FedEX Not-A-Priority Overnight. Got a door tag saying not home. Never even knocked. Called and said would be here today and was on the truck, never showed up. Website says will be delivered Monday. Package is my mothers insulin which requires refrigeration and is time sensitive. Well see on Monday if it the ice packs held up. SMDH
FedEx 2 day should give a partial refund ... Scheduled for delivery by 8pm 9/9/21. I spent the day at home to make sure I was available at ALL TIMES. What a waste. No updates were given till after 8PM that it would be by end of day 9/9/21. No show, no notification. After 10pm it was rescheduled to 9/10/21 by 8PM.People cannot spend their work days waiting for someone to show up to sign for a package. I wonder if Fedex will refund the shipper the cost of the 2 day promise. What compensation to I get for dealing with the incompetence of FedEx ?!?!?!?!
We just had a great experience at this store! Really happy with the service, the FedEx associate at this store really saved us as we were driving across the country and needed to send an item ASAP.
Got an email that a package was delivered to plant but no one answered the door. You can pick the package up at 4 at the fed ex location. First off there is 500 employees at my company, I find it hard to believe no one answered the door. So I drive 5 miles to the fed ex location at 4:15 and was told the driver was not back yet. Okay then why send an email out to pick something up at 4 is you are not positive it will be there. Really needed the parts so I waited in the parking lot until 5:30 went back in and had them check again and was told the driver was still not back. So an hour and half later after the time the parts where supposed to be there still not there told to come back just before 8pm or 9am Saturday morning. So frustrating dea

Was picking up a live harmless reptile. the lady asked if it was a snake. i said yes. she reacted negatively. yall get live animals regularly, theyre securely packaged, she doesnt have to touch it. getting a new animal is an exciting time. maybe not be negative in that moment?
Package was loaded onto a truck for delivery at noon and was not informed until 8pm that it had been rescheduled to be delivered until the next day. I took the day off to receive the package due to the value of it and lost out on what will now be 2 days of work. I know they have other packages on the truck but 8 hours to unload a van is plenty of time.
I felt like the shipping prices were high. I went to the local USPS and they were half of the price.

It would be nice, when they cant deliver the package, that they put which location the package is at so I dont have go through calling customer service to find out my package location. They are supposed to put that on the back. But no, it seems EVERY Fed Ex driver is a MORON!!

I am not a fan of FedEx. The delivery driver that always comes to my house is ridiculous, wearing a mask on your chin does nothing for anyone. I also had a water line break out in front of my house. I called and had someone scheduled to fix it in a couple of days. This was told to the delivery driver who brought it up when delivering a package and he decided to call the city on me. What a joke. I wish places I had delivery me stuff wouldnt use FedEx.
Friendly and quick service, but the website showed that I could pick my package up at 5, and I was told the truck containing my package wouldnt be in until 7:30-8:00, so that was a downside. The friendly service made that bearable though.
Customer service and online show as open, but they decided to close early. Customer service wouldnt even take the time to confirm if They were open. They should think about changing their status so customers dont have to waste time and money driving around town to find an open FedEx location.
I had just sold a firearm and ammunition and needed to ship them. Obviously there are rules and regulations, which is part of the reason I went through a broker and licensed gun dealer. I went to this location to process and ship the items and was met with an attitude that could only be described as one that a lady named Karen would possess. She told me, quite rudely I might add, that i needed more documentation. Fine. I go to another FedEx office and they inform me that I have all of the proper documentation, and that Karen should have shipped my items. This is where it gets interesting. I return to the shipment center and am immediately told off by Karen, saying I already told you I cannot help you. At this point she is quite flustered. Her face turned very red, sweat dripped down her face, and her eyes scowled at me as if I was the customer service representative failing to meet HER expectations. Now, I am not mean or rude. I am a calm individual who is nice to people, even if they are less than nice to me. I calmly say the lady at the other office called here directly to confirm i had all of the proper documentation. She then informs me I am wrong, and I can speak to a manager for all she cared. So I did. The manager said everything was in order, and gave me my shipping label and took my box. At this point in time I could have yelled at her, or told her to I was right and you suck at your job, but i did not. I told the front end workers to have a nice day and thank you for your help. Long story short, if the customer is nicer than your workers, and more knowledgeable, maybe FedEx should pay THEM. I really feel like i did the job for them, and in the process gave Karen a quick training lesson on her job. I will expect rightful compensation FedEx, posthaste (LOL).
No Mask No service.Been here before. Lady behind the counter was kind and pleasant last time. Went in again with out my mask on, with my arms full, and apologizing for not having it on, the same lady then stated, You need to have it on before you enter. Going to place it on, I asked her for some tape for a package and she gave me one inch of scotch tape. I then asked her if I should leave and go to another Fed ex and she stated that yhey are trying to stop the spread of Covid. When I mentioned every mask has a warning tag stating that they provide no medical protection, she said Im not going to argue with you. Enforcing a rule is one thing, but treating customers like they just murdered a bus full of children, I guess is just the new normal.
FedEx does not ship on weekends even if it means to honor the vendors two day shipping promise without an extra $15+. And when they do schedule delivery with signature required they put you in a (literal) all day day frame. By 8pm is the best they can do for notifications. Even the USPS is a better courier.
I want to thank the FedEx Management for reading my previous negative 1 star post which has been changed to a 5 star. A short recap on what happened - I received a text message from the FedEx automated delivery system that the FedEx driver attempted to drop off my package. This was incorrect for I was only 2 feet away from the door bell and 5 feet away from the door of the supposed delivery time that did not happen. I called the FedEx service center to find out I had to pickup my package after 7pm at the FedEx service center. I felt this was a big inconvenience especially when I followed their rules. Later that day I received my package. I would say I’m doing a logical assumption that a person in the FedEx Management read my post and made a few calls to get this issue corrected. The person who corrected this issue needs to be commended to the great leadership and courage it took to correct this problem. I have been in the customer service Industry for over 35 years and I can say that the number 1 thing in getting repeat happy customers is taking care of their issues. Once again thank you!
FedEx is a joke, they dont deliver my packages, but say they did even though Im sitting and watching at the door and they never show up, they deliver to the wrong addresses, never submit claims even when they said they did, lecture me on why I wasnt at home the first time they tried to deliver my package, and when I call to complain or figure out whats going on you guys dont do anything!!! I have literally stopped buying from places that use your shipping service because I cant stand how I dont get my packages. Ive lost 3 or 4 packages in the last couple months that I couldnt get refunds for them being lost and the claims I tried to put in either never got put in or mysteriously disappeared. After a month or two of trying to get you guys to do something I gave up. Ive lost about a hundred or so dollars on products that I never received because of you guys. Id rate lower but I cant.
If you feel uncomfortable with a driver and call to tell them, they will make sure that driver delivers to you EVERYDAY of the week even though you call them and tell them you are extremely uncomfortable dealing with that driver. Also, they never wear their masks no matter how many times you ask them.
Rude and unfriendly staff. I wasnthernon 02/15/21 at 11am and 5:15pm. I waited without being acknowledged. An older lady with her mask on with her nose exposed. Come on now people at least mask up even if you cannot treat your customers right. Will never use FedEx after this experience
My package was attempted delivery to the wrong place 3 times before business hours. I watched as they pulled up across the street, then left. Received notification that delivery attempt made. Now I must waste more time to go pick up package at this facility. Fedex ground is great. Express sucks and should never be used.
These guys dont care. If the driver might have to put in even a little extra effort, good luck getting your package.
I find it quite disappointing that such a large company doesn’t have a way of assisting you find which facility your package is being held at unless you have the door tag or tracking number. I had no idea what was being shipped to me (I didn’t know until yesterday it was something from work) and accidentally left the door tag at home. I tried calling first and was told “we have no way of helping you without door tag or tracking number.” So I had remembered when they called they stated 72nd and something so I drove out to the location on Q street. The lady tried telling me my package wasn’t there and she couldn’t find it. I said someone from this phone number called me (and showed her the phone number) and luckily the gentleman next to her said that he could tell whoever called me had called from their facility. I understand it’s a large company, but they should have a simpler process of being able to help someone figure out where their packages are.
They updated my package to attempted delivery. Didn’t attempt delivery at all. Went down there after speaking to customer care and was told I could pick up my package anytime. Was told that my package was still in the crate that will not be unloaded today and senior management would not allow them to get my package out of the crate. They updated the commitment date to after the holiday. So, lied about attempting to deliver and then hid behind their policy of commitment date and refused to hand me my package in person. I understand it is the holidays but just poor poor poor customer service from local management. Basically updated the system so they don’t get in trouble for not delivering when I paid for 2nd day air. Will be using any other carrier if possible moving forward, this is not the first time I’ve had their “2nd day air” turn into ground shipping with local staff!
It was very sanitary and they followed all of the social distancing rules. The woman that checked me out was quick and efficient and the line moved pretty quickly. I also had issues with the package being delivered and they handled it within the same day. Great location and very easy to find.
Staff is less courteous while attending to non white people. Old lady was very rude when I greeted her and didnt even bother to reply back. When a white person came in, she attended that person well.
Every time I come here the people seem very unknowledgable not helpful at all and Ive been refused service for irregular packages that Ive sent numerous times at other locations.

Complete disappointment. Driver didnt press the Ring door bell and waited 15 seconds. When I went outside with my new born, the driver was driving away. Then refused to come back after a 5 minute phone call to customer service. Must be low On talent for their independent operators.

They called me to tell me I had a package I had to come pick up before they close that evening. When I called customer service the gentleman told me to check my online shopping and hung up on me because I did not have a tracking number. Not happy at all with FedEx right now.

Paid for an overnight deliver to an address in Omaha, the recipient says that they receive hundreds of deliveries from the shipping center every week. Our important envelope was not delivered as the driver apparently thinks they are closed. Its now in limbo at the shipping center awaiting pickup from a company that will not pick it up. So much for if it positively overnight crapola. Save your money, the USPS is better.Edit! The TD Ameritrade person that I spoke to was misinformed, they actually DO drive to the FedEX depot to retrieve their parcels and envelopes since the pandemic. The item was retrieved by Ameritrade and processed quickly. 1 star to 4...
Today Ive had it with fedex. I was waring for a package this morning.my tracking number indicated it would be arriving before 10:30am. At 11am i went to my door and I found a door tag. NO ONE RANG THE DOOR BELL!!. The package was a very important one I needed asap. Now I have to wait till 7 to pick it up.This isnt the first time fedex causes me problems. But the worst part of it all, is when you customers they cant help you. They seem to know less than I do.

Slow service
After chasing my package for two weeks I found out from the sending company that it was pending delivery. However FedEx said they had tried to deliver but we never saw a note from them. I finally found it at the main station. I was informed that it had been at the Walgreens store which is used as a drop off center so people dont have to drive so far. Im not sure how I was supposed to know this since we didnt have a note. The lady at the main center was very helpful.
Had an overnight package shipped. SPECIFIED to leave it without signature at the door. I was at home and the driver didn’t even knock. Left a door tag and I got a notification that delivery couldn’t be attempted. As I jump up I see the driver leaving. Called fed ex immediately and of course they cannot do anything. I have to wait until the next day. HE DIDNT EVEN KNOCK ON THE DOOR!! I told her that the package was specified to be left without signature and the lady told me there was still nothing that could be done.

Mothers day gift was lost after being sent by Fed Ex but my daughter sent to the wrong address due to my incorrect info.. But Fed Ex person at the desk was very patient and found that it had been delivered to my apt complex office and signed off by manager. Although the apt complex denied it, I explained to them that I knew it had to be in the office due to the sign off. They did find it and I am very happy with the pics of my grandson. And the office manager got to learn about the book designed by Google to provide for a great book of pictures .

I drove 20 min there and then the employee told me that we left the package by the building office and i paid extra for 2 day shipping and now the building office is closed for weekend and my package stuck inside for 3 days, you need to find more convenience way to help your costumers better than leave it anyway anywhere and just update the status online,what a bad service guys ...!

If I could give zero stars I would. Any time Ive had something I order shipped by fed ex, they arrive completely beat up and sometimes the item inside is broken or damaged. They do not deliver when its expected, my item will say out for delivery for three days or more sometimes. When you call its clear 5hat they could care less and theyre going to do absolutely nothing to help you. Drivers will claim the weather is bad when its actually quite nice outside just so they can be done or go home early...who knows. Ill never order anything that ships through them again, and will never use them to ship anything!!! I hope they go out of business!!!!
We tried to pick up a package from the facility as the delivery times were around 11:30 or noon - times my husband and I were at work. We then went to the South Omaha location to pick it up. The individual at the counter refused to release the package to us. Even though we gave her the tracking number (as requested) and offered our ids (which included delivery address and addressees name) she refused to give us our item. On top of the refusal to problem solve with a customer, she was hands down the most rude person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I strongly suggest finding alternatives to Fed Ex, perhaps United Parcel Service, if you are not available for signature deliveries.

Shipped package on Thursday afternoon for a Saturday delivery. I PAID extra for a promised delivery by 4:30p. The Omaha driver never even got out of the truck!! The receiver watched him directly from her window awaiting her gift. He never came to the door, never went to the managers office, and never even left a note of attempted delivery to back up his lie that he came at 10:08 am the way the tracking notes say. The package was back in the warehouse by 11:45 am and my guess is this driver was clocked out by noon to start his holiday while he pissed on someone elses.

If i could give 0 stars i would! Fedex driver did not follow instructions. Perishable items not left at my door. For tag was not left until after the sender called and complained. Driver was instructed to leave at an alternate address. Did not follow directions but left a door tag saying we werent home. Will never ever use fedex again!!

It seems like a FedEx distribution center. Got ample parking space. Didnt really wait to pick up the package. There were three people helping at each counter on that day.

Went to drop off a return shipment package and wanted to use the mobile return but the clerk said I couldnt use it because their software didnt support the mobile return and sent me to another store. Seems odd that a major FedEx facility wouldnt support their own software package.

The delivery driver was completely disrespectful. I was working at my job when this man walked in and started to belittle and undermine me. He got angry because I did not say hello to him before giving him the package (I was extremely busy). Then he continued to laugh at me and talk to me like a five year old just because I did not realize he was FedEx Express and not FedEx Ground. Then, once I signed, he mocked me because of my signature and told me to spell my last name. Then exclaimed woah woah woah, say that slowly, in a demeaning way. At this point, I had enough and let him walk out. Not a Thank You from him or any such thing. I am NOT happy. I never was with FedEx but this tops the cake. They should be shameful for hiring such s disrespectful person.

I can’t tell you which center my package came from but when I ordered shoes from journeys that were delivered by them they changed my address for delivery with out telling me and I thought they had been lost. Very glad they were delivered to my parents house

Every month I get a prescription sent to me from Pfizer. They will not ship it to my doctors office. Every month since I started getting this delivery the driver puts the missed you card on my door but never knocks. I started putting a note on the door asking that they knock as I am home but the note gets ignored. I bring this up every time when I have to go to the main office to pick it up. They say it will be reported and corrected. On Friday the driver put 2 missed you cards on my door at the same time and dated one of them for Thursday. It was not on my door that day and no one came or knocked. No one knocked on Friday and no one nocked today. Someone called me to make sure I was going to come pick up the package before they send it back. I told her about the driver not nocking and about this pattern every month. She brushed me off and insinuated that I was lying. I am not a lier and find this horribly offensive. It takes me 30 minutes each way to go to the central office and I have to spend time and gas money for no reason. I am always home and awake when the driver comes but I cant sign and grab it if they do not knock. What is Corporate FedEx going to do about this? Are you going to dismiss me like the people ive talked to in your facility?

I absolutely dislike Fedex, not this location. They have never find my address, so I always have to pickup the package. Even though they have the package it is not suppose to be delivered for two more days. They will not allow me to pick it up early. Stupid.
