Trevor was amazing!! I had an issue with my alignment and it wore down my tires in 3 months down to practically nothing! He was able to get me covered under the warranty and took care of me very well. Thought I was going to have to buy new tires full price but he took matters into his own hands and helped me out a lot! Multiple times weve booked online for appointments and Ben let down today was the last straw with the ignorance that came out of the managers mouth and the music I was forced to listen to these folks do not offer quality service good customer service will not be found here do yourself a favor and avoid Tires Plus I have no problems with anybody asking me about my experience I personally wouldnt recommend a enemy to Tires Plus better law elsewhere as a matter of fact anywhere else.

The day after Christmas I had to drive my grandparents to the other side of the state, but realized my tire pressure had decrease quite a bit due to the cold weather. I tried Kwik Trip but their pump outside only deflated my tires more. I called here in a panic and they said to stop right in and they would fill up my tires free of charge. **I really wanted to pay them** It was a very stressful day and they made it so much better with their awesome customer service.

My Mercedes Benz unexpectedly broke down in La Crosse. I happened to be right by the Tires Plus, where I am aware there is good service (go to the TiresPlus near me in Waukesha). Without hesitation, this place took my car in, popped the hood, and were able to help find the issue and get me to the next steps. They recommended me to Autosport- who was also a gem and took care of me. I forgot the name of the lead man, but he was so kind and helpful when I was caught in a tough spot. Dave, one of the mechanics, also explained things to me simply so I could communicate with Autosport to efficiently pass on the info. Wonderful place with great honest people- thanks so much Tires Plus!

They have always been professional and quick in our dealings. In one particular event my wife had a car problem after hours and they not only fixed it, but did so without charging her. We will be lifelong customers.

They were able to get me in on short notice to change a flat tire. Within an hour car was in, fixed and out. Tire prices were good and employees very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I had a bad battery and Tires Plus had the battery I wanted in stock and were able to get me in that day after work (5 PM). It was a cold day so I was grateful to get in the same day. They were very courteous and even a little humorous. It was great to see people having fun with what they do instead of being so serious.

I always use tires plus. Very easy to get an appointment. Always upfront about needed work that needs to be done. They wont do any work that the owner of the vehicle didnt approve. I highly recommend them.

I was in a time bind yesterday after needing to get back from the holidays, unfortunately I had blown my tire going through a car wash and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Tony and he was extremely helpful. He could tell I was stressed out about the situation and he made sure he got me back on the road as fast as possible! Great business and an even better manager!

The first time I visited Tires Plus, I had a leaking valve stem on my spare tire. The manager (Steve I believe) rolled it behind the counter, replaced the valve stem in less than 5 minutes and did not charge me. How many places would do this? Well guess where I went when my wifes car needed tires? Pretty obvious. Very pleased with the service that time as well. A few months later I needed an alignment following replacement of front shocks. I was hoping the alignment would fix a small shake at high speeds. It did not. I brought it back to Tires Plus and they reassessed. They found a loose tie rod end, which I asked them to replace. Apparently it was difficult to remove, and in the end they bent the whole tie rod. They called me and explained the situation, took responsibility, assured me they would replace the part they bent at no cost, and provide a rental car as the part would not arrive until next day. I was floored at this level of honesty and professionalism by Tony and his team. Highly recommended.

Tires Plus in Onalaska is one of the best auto repair shops in the Coulee Region. The manager and staff are so knowledgeable about every aspect of my vehicles. They are efficient & trustworthy. I totally trust my cars in their care. They are super friendly too.

Not only do they do quality, timely work at a fair price, but they also help out in a pinch. I had a tire puncture that needed fixing ASAP. Instead of telling me that I had to wait until later in the week to get in, Tony referred me to the place across the street that does first come first served work. Got the tire patched that same morning. Thats what I call looking out for your customers beat interests!

Last October we were visiting our daughter during parents weekend at UW-LAX. Tried turning on the car Saturday and nothing. We tried jumping the car - nope. By the time we knew it was more than just a battery it was Saturday night. We live 3.5 hours away. What car mechanic would be open on a Sunday and would we trust them with a major repair? Did some searching and found out Tires Plus was open. I called Steve (Manager) and he said they were busy but would try to squeeze me in. Not only did his team fix the car (new alternator) at a reasonable price, but he graciously let me drive his car around for a couple of hours so we could spend some time with our daughter in La Crosse. I cant say enough about the hospitality and fairness shown by Steve and his crew. Thank you!

Would definitely recommend Tires Plus in Onalaska. Not only did they get this poor planner in within 48 hours of contacting them, but their prices were super reasonable for what I was looking for. I talked to Tony on the phone who was very helpful, and while I waited for my tire change, Kevin was a joy to talk to to pass the time. Will definitely utilize Tires Plus again in the future!

They were extremely accommodating as i had my 10 month old daughter with me. They replaced all 4 tires and did an oil change in a little over 1 hour. They also did a complete vehicle check and pointed out other work i knew needed doing. They pleasantly surprised me with the pricing for doing the work on my front end and we will be back Saturday to get it done. Highly recommend the team here!!

What an awesome place. I came in having zero knowledge about anything going on with my car and they walked me through every step and detail and all my possible options. Very patient and knowledgeable people!

I had to take a car in and get the brakes done. I was getting a check from the college for assistance and they were cool with doing the work and letting me use the check as payment. It didnt take long to have them done and the owner, maybe manager was really cool. I enjoyed using them for my brakes.

My warning light had come on for low tire pressure on my way to buy groceries. I pulled in here and they immediately looked at my tire, found a nail and patched it. Very friendly and helpful guys working there. Definitely will use them again

I was next door getting food at Taco Bell before my trip out of town when I noticed a nail sticking out of my tire. I was flipping out, thinking I would need a new tire. I stopped over at Tires Plus and wanted them to take a look at it. A friendly gentleman came out, pulled the rusty nail out, grabbed some soapy water and said it was perfectly fine to drive on. I asked if I owed him anything and he said no. I really appreciated it!

Made an appointment in advance, it didnt matter though because they were running behind and couldnt honor my appointment. I went across the street instead where they got me right in and were super fast, unlike Tires Plus who indicated it would take 60+ minutes for an oil change. I wont be back here.

Not always the cheapest, but good quality products, friendly service, and pretty fast turnaround. They are always busy, so best to make an appointment. Always fun to shop here. This is the only service place I use.

I was taken care of very well both visits!! Was quoted a price on the work I needed done and an approximate time frame. Was also showed what the issue was with my car. Came back two days later, the manager communicated to me what was happening. And at the end found out it wasnt going to cost as much as I was quoted. Thank God!! I felt that I was treated fairly. And not taken advantage of as some shops have done in the past!! Very pleased with my service and highly recommend Tires Plus!! 😀

We had a flat tire one hour into a 5 hour drive. Tires plus was open until 7pm that evening and got us going back on our trip in under an hour. They were helpful and accommodating and even had great service after the sale.

When I go to Tires Plus Im usually in a pinch for time. There has only been one time my car could not get in because they were so busy. Tires Plus is a great place to get something done quick and reasonably priced. I have had many car repairs here with no issues.

I was in Onalaksa and got a flat tire. I was able to get my vehicle to this store and they were able to fix my tire quickly. They also went over and above in diagnosing a trouble light. My normal auto shop would have charged me to just diagnose this trouble light. Highly recommend these guys ! Great service !

I have in the past used tires plus the staff is good to work with. Tires are priced reasonably there usually is a wait time. This past week I went in for them to check the air pressure in my tires they also did put air in my tires, Not to many places do that these days. I would recommend this place.

Went for an alignment and they told me I had a bad inner tie rod. They told me what it would cost for them to do it and if I did it. They were professional in the garage and at the register. Great people and a great place.

It was a dry and cold Thursday night. Truck wouldn’t start. Called Kevin at the Onalaska tires plus. He was happy to help getting me the battery I needed on time with a great price. Plus the $30.00 mail in rebate for my insterstate battery really warmed me right up. Thanks Kevin.

Everytime I have been there it has been a good experience. A snow plow recently slashed one of my girlfriends brand new tires and Tires Plus said they were super busy but able to switch out the tire if I brought the rim in. I asked if I could switch the tire in their lot and they said yes and would even give me a better jack. I got the spare on and drove over the next day. When I got there they said they would switch my tire for me. One of there appointments must not have shown up and Steve said he would feel bad if I was trying to change a tire while their guys were just standing around. Quick and prompt service. I will go back to them the next time I need service.

Ive used Tires Plus for various repairs and purchased tires here. Ive found them to be accommodating with reasonable prices. I have no complaints. They do have a TV and WiFi in the waiting area.

A little over priced for tires and service. 1 tire started deflating in a couple days. When asked to fix the problem from a defective valve stem they wanted to charge me an additional 30$ while still under warranty.

Great place to get your car repaired. I have been going here for over 7 years and even though some of the faces have changed, I know I can trust them. I dont feel like they try to take advantage of me by selling me a service that I do not need or do not need right away.
