We came into the store with some problems on my phone and the representative his name was maverick he was able to solve the problem with in 10 minutes. Satisfied all the way around with previous transactions. We much prefer this store over the corporate store right down the road.

Drake is the multitasking king! Been holding my old S7 but after all this time, I dropped it, cracked the screen and the touch screen stopped working and, slowly, the screen went black. Lost every password for any recovery of anything but Drake, on a busy day, stayed with it and helped me get into my Gmail account to facilitate swapping the account to a new phone. This S21 Ultra 5G is a fantastic unit so far. Hope it does as well or better than the old S7. Drake is a stick with it guy. Extremely helpful and holds customer service as a core work ethic. No complaints. Just praise for his attitude and business ethics. May be a smallish store but they have big service. Will be back. Thank you Drake.

I was frantically calling Verizon stores trying to find a Gizmo watch for my daughter and either was only able to reach an automated message or the stores were out of stock. I called GoWireless and spoke to Quentin, who agreed to hold their last one for me while I made the hour drive to the store. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Quentin did a great job explaining my contract options and making sure all of my questions were met. Great customer service!

Brandon from the Navarre Ave store was such a huge help for My Mom and I as we switched her from Sprint to Verizon. We had so many Sprint issues that he figured out for us. We got a great deal on Moms new phn and I will NEVER go anywhere else. Thanks Brandon for your help and how you treated my mom which is very important to me. Shout out to Drake also for teaming up. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We came in a couple of weeks ago, I was looking to switch from Straight Talk and my boyfriend was looking to switch from his family’s plan to a plan with me. The employee was not knowledgeable about anything and he had to make multiple phone calls. He couldn’t tell us anything about any phone. He didn’t even know that V40 was the most popular phone on the market, he said it wasn’t on display because it wasn’t good. We were told that my boyfriend would get $300 off of his phone with a deal that was going on, then all the way at the end of the process, after spending a total of 3 and a half hours at the store, we were told that it could not happen. My boyfriend never gets mad at anyone and he was definitely upset. We quickly went to the Levi’s Commons location where we received top notch service. They had tricks up their sleeve to give us the best deals possible. The guy at your location was going to give me $40 for my iPhone 6 and Erica at the other location gave me $300 over a course of time. I get $12.95 off each month of my bill. She switched our phone numbers to make it look like I was the new line so that my boyfriend got the $300 off that we originally wanted. If you are looking to go to this Oregon location, do not go there, you will lose out on deals and your hard earned money!!
