for printing on plain white paper and when I walked in, at first the guy who was helping me said they didnt get my email, and I had the receipt from the email on my phone. Then he said You didnt give us instructions, so we didnt print it. Except I did, as proofed by my copy of the Sent email in my outbox. Then they found that my document was printed, but under the wrong name. I told him I needed to sign and scan the paper, he just generally pointed in the direction of several workstations and told me that it was self service scanning for $.45/minutes. I walked up to a terminal, followed all the instrucitons, and then the computer told me that there wasnt a scanner hooked up. The guy acted like I was an idiot and told me that only 1 of the 7 terminals had a scanner. I decided to walk out and he said hed refund my dollar from when I didnt get to use the scanner but had to spend 2 minutes at the terminal, and the guy never even did that! I was so angry after I left that I just went and bought a new printer (my old one was to be repaired). I will NEVER use this location again.
Several times Ive had to get items printed last minute and this location has gotten me out of pickle. Always fast and great customer service.
I agree with the comments about poor customer service at this location. I was just trying to ship some merchandise. I left in frustration after the girl couldnt or wouldnt tell me how much a box would cost, because it was difficult to say. I heard them laughing at me as I left. Ill be sticking with UPS from now on. FedEx should shut this location down.

I was in this Fedex location yesterday and I have never been so upset at the way I was treated by a company. I had a time sensitive document that needed to be faxed. My printer was not working at home, so I brought my computer there ready to print a document and then fax it. Which should not have been a long process. I got there and explained my issue and they said connect to the wifi and email us the document and we will print and fax it after that. Easy, not really. I spent 25 minutes trying to connect to the wifi. By 20 mins I was so stressed to get this document sent off I was crying. I asked for help many times and all they told me to do was try and walk outside and connect. They also told me no one could help me until I connect to the wifi. I knew had to connect to the wfi but the steps they told me I had to go through to connect were not showing up. At this point I am trying to use my phone, wasting my data that I pay for every month, and I was unable to do what I needed to do on my phone. At this point I left, angry and stressed. At this point I have about 30 mins to send the document off before the other side closes. I run off to my school and print off this document. At this point I have spent 30 minutes in my car wasting gas and time on things Fedex should have been able to help me with. I go back to the store because I till need to fax my document. I have never faxed anything in my life, I have no idea how to use this machine. I asked what I need to do and they told me the fax machine is over there and there are directions. There were no directions explaining what to do. I then get on my phone and google what I need to do. Finally about an hour and a half I got my document faxed with no help from anyone but google. Worst experience I have ever had with any company. Worst customer service. At some points I was the only one in the store and no one out of the 6 employees I saw would help me. I suggest going somewhere else, anywhere else

Fedex employees are of their own admittance completely incompetent and couldnt care less about their customers.I had paid extra for 3-day express shipping and had my package shipped on Friday, and it arrived on Monday. Now Ive been told it wont be ready until NEXT THURSDAY. Ive had to call multiple times and left several messages trying to get my package held at the location it had been sitting at, only to finally be told it was ready to be picked up ~30 minutes before the office closed.I made the 20 minute drive immediately, only to be told when I arrived that it wasnt ready for pick up because Our employees dont actually read the screens when they give out information -- as if your employees total incompetence is supposed to make me feel better about the situation?Next I was told that it might be held at the originally requested location OR moved to another, because ...the drivers are supposed to check shipments and they dont usually read their instructions either -- once again, why do I as the customer have to suffer for your inability to do what your job correctly?Even when I explained the situation and asked for a refund, I was told that I didnt pay extra for any services, even though I HAD paid extra for 3-Day Express. Im frustrated that I wasted an entire day trying to track down my package because of Fedexs incompetence, and will most likely waste another day tomorrow trying to fix their mistakes for them again.I have had similar issues with Fedex in the past, and I will NOT be using this shipping company ever again if I can avoid it.

Dave was the one who helped us at FedEx with faxing some papers. When we first came in he completely ignored us when we said hello. We havent been to a Kinkos in forever and were looking for some direction but instead we just sort of wondered around until we figured out where things were. When we realized the fax machine was broken we went up to the counter for help. Dave told us he could do it, but then it got sort of awkward because he wasnt very informative as far as cost and what he needed from us and how do go about actually getting our papers faxed. He just seemed rather annoyed by us in general. I think he needs to quit his job and do something that makes him happy because his negative energy was undeniable. Got what I needed done though I guess.
