Professional and customer-attentive team from the front counter to the repair shop. The estimate was detailed and the cost reasonable. Quick and effective work with my car insurance company (AAA). Greatly appreciated the up-dates by phone and text. The finished repairs/paint left my car looking like new. Caliber Collision will be my go-to referral when friends/acquaintances ask.

Was recommended through USAA, my insurance company. Very professional staff, place was clean, and the repair and paint looks great. Some parts were back ordered, which took about a week longer than promised, but, those things happen sometimes. Overall, very satisfied with the job they did.

I got rear ended in my new Dodge Charger and I was super disappointed! I’m so thankful to have brought my car to this shop. It looks brand new again! Very friendly! Stays in communication during the entire process! Will never take my car anywhere else!

They gave me a ride home when I turned in my car for repair, sent me text updates often, and hit the mark on making the repair look like there was never an accident.I have used them in the past and I will continue to use them for all my body work.

Amazing customer service!

I had a new paint job done to part of my car here. Initially I had some concerns after the car was painted, but the staff corrected the issue and went above and beyond to make it look perfect. Everyone from the front desk staff to the technicians were professional and friendly. I do recommend this body shop.

Great Service and great work

My rear bumper was dented in a minor collision while my vehicle was parked. Fortunately, the other driver left me a note and we were able to exchange information. I was able to take my car into Caliber on Greenback to get a free estimate. The staff was very informative and knowledgeable which was important to me. The other driver wanted to pay out of pocket and leave the insurance out of the situation. The Caliber staff was made aware of this and informed me of the potential situations that could arise with such an agreement. (Side note: I also had the other drivers insurance information). Caliber gave me an estimate and once I was compensated I was able to get my rear bumper replaced. It looks better than the rest of my car. The total came in less than the original estimate and I gave the other driver the difference in funds. Getting into an accident is an inconvenient situation no matter what. Caliber kept me informed and made everything perfect and they made the situation a little more pleasant.

Not good. Too bureaucratic by half. Refused to do a simple windshield replacement because they said there was rush. Took it to another shop and no problem. A half a day was wasted just to find that out. I would like to give them zero stars.

Every Caliber I have taken my car to hasnt done what they said they would. They outsourced the work, and blamed it on mikes mufflers. Even tho they offer lifetime repair. Take my advice, dont do it.

Excellent people snd work

Overall great work. They didnt keep us informed like we were told we would be. When we dropped off car for repair the girl at the desk said she would contact Hertz as that is where a rental car had been secured. Guy showed up and I asked if he was there for Hertz pickup and he said yes. He took us to Enterprise instead which was a big problem as they didnt have the same type of vehicle that was reserved. So beware that it dosent happen to you as it was hard to fix problem and Enterprise didnt want to help unless I took one of there rentals.

My car is in that shop to be fixed. So I got to experience their Excellent customer service and their mechanical services. They are team oriented, hearted, friendly, carring people.

We got into an accident and we were hit from behind. The insurance company that represented the other party took my vehicle to this establishment. They replaced the camera with a poor quality camera, and the light that is used for the camera is very low quality as well which makes it almost impossible to see when backing up. Also, the sensor to back up never works when trying to park. They took the car for over 2 weeks and still ordered the wrong parts. We can never drive our vehicle in the rain because now the car leaks inside all over from the windows to the door panels along doors, as well as the bolts that hold the sun visors in place. This establishment is horrible and should be out of business. When calling to let them know of all these problems they said everything was working fine... And they would not take responsibility for anything mentioned. I have reported them to the BBB for further investigation. Do not use this establishment for anything... If you want your car fixed correctly go somewhere else. Wish i would have gone through my own insurance company:( because now we have to fix all of these issues ourselves. In my book they dont even deserve a 1 🌟.

I’d give this place a zero if that was a option. These people are rude and dishonest. I was told for a few minor repairs one being due to the poor quality of work they did a few months prior I’d receive the shop price, due to being a repeat customer. I received the quote 2 days later then what was promised, and lone be hold it came back higher then the gal promised. So I decided to go to a smaller shop who ran some numbers for his quote. He then pointed out that my quote at 22 dollars more a hr for labor is coming back about 10 dollars cheaper that doesn’t make any sense because we all use the same database for labor time. Sure enough we discovered that Caliber was overcharging for time for the repairs. Then pointed out that the defect on the front of my car was due to poor work. Lesson learned if you want to get a quote to take to a better more honest reliable shop and get a better price and work sure go ahead and make caliber your first stop.
