It is nice to have a book store that offers books of our faith and lots of other fun stuff too.I was there to get some clothing for the temple and other undergarments that I needed. I was very impressed with the level of service that we received. Be prepared for limited selections due to the current market situation.

Deseret Book is always awesome! They give half price if youre buying some clothing for the first time. I did not know this. The staff here are so helpful and friendly oh, its almost hard to believe how nice they are sometimes. :-)

Beautiful store, wonderful atmosphere. Helpful salespeople who have had experience with the merchandise. I got all the information I needed to get the right passport holder that will work work my daughters foreign travels. (Dont get the cute handheld one without considering how you will keep it safe and secure, by the way. There are more options!)

The people are very nice and accommodating. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and may I help you find something to which I answered yes. I explained what I needed and it took a few tries but she continued until she helped me find the perfect thing.

Friendly employees. Bathroom was clean. Spent some time shopping around because I had a couple gift cards. Checkout was quick and easy.

Quiet and reverent, have tons of books and movies as well as Come Follow Me and teaching materials. Also cant forget their yummy treats!

Not sure why they wont let you but more than 5 pairs of garments at a time. Actually, its because they have a shortage. Although thats not what it looks like when we look at their stock. Very unnecessary and inconvenient.

It’s nice to not have the same dress as half the women in the temple!

Great store; disappointing that they are still running on modified hours instead of acclimating back to their normal schedule. Makes it hard to want to shop there if I have to play a guessing game on their hours.

This Desert Book also has a large Distribution Center for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You can also get copies of Ensign, Friend, and New Era magazines for only a dollar. Great for giving!

Deseret Book is a great place to shop as long as you understand beforehand this is not a traditional bookstore. The selection is always good. There are many friendly employees waiting to help you out. There is so much more than religious books here. A lot of expected merchandise that tailors to members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. There is also a little bakery. Parking is plentiful and egress is typically fine.

Returning and canceling online orders is terrible!! Can even return an item that was delivered to the score for pickup! The online ordering is horrible, because you cant even Cancel your orders!The associates at the store were very rude, and they were not willing to go out of their way to give me a full refund including the Tax which shouldnt have been added in the first place to a distribution order.The store hours are also very inconvenient! Even with the covid19 pandemic, the stores should still be open late (regular hours), so that people who do work and have other obligations during the day can still shop as well as take care of customer service issues.If I could have given 0 stars for this experience, I sure would have! Online orders, returns, and cancellations should not be this difficult!

Always has a great selection of books for not just Church of Jesus Christ readers, but study guides for Bible, journals, fiction, also has lovely gift items for Kitchen etc, pictures, and childrens books and games. Staff is always courteous and friendly.

So many choices of white temple clothing. Not so many choices of white shoes but hopefully theyll revamp them to be more modern. I got some on a nursing website and love them.
