When you go in they serve you as efficiently and quickly as possible. They even strive to help you figure something out. I needed a signal for the back of my car and they quickly found me the part. When I asked about general installment, one of the service member helped do so.

Store 1781 store manager Doug is rude to the employees and customers a customer needed their head light changed Doug gave the customer the tools and made them change it themselve. As the store manager Doug is to show example but Doug does little as possible. The only good thing about this store are the other employees they are kind polite and helpful that store needs a good hardworking manager NOT

Employees are all good spirited. You can feel the positivity in the air. They dont get grumpy if you do a return like a lot of other stores.

Very helpful and professional staff. Mr. Fuller was very professional and knew exactly what I needed for my 2003 GMC van. This is one of the better Auto Zones Ive been to.

One of their staff members were obviously in a rush and even told me he was about to be off the clock, and hurriedly looked up and sold me the wrong windshield wiper blades. After spending some time trying to make it fit before realizing it was impossible, I took them back the next day, and the manager exchanged them out and even put them on for me to ensure they were the correct ones. Besides that incident I havent had any issues and the staff is generally helpful & knowledgeable.

I have shopped at this location for numerous years and have always received excellent service. These folks know what they were doing. However today, I went in and there was a young lady that waited on me and she asked me the make and model of my car and I indicated it was my daughters and I could not get in touch with her at the time. She said without knowing the information and year of the car she could do nothing. I went on to advise her that the car was sitting out front if she could determine the year that way. She continued saying that if I could not give her that information there was nothing she could do and she walked away. Fortunately another gentleman working there overheard the conversation and met me at my car and said sure, I can help you and he took care of my needs. I’m very happy with the service and will return but she needs to get a little more experience in dealing with the public

Didnt have any scrappers in stock during the winter season....then wouldnt go back into my account and rudely over talked me when I asked about looking up my account info again (Answer was no). which I know they can because the autozone by my house can do it as many times I as need. Lost my business in Ohio. I went down street to OReilly. 👍

Knowledgeable and helpful. Replaced my battery for me in the parking lot without hesitation and Im a guy who is Handy with a tool. Still happy that I didnt have to do it.

Had to stop in due to my check engine coming on, young man scanned it quickly and gave me scan print out and part number to get exactly what I needed to resolve my issue.

Needed to replace a head lamp, I did not know how and there ended up being a piece missing to hold it in. The guy came out, put it in and figured out how to make it stay in place without the missing clip. He was awesome! AND it was raining!

Bill or Frank older guy said he was too old to walk out into the parking lot to do a diagnosis test. He told me to park on the side of the building in a handicap spot. I told him that I wasnt going to park there its against the law. He told me that he was giving me permission. I said no Im not doing it. I also told him I didnt want to move it in fear of it stalling out. His reply was well dont turn it off. Okay well that made no sense at all.

Very helpful young man there helped me sort out the fuses for our blown tail lights, cannot praise or recommend him enough. Job done and saved a trip and extra costs of using a garage

Lamar the Manager at the Navarre Ave.,store was so professional, courteous and actually did the manual labor installing my new battery! Very impressed with thismanager...see him moving up...up...that corporate ladder for having good people skills, common courtesy and most of all good work ethics!

Expensive, and they could use more staff.*Update*Ok they have more staff now, but they dont want to do any work, I had to buy some turn signal bulbs there and they told me Id need a mechanic to install them. It was an extremely easy job with the right tool, yes tool as in I only needed one tool to do it, and Im not even a car guy.I had to replace a headlight recently which is the exact same process, and the guy at oreillys did it for me, no problem, I even tipped him, which I would have done in this case.

These guys are not only extremely helpful but theyre also super courteous and know what theyre doing. Before I paid over $100 on a new part they made sure that was the exact issue with my car without making me feel ignorant or insignificant.

Apparently the 2 men there, one named Fred left the poor woman working there by her self to work. When I first got there I went in to ask a question about my car the guy I spoke to wouldnt help me and told me to look for the part on my car myself. No help at all. Wasnt around when I went back with a photo of my part, .Im sticking with OReillys they care about their employers.

I go here all the time. Sometimes they have a worker who is slow about service but they get the job done. Friendly service here.

Not terrible, but not great. Staff usually is helpful, but sometimes lacks experience. And compared to other local auto stores prices are a bit higher.

Good help for any car and tractor problems and they do work to search the part even if I dont have the specific car model or make.

Slow on services was told the part i was needing was a dealers item went to advance auto didnt have one problem getting my parts fast and had parts on the counter quickly and cashed out with a smile not with attitude. So thanks auto zone but i cant say i will be back sorry.

I have never written a review before, but after my experience at this Autozone, I felt obligated to write one.I came into this store for a new battery. Ricky was the employee who helped me out, and he was absolutely fantastic. It was absolutely freezing outside, and he had no problem helping me diagnose my battery issues in the cold weather.Where things go south is when dealing with Jeff, who I believe is one of the managers. I watched him blatantly hang up on a customer on the phone, be very rude and unhelpful when working with a english as a second language customer, and worst of all, he treated Ricky like Ive never seen a manager treat an employee before.Ricky notified Jeff he was stepping outside with me to help jump my car since it died while we were doing battery tests. Jeff didnt look at Ricky, and simply said, make it quick.I would travel an extra 10 miles to work with Ricky again, but I refuse to go to this store and deal with/support a manager like Jeff. He treats customers poorly, which is bad enough, but he also degrades his own employees.I would love to see an Autozone executives reaction to seeing Jeff deal with his customers and employees. I cant imagine he would last a full day. I am writing this review for future customers sake, and for employees, like Ricky, sake.

Every time I go to AutoZone for brake parts like brake lines and brake line fittings adapters they dont have them or they only have one and trying to get someone there to know what youre actually talking and most of the time they dont even have the brake lines and stock and the attitude of the workers the one on Navarre and Coy are very poor
