If I could give them a zero I would. Do Not Purchase a Champion Home. My house arrived and Ive had nothing but problems ever since. The contractors that Champion sent during my one year warranty came 4 times and did not fix the problems. They put things like duck tape on my roof and never fixed the electrical problems. My cabinets were installed unevenly and they put wallpaper on top of sheetrock under the cabinets. They played the blame game with the company I purchased the house through for the horrible tile work done in my glamor master bathroom. Again, I have had the worst experience with this company. I have sought legal representation.

Very rude made me feel very uncomfortable. the lady with the long black hair acted like she really wasnt interested in helping answer questions . I loved 2 homes there she Really didnt want to give information almost bc I wasnt ready to sign papers . the only reason I went was their prices online looked less then other double wides. but she said that was a lie .... even if they had a double wide in my price range made in. good quality I wouldnt even buy bc of how uncomfortable I felt. its a shame bc yes my husband bought a home before but I had never and I have a lot of questions bc I live in my home fulll time my husband dont ....verry sad ....

I have started looking for a mobile home recently and with the help of my mother she recommended we go visit Titan Factory Direct in Opelousas because they had an 18 wide in stock and thats what im looking for..We went to every dealer in and around Lafayette as well with no luck..We met Taylor and its like 2 friends meeting up and he was and is absolutely good people..After viewing an 18 wide and 2 other 16 wides I was hooked and sat dwn to talk to him and his 2 managers and started the paperwork process...I wish i had gone to Titan the 1st day i started looking!

I worked in the manufactured home industry for 7 yrs so I knew exactly what I wanted when i began shopping for a home. I stopped at all the major dealerships looking for the right home as well as an honest and reputable company to do business with. The only dealership i found that went out of their way to make sure to get me what I wanted in my new home was Titan. They offered me superior service and a better built home for less money than their competitors. I definitely am gunna recommend these guys to all my friends and family. Go and check them out . They were extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. They really made the whole experience a pleasurable one.

Titan carries Champion Homes which are beautiful and carry the highest construction rating of any dealer in the market.... truly a home you can be proud of. I would encourage caution however when dealing with the general manager in Opelousas to ensure the charges/land improvements are legitimate when included in your loan.

Our salesman went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was being add in our loan and did a very good job on showing us houses that met our needs

Dont buy a Champion home go somewhere else. They are poorly built. You pay alot of money for cheap a.. house.We been in our house for nearly two months now kitchen cabinet doors already breaking. Walls are painted poorly. Crown molding coming off of walls. Closet shelves falling off of walls. They tell you to make a punch list and send it to them and they will get it fix. Yea right. No phone calls, nothing from champion manufacturers.DONT BUY A CHAMPION HOME.I GUESS WE WILL HAVE TO GET A LAWYER INVOLVED.Dont buy from them

Buyers beware!!! I put a lump sum down on our first home purchase, from the get go we had issues but Brennan Sanders worked very hard to accommodate us, since then he has left the company worst mistake EVER!! We had issues with our punch list as well as ac freezing up. We heard not one but three excuses as to why we cant get it fixed funny thing is they kept holding off, bc they were waiting for our warranty to expire but since the complaint was prior to it ending I believe they should be held liable!! We have waited nearly 3 months for an answer back, how convenient they answer back once it is up!! I will be seeking legal help, as well as trying to find a loop hole to our issue!!! We pay in advance every month to be treated like this!!! I will NEVER do business nor refer anyone to these scammers!!!! Think twice before dealing with them!!!

I felt as if I drove over 7 hours, Just for Cesar Mascorro (General Sales Manager at the 8305 West US Hwy 90 San Antonio, TX 78227 Location) to place me in a box... He didnt treat me like someone who had just driven over 7 hours to see what they had to offer... He treated me like I was just some broke bumb that was wasting his time... When I got there, I was looking for Josh Hyde... He was the one I communicated with initially... But when I messaged him to say, that I was on my way... I didnt get an answer... So I had the displeasure of meeting Cesar Mascorro instead, Ugh...!!! from the beginning, he asked me what I was looking for... I told him exactly what I was looking for... he Then asked me to fill out the top of a form... I did... and I even mentioned to him that I was actively repairing my credit score because of one discrepancy on my credit report... then he asked for my drivers license to get a copy... I asked him what he needed my license for... and would you believe this joker wanted to run my credit anyway, Telling me that he was going to get me pre-approved for a home loan so if I see what I wanted, he could get things moving... and I told him that I wasnt there to get pre-approved... I told him that I was there to see if Titans homes is an option for me... and I hadnt been shown anything yet... So then he asked me why I was choosing to go with a cottage model... I told him that I was making some changes in my life because of the recent transitions of my mother and sister... and when I told him that my sister almost died in the house Im currently in... This joker chuckled... As if something was funny... I just looked at him... because for reasons I couldnt fathom, why he was being so careless with me... So finally he gets the keys to show me some of the homes... The very first home he took me to, had to be the cheapest option on the lot... 14x66... vents on the floor... and I had already specified that I wanted upflow vents... and those crappy tin doors... like the doors they used to put on mobile homes 20 or 30 years ago... this home looked as if it was valued around 25,000 and he was trying to sell it to me for $39,000... when he finally took me to a cottage with a front porch... he told me that the cottage was $62,000... then I asked him, well what about the two bedroom one bath model... he told me, one bathroom is not going to make that much of a difference... so I asked him, what is not that much of a difference... he said, maybe $2,000 less... but I have screenshots of their ads in the marketplace... posting cabins and cottages for $49,000... and 2 bed 1 bath front porch models for $44,900... to me, thats misleading... I would even go as far as to say, its false advertisement... I can honestly say, that Ive been helped by people who were clearly prejudice... and was treated better than Cesar Mascorro treated me... after dealing with the likes of him... I dont want anything to do with Titans Homes... Because he will always come to mind...
