Service department was great. Customer service was great. Only one issue. They forgot to reset my change oil on the dash. No big deal. I can handle the math. I was so glad they got me in and got free tire rotation!๐ŸŽ‰

I have not had a good experience at this Dahl the last three times I went. I will not be going back again. If you like Dahl, try the Winona location, they are great. Onalaska service center has rude employees that either ignore you or are very unhelpful. I am only speaking of the service center. Sales I havent had any bad experiences. Maybe the sales manager should train the service center in customer service....

My family has purchased every vehicle theyโ€™ve ever owned through Dahl. Give or take 10 different vehicles.I purchased a truck from them, it was pre owned. 80,000 miles and 6 years old.A couple days after I purchased it I noticed a โ€œhowlingโ€ sound coming from the rear. I thought it was possibly a wheel bearing.I took it back to the dealership who โ€œpromisedโ€ to take care of their customers even after the sale. When I brought it in, the mechanic that looked over the vehicle when it was traded on came out and said that when he did his inspection he noticed that the tires were cupped and were wearing unevenly. This was not disclosed, and on a 4x4 vehicle you canโ€™t just replace one tire. To me, this should have been disclosed.A couple months later my remote start stopped working. I donโ€™t blame the dealership for this what-so-ever.I brought the truck in on a Tuesday to see if the service department could fix it. They didnโ€™t have a technician look at it, just the guy that works at the desk jumped in to see if he could YouTube the issue and get it working. He couldnโ€™t. He then sent me home to get my other key to see if that would help program it. That didnโ€™t work. So he scheduled an appointment for that Friday at 8am to get it into the service department. I arrived at 7:55 am (after waking my kid up and rushing out the door so we could be there at our scheduled time). He told us it would be an hour, two hours tops for the service work to be completed, and that he would call when it was done. I hadnโ€™t heard anything from them, so I called at noon to see if it was ready. He said the technician JUST freed up to get it in. Itโ€™s now 3:30 and I havenโ€™t heard anything from them. Not sure if Iโ€™ll get my vehicle back today or not. This was all just to reprogram a remote start. I could absolutely not imagine having to get a more serious issue dealt with through Dahl. I didnโ€™t want to take my vehicle there to begin with after the experience I had with purchasing the vehicle. But nobody in town (believe me I called everywhere to avoid Dahl) would work on a ford remote start.

Nothing quick about the Quick Lane.... Hope their business does not hinge on oil changes.... Dont really have problem with the level of service... When u can get it.... But a 3 hour wait for service they call quick is a bit of a stretch

They were very busy but still managed to squeeze me in last minute before closing for the works package. He thought it would be a little over an hour wait but they had me in and out in 45 minutes. Ive never been disappointed with the work done on my vehicles or the quality of service I get. Dahl is the only place I take my vehicles.

Took my car in to get an oil change and my tires rotated. Not too long after, I was hearing a horrible noise come from the back of my car and felt very unsafe driving it. Called Dahl to take a look, they couldnโ€™t get me in for another week. Took it somewhere else and they had asked if I recently had my tires rotated. Told them yes and they informed me that both back tires had not been securely fastened after rotating and were missing 5 total lug nuts. They were surprised one of the tires hadnโ€™t fallen off going 70 mph on the interstate!!! Immediately called Dahl to inform them of their serious mistake, they paid for the towing, replaced broken stud, used my replacement lug nuts and called it good. No apology or sign of concern for the hassle or serious situation their technicians had put me in when going to pick it up. Will not be going there again, and will be voicing my concern about their technicians/customer service to others.

Seven hours to get a key programmed, all they had to do is watch. Utube video or send the man in charge of programing to school. Worse experience of my life. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. GO ANYWHERE BUT THERE.

Great overal experience! The sales men and women were very helpful and really took the time to help me figure out what car I really wanted and what would fit my budget. The service department did an amazing job taking care of my car as well, with the oil change and no problem inspection and definitely get the car wash at Dahl, I have a dog and after the wash theres no trace of a dog ever being in my car. The one thing that would be nice for them to get is a rental car for when you bring your car in your oil change, although they do offer a shuttle ride.

I took my truck here to get it aligned after replacing the tie rods. They told me they couldnt align it because the gear box had too much slack and the u joints are bad. Thats right the u joints not the ball joints. So I took a couple wrenches and a few Allen wrenches up there and tightened the gear box for them. Some guy comes out and tells me thats not how you take the slack out of the gear box and that the u joints also need replaced. I lost it told him the u joints have nothing to do with your steering and this is exactly how you take the slack out of a gear box. So he then tells me thats its not the u joints but something like that and hes not sure exactly what they are called and this was the guy doing my alignment and he doesnt know what front end parts names are. These people need to go back to an oil change shop they have no business working on cars.

Very disappointed in every aspect of this business. I bought a new ford f150 in 2013, at time of purchase the sales team had hidden fees and rebates from me that would have saved a few thousand dollars. I was only 21 at the time and I was completely taken advantage of. Then the problems with their service department began. The first was that they didnt honor their one free oil change and tire rotation the I was given to sweeten the deal when I purchased the vehicle. I only returned two other times for an oil change and both times their service team made me feel like I was inconveniencing them and had to literally follow them around to get service. The last straw for me happened two weeks ago when I had to bring my truck in because i noticed a grinding noise when my truck was shifting between first and second. I had called ahead to schedule time with a service tech to take a ride with me so they could listen to the noise. When I got there I had to wait 45 minutes and the their service desk member Eric ended up going for ride with me because their service techs were to busy. Eric had tried telling me that the noise I was hearing was a loose exhaust. Which I didnt believe him because he wasnt a service tech and frankly seemed like he had no clue what he was doing. So I scheduled an inspection with ford service tech Bill. Bill discovered a loose water pump. I was still covered by my powertrain warranty and I had them replace the water pump. They withheld the fact that the enterprise rental car that I used under my zurich insurance is only covered for 3 days for warrantied parts. I had dropped the truck off wednesday and the soonest they could get it repaired was the following Monday. When I came back to pick truck up Monday service member Eric didnt bother to explain anything to me of repair work and I left with invoice and truck. Drove about 5 miles and heard the same grinding noise so I brought truck back and the ford service tech would take another look.. Again service team did not tell me that I would be paying out-of-pocket for rental car. So I had waited until wednesday because I hadnt heard anything back and it took 6 calls and multiple messages to get ahold of shawn the service manager. Shawn had said they werent able to replicate the noise which I firmly do not believe and honestly think service team was giving me the run around because they didnt want to fix the real issue which was under warranty. I ended up picking my truck up that day after talking to Shawn because I had discovered the rental car fees and felt like I was being lied too. Sorry for the long review but I am very very disappointed with the service from dahl. If I were you I would take your service elsewhere because they put a smile on to get you in the door and then take advantage of you. They just want your money and they should honestly put kiosks in the service department because customers would have a better experience then dealing with service team.
