First off I went in pre approved and milley helped me find what I was looking for. She was a great help. Down side they had a promotion going on at the time for $2500 Visa card on your new purchase with a deposit which I did and they did not honor the promotion. Second I have been having a number of issues with my purchase since we moved in June of this year. They keep replacing and it keeps breaking. Called 3 weeks ago about the master bath toilet running constantly and has not got fixed yet. I hate to see this water bill. Guess I’m about to pay out of pocket to fix a brand new toilet.. and I will be contacting Clayton Homes Corporate

I recently bought a mobile home from Clayton in Opelousas. They were the best people to work with. Mrs. Sherry, Millie, and Chad were extremely helpful thru the entire process. And they backed up everything they said they would do. They have great customer service there. I have to really say thank you to Mrs Sherry. She was the best. Dont stand by their homes. If something goes wrong g after one year warranty they dont stand behind it. I will never purchase from them again. Thats just not good business!!!!
