Not only was our car cosmetically damaged but the rear end impact also created some exhaust and shifting issues. But getting Our car back today, not only did she look better than the day he got her, but she was running great and shifting smoothly. I took my car to have body repair after a car collided with mine. My car looks brand new. Their work is impeccable. However, the best thing about this business is their customer service. All the employees are personable, helpful and communicated updates during the repair process. Grace and Hunter took great care of me and my car. First of all they were very friendly & helpful. Next, their workmanship was superb. The hardest part was matching the color. The color is a pearl white. My friends and I can’t tell where the repair was done. So very pleased !!

Fix auto orangevale is by far the best collision repair shop in the Sacramento area. I took my 2015 tundra in that had major rear quarter panel damage. Not only did they get it all fixed but my truck looks better now then it did before the accident. The attention to detail is amazing. Also they keep you in the loop I got a call about twice week letting me know where we were in the process and any changes to the game plan. I would strongly recommend using them!!!!

I wont go anywhere else for my auto body work needs after discovering Jesse and his business North Star Collision Repair.I first received Jesses contact info from Dave at DDI Mobile Detailing. I was mentioning to Dave I wanted to get some paint work repaired on my front chin spoiler of my Mustang, and he highly recommended Jesse at North Star Collision Repair. I reached out to Jesse, and he proved to be far more knowledgeable than those other paint places (do not ever go to Caliber Collision...they wont even get back to you with an estimate). His estimate was more then fair and the quality of his work was outstanding!Fast forward from this minor paint job to an accident I was in. Nearly my entire car was cosmetically damaged from some idiot spinning out in front of me on a freeway and sending rocks into my car. Dents and rock pits on almost every single panel of my car; not even my wheels were spared. Luckily my insurance allowed me to go with someone of my choosing, so I took my car to Jesse at North Star Collision Repair. He again came back with a timely estimate (unlike Caliber Collion) and worked with my insurance company to make sure they underatood the full extent of the damage and the work that needed to be done.Since my nearly my entire car needed to be painted and wheel reordered, the work did take some time. But man, when he was done, I didnt want to drive my car out of the parking lot. The repair work was flawless and paint match was spot on! They matched my bumper repair perfectly, I was more than happy with the work they did.2.) They still fixed it. I thought it would cost an arm and a leg for that outside of insurance and it didn’t. I felt they really cared about customer service and getting the job done right, efficiently and quickly. This was really well above and beyond what was expected of them.I’m so glad my friend referred me to them. I drove across down to get here, and it was 100% worth the extra drive!! They were so great to do business with! I had a great experience here. They were very professional and easy to deal with. They communicated with me and let me know the progress of the repairs. They handled everything with my insurance company. I had had a different car get damaged about 6 months ago and had taken it to a dealership. They took forever to repair it and I felt like a go-between between my insurance company and them. Completely different here. So refreshing! And when I was going to pick it up I was running late and they offered to keep the place open for me so I could have time to get there. I cant stress enough how good my experience was with them!

Went in for an estimate on my 2019 Mercedes E 350, when I walked into the shop this very nice young lady greeted me and if I am not mistaken her name is Allie and she was very nice. Very bad experience with this placeMike installed a regulator/motor the installation was not done right. Their was a lot of damage done He put parts back on that were damaged.. Auto Better Business Bureau has intervened and now they have conveniently lost paperwork and are in violation.The weather strip that was reinstalled fell off and has caused a lot of damage due to weather exposure. This place has been a nightmare. They agreed with the Auto BBB to have the damage fixed through another glass company who has now renigged with them because of their negligence and complaint with the Auto BBB.
