The drinks and food came out fine. But we felt very rushed by the employees to order even though it was my first time in the store since I live out of state. After we sat down to eat the three employees complained loudly, badmouthed customers and after one employee burnt another while making a drink was told, get used to it you’ve been working here how long? It made for a very uncomfortable breakfast, I just feel bad my friend had been bragging about how much she loves getting Biggby when she’s in town.

They are always very quick even during a morning rush!

I got my free birthday drink. You get to order it up to 30 days after your birthday unlike some places in the stars that makes you get it on your birthday only. I also appreciated that all employees were properly wearing their face coverings.

Normally we go to this place to get coffees and bragels. Today I got my usual butter bear but my butter bear tasted like regular burnt cofee. I love this place but today there was no love.

Employees came off as Extremely rude. I asked for a coffee with room for cream. They handed me the coffee and I asked about cream, they said they already put it in (covid protocol I guess). I stated that I like to put the cream in myself because most places add too much. They hand me a cup of cream, as i taste my coffee, I inform them they already put too much cream in it, can I have a new coffee. They said they cant hear me so I momentarily pull my mask aside to talk and youd think I committed a cardinal sin right in their presence.

Waited 25 minutes before even being able to order at the drive thru just to say I had a door dash. It was 30+ minutes before I got the order, which made this my first ever late delivery. I understand busy, but I am still very unhappy because of this. The app says to use the drive thru for this location, and at the speaker I was told to come inside, however this only made more frustration because theres no way out of the drive thru once youre in, its a single lane. I hope theres some way to make this better for future dashes, and dashers like me who dont ever want to be late... plus the wasted gas and the unhappy customers and loss of tips for something thats not your fault...

First time there. Walk in and order. The girl making our coffees stops making our stuff and starts talking to another customer. A few seconds and all the girls are talking to this customer. I ask for our drinks and am told a few seconds. They continue talking. DUNKIN HAS BETTER COFFEE AND SERVICE. First time, last time.

Great seasonal flavors for coffee. Very fresh tasting. I really enjoyed it. And we had.a bagel like sandwich with egg ham and cheese. Best bagel Ive had in quite awhileAgain, very fresh breakfast sandwich!!

The shop was clean and the service members were helpful. They were out of the sandwich I wanted, bacon avocado bagel, so I ordered a plain everything bagel and a chai tea latte. It was all delicious.

This was my first time in a Biggbys. I took my grandmother and it was an amazing experience! The two young adults that helped us were very friendly and talkative. The atmosphere was clean and we really enjoyed our stay in the cafe! I highly recommend a visit to this store! :-)

The Marvel caramel frozen coffee I got was very good but I went through drive-through and I waited 10 almost 10 minutes no one was in front of me! That was the only reason for three stars otherwise it would have been 5.

Ive been to several Biggbys and this is honestly my favorite location.The workers are so sweet and willing to help when youre indecisive. The drinks are really good and they dont mind if your coffee order is a little complicated.Its a nice quick stop for coffee and also a good place to study.

I have been boycotting Starbucks inside Kroger in Navarre ever since my few rude experiences. Biggby, never tastes burnt, Im always greeted with a smile when I walk in. I always tip my baristas for their amazing service!

Love the coffee. A little pricey similar priced to starbucks . Its a tasty upgrade/ treat when your in the mood for some coffee. Facility itself very clean, and staff was nice, and fast service.

Love the rewards card and the frozen Mint Mocha! I got that as my free birthday drink. Their House Blend I used to call liquid crack lol until I started branching out and even grinding my own coffee. At least their coffee doesnt leave a funny aftertaste in my mouth.

Quiet little place, with good coffee and good service. Kind of tricky getting out of the plaza parking lot. Not a ton of seating, but adequatefor all the bigger of a place it is. Ordered a Mocha Mocha, and had a consistent taste with other Biggby places. Not a place to get a good donut with your coffee though, although they did have muffins, donut holes and huge chocolate chip cookies.

Two drinks were made incorrectly. When it was brought to the employees attention they told me I was wrong. My drink I order weekly. Therefore, I know how it should taste. It was even a different color.

Fast service, but workers were not courteous or suggestive enough for that type of setting /environment .

Not even a coffee person. I just love my pomaberry creme freeze. Nice barristas, always smiling. Pretty small for a Bigby but it does have a drive thru and BOGO Wednesdays are not to be missed!!

I’ve seen such high turn over rates at this location compared to other locations I go to. My drink are never made consistently these past few weeks and I wonder if this is the reason. Why hasn’t management tried to correct this issue? When I go through the drive thru I wait an unacceptable amount of time and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

On 11/10/2018 around 1 pm I went through the drive thru of the Bigby located in Oregon, OH. and ordered a bragel. I was told by a young girl that the toaster was not working. There was nothing else that I wanted at the time so I left. On 11/12/2018 around 8 pm I drove through the same locations drive thru and tried to order a bragel. I was again told that the toaster was not working. When I drove away, I noticed two young girls/workers within the store laughing. It is hard for me to believe that the owner would not have this issue fixed by now. I most certainly hope that the staff is not causing this franchise to lose money because they just dont feel like doing their job.

Best coffee ever, good price, better than Starbucks!

They take FOREVER. i leave 20 minutes before work and i’ll still be late because they make you wait at the drive thru forever. is one person only working? because jesus they take 1 car at a time.

Coffee is good dont get me wrong but every time you come in the morning and they open up at 6 and you get there about 7:30 ish and everybodys too busy talking and standing around and cant open the door or take orders through the drive-thru.

Suuuppperrr Sllllloooo We went on a family vacation from MN to Ohio, and as we had left to drive back to MN we saw an ad for a butterscotch mocha drink. Right off the bat we knew, from this ad, we wanted to find this coffee shop and what they had to offer. A few minutes later we arrived, and the first saddening thing we arrive to see is a sold-out banner across the sign advertising the butterscotch mocha drink :^( . After seeing this disappointing display, my family and I concluded, that if this coffee shop can somehow run out of coffee it probably cant be any better than the coffee at holiday or super america (but we decided to stay and order through the drive through).At first glance, the drive through menu seemed very simple, But we quickly realized that every little thing (like milk, creamer, or even the option to have the drink frozen) costs extra for each. When we first pulled up their was a vehicle ordering in front of us, when they finally moved up, it took us about 10 minutes to figure what we wanted and order. By the time we finalized our drink purchases and went to pull up to take out window, the vehicle was still there in front of us and we had to wait a few minutes more. Even after the vehicle in front had driven away, we were left waiting for another few minutes.Now with the amount of money we spent on these high priced drinks we were at least expecting real milk for the half and half creamer, but instead we were hand given lousy powder creamer, from the Barista. Luckily, she was kind enough, when asked, to pour real creamer into our coffee. (if it even was real)By the end of this horrible coffee experience we realized we probably should have just waited to buy coffee until we get back to MN.Very cheap quality Coffee, Id say skip and go to holiday or Super America for the same taste but with self-serve. And cheaper
