Best experience I have ever had in shopping for glasses! I had a prescription from another doctor and came to Eyemart Express because I heard they offered same-day eye glasses.I sat down with Cole, who took amazing care of me! Within 5 minutes, he explained what my insurance offered and suggested a section of the store to shop in. He helped me find several pairs that I loved in my price range.15 minutes into my visit, I had the perfect pair picked out. 30 minutes into my visit, I had my insurance info put in, my lenses selected, my second pair of glasses selected and was ready to go. 60 minutes into my visit I had 2 pairs of perscription glasses ready to go.You read that right! From the moment I walked into the door to the time I left with 2 finished pairs of glasses...just over an hour. I normally wait an entire week for glasses! I came to get some glasses adjusted and was helped by Mabel. She went above and beyond to ensure my glasses fit comfortably and correctly. She was professional, kind, understanding and patient. I was super impressed by our experience at EyeMart. I generally dislike shopping for glasses because it’s always a headache, they never get insurance right and they’re not very helpful, BUT, these guys were completely different. Mabel was fantastic! She knew exactly what the benefits of my insurance were and she was super helpful in picking out frames that looked good. I have already booked appointments for all of my kids because it was such a better experience than any other eye place I’ve been to.

Excellent service! Mabel is great, she is super clear when she explains things and she gave us very valuable information about it options. No pressure, she just gave us info and let us decide. The same day lens cutting is excellent, and unlike their competitor who also offers same day lenses, these guys can even cut high index lenses the same day.

I was visiting from out of town and was so impressed with the level of customer service, variety of frames, prices, and turnaround time. Within 2 hours I chose and then picked up my 4 pairs of prescription glasses that were sized and ready to wear. Amazing!

Not sure at all why this place has 5 stars. I guess a lot of people that have insurance and dont care about cost come in here a lot. Not only do they charge almost double for everything they do compared to online eyeglass companies, but they dont offer all the options the online companies carry as well. The eye exam was $70 and directly across the street at Eyeglass World, they charge only $50. They charge $70 for UV protection when most online companies include them with the frames or at most $30-$35. They charge $110 with transitions when others cost $55. The list goes on, these guys make their glasses in store and dont even have a middle man but still overcharge on everything. Not to mention the sales team do a great job of confusing you about the buy one get one free deal. Go online and mess around with the websites and youll see that these guys are insane. A lot of 5 star reviews from suspiciously low activity accounts as well.

This was an awesome experience. Was able to get an eye exam and get 2 pairs of glasses all done within a day. Price was good, customer service was excellent. Mabel helped us out and was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using in the future.

After having a bad experience at another optical place, I was very pleasantly surprised to get awesome service. Mabel was the one who helped me, she missed going to lunch in order to help me. She took her time and was very thorough, she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I would say that I received outstanding service above and beyond the call of duty. Someday this girl is going to be manager! Her dedication to her job was amazing. I was very happy with the service and with the glasses that I got. Also the eye doctor Nathan Christiansen was extremely competent. My whole experience, was Waymore than I was expecting. If you want to try the glasses on to really make sure they are comfortable, Eyemart is a good option because what they have in stock is exactly what you will buy. They have tools to help you fit the glasses (measure pupillary distance, bend frames) and choose shapes, etc. They excel in getting you something that works quickly since they have on-site optometrists and lots of lenses and frames of different sizes and prices in-stock.However, because they only have what is there, what you see is what you get. They also didnt have a lot of other options (for example, if you like a pair of glasses you found on display, but prefer another color or size, they cant order a customized version online - what they can order to the store is just another copy of what they already have, or to restock).The customer service was good. They werent very pushy. They are helpful with figuring out your insurance and what things will cost. They were moderately trained and could answer generic concerns, but I had a good number of questions they couldnt answer (like if there was a more accurate way to tell what length of arm or width of frame you should get other than to just try them on). Most of them were really friendly and patient, though (very kind to us when we took a long time to decide and to our daughter, despite her loudly running around).Though it is true that online retailers can definitely be cheaper, for someone like me with a really high prescription and with current eye insurance, online options frequently end up costing just as much of not more than an in-person store like this. I would say their prices werent stellar, but also werent a rip-off. They encourage you to buy a 2nd pair as a back-up that is a cheap plastic frame and lense for no less than $20. However, if you want any other features as well, that, combined with your first pair, can end up being kind of expensive.So, if you want a more customized experience, dont care for/need any specialty features, dont have insurance, or dont mind not trying on the glasses before getting them in the mail, then online might be a better option. Otherwise, Eyemart was just as good as any other optometrist and I enjoyed our experience there.

While visiting my son and daughter-in-love in Lehi, I realized the sun in Utah is much brighter than back in Ohio! With that being said I needed a pair of sunglasses. Had my appointment with Dr. Christensen who was very through and was easy to talk to. I met and was taken back by Hayley who was very sweet and explained everything she was going to do. After my exam I met Mormon who did an outstanding job with helping with picking out my glasses, explaining what he was going to do and he gave us outstanding service.Wish I could take this team back to Ohio with me, but I guess I will get to visit Utah more and get an eye exam each year from EyeMart and Dr. Christensen and his awesome team!Btw…I ended up getting three pair of glasses! I had a great experience here. My eye exam was quick and easy, and they even checked my old glasses to compare how my prescription had changed. They easily worked with my insurance so all I had was a $10 copay.I also got a new pair of glasses, and the staff was helpful while I looked for something that fit my needs and style. I got ordered some polarized sunglasses, and they had the prescribed lenses ready within 42 minutes (see photo). Very impressed with their service, and will be going back for my next exam.

I’ve been needing new glasses forever. I have a heavy prescription, and I know I need some up grades to make sure the lenses aren’t total bottle caps. The thing I hate most about getting glasses, is when they push hard to up sell you. The rep at eye mart understood that I didn’t want the upsell and rather listened to what I said I needed with my budget in mind (I don’t have vision insurance). She gave honest suggestions, showed me live examples of lenses with my prescription, and made sure the choice was up to me, without being pushy. The selection was phenomenal, and now that I have my glasses I’m really happy. I’ve had glasses since the 3rd grade, and I’m now 36, so with all the years in mind and experiences I legitimately can say that this was the best experience getting glasses I’ve ever had - especially as an adult with 5 kids of my own and a limited budget. Highly recommend.

First I walked in and was greeted, she sat me down to help me then left and helped a customer who just walked in, I was waiting there staring at nothing for 10 min while the employee ignored me. The employee, rosemary, took my insurance and forgot to give it back. She also had her nose out of her mask for part of the visit. She treated me like a child and seemed to not know much.Anyways the service turned out quick and effective but I recommend finding more effective employees for the job!Thanks

Don’t bother. they obviously write their own reviews because their service is horrible. only good thing about this place is that it’s next to in-out-burger and will cause you to forget - for at least a moment - that eyemart could take a lesson or two about customer service from the burger maker. i can understand making mistakes. what i can’t understand is lying about them to my face. closing in on 4 weeks and i still haven’t received my glasses. go anywhere but here.

Truly the best and amazing experience! Id give them 10+Stars!!!!! I came here last year and bought two pairs and have loved them. Recently I wanted to get a new style and renew my prescription. (the optometrist is incredibly informative and quick!) I ordered a new pair of glasses and after trying to get them fitted, they just werent working, the shape of the glasses were cut to sharp and inhibited my vision...(fishbowl effect) and my eyes just didnt sit centered in them. They were so patient and willing to do a Frame exchange and replace them to something that worked and a style I love. They also gave me an amazing discount!! (the newer frame was way more than the first pair I picked out) she also included the year warranty on them!! I cant tell you how much I love these guys. Their selection is huge, reasonably priced, easy to work with, and really care about you as a customer. Long review but they totally deserve it. I know you can find cheaper glasses online...but you cant find any better customer care than here. Truly the in store experience is worth every penny.

Let me start off with the fact that I miss having access to a one hour lab for my glasses. My wife suggested Eyemart Express, I hadnt heard of them and they have a one hour lab in my area. I went in to take a look at frames, they had a very good system in place for the current state of things (i.e. Covid-19). I tried on a ton of frames, anyone wearing glasses knows what that is like. I found a pair that I liked. I have a big head, so finding glasses isnt easy. Eyemart Express had a lot of options. I put the frames on hold until I got my prescription the next day. The staff was more than helpful in letting me know the price and expected time it would take to get my glasses. When I returned to fill my prescription I was told two hours, they had both glasses completed with in an hour. For, probably, the first time I walked out of an eye glass store needing no adjustments to the frames or the the lenses. Eyemart Express has excellent customer service and superior product quality. They got me back in to my glasses faster than I expected and that put a big smile on my face.

I absolutely loved my eyeglass experience with Eyemart Express and when I had to get glasses in the past I hated it! Everyone there was super nice and knowledgeable and they didnt try to force anything on me like most places do. I had a problem with my insurance company and eyemart express not exactly informing the insurance what to pay. I ended up paying what my insurance had already paid and I had no clue. If I dont call and investigate, eyemart never tells me they actually own me money. They ended up doing a reimbursement to me and did not give me all the money.

Heard about this place through a Facebook ad and thought it worth checking out. SO GLAD we did. We saved $300 total and walked away with two pairs of glasses each instead of one. Absolutely amazed how good their prices are (even if you’re buying without insurance). Sarah helped us and was an absolute delight to work with, she was very knowledgeable and made sure we all loved what we were picking. She even gave suggestions for frames and nailed it. The other workers and manager also stepped in to help as needed and were all very friendly and helpful. They were very personable. My son needed some new glasses before he went to Panama. They got him in to see the optometrist quickly. They were so good, I asked if I could go next. They said yes, and we both had new glasses by the end of the day. The best part is that their prices are not outrageous like other one hour eye glass places.

Sam was super amazing and took the time to show me a lot of frames that would fit my extra large head and I was really surprised at the selection of frames they had and the great prices. I love these guys! I walked in today w my mask on (stupid covid) and I was called by MY NAME!!! I hope it’s not from being a customer full of questions as my eyes mean everything after a traumatic eye injury 23yrs ago. I just needed a simple repair I didn’t know how to do on frameless lenses.I walked in almost a year ago, and left after an eye exam w 4 pairs of glasses 🤩 Why 4? I break things just looking at them and who has lost their main pair and spare can’t be found cuz we BLIND 🤣 Problem solved!!Their doctor was amazing as I have a cataract that needs taken and He is so good I can read things across my warehouse others cannot!! I also asked for a pair of lenses where the prescription would be just for work as detail is key and those are my favorite pair while working as I can spot flaws from 10ft away 😂The Managers are amazing. The staff knew the product to such a point I was going to spend $300 on frames and at the last moment they went hold on a second. They came back with a different set of frames $200 less and I have never loved a pair of glasses so much in my entire life. I get compliments everywhere randomly about them.Thank you Eyemart!

They had a few really hard to work with customers to work with while I was there and they were so patient with them. Ill go there next year 😁😉

I had never been to Eyemart Express before, and honestly didnt even know it existed until my sister-in-law pointed it out to me. Im so glad I gave it a shot! The eye exam was quick and professional (even though I brought my almost-2-year-old girl), and I was helped out by Sarah who helped me pick out the perfect frames and made sure they were made in the shop with my new prescription... on the same day! I thought it might take a few days to finish my glasses, but I guess they call it Express for a reason! I walked out and the end of my visit with three frames for a pretty inexpensive price, and I love the prescription and the options I have now to switch them up!

Went there for an appt for myself. My 70+ mother was with me. She told optometrist her eye was hurting. They quickly jumped in, checked out her eyes and referred her to a specialist. They didnt have to. They could have made her wait for an appointment for a later time. But instead, they did what was kind and helpful. They may very well have saved her sight.

I have been looking for new glasses since my last exam. I checked a lot of places but wasnt satisfied and didnt feel like my questions were answered. That was absolutely wasnt my experience here. I was very impressed with my experience. I loved that during the whole process of getting my glasses ordered, they showed me the breakdown of how much everything would cost without me needing to ask. As I was making this purchase without insurance coverage, that was especially nice and eased my peace of mind. The prices were more than fair, and I was blown away that my glasses were ready so fast. They quoted me 30 minutes but I had a text saying they were done within 17. I will definitely be returning here from now on.

The staff was seriously so helpful. I had some (a lot of) struggles picking out my new frames, because Ive had the same pair for three years. The girl helping me literally brought pair after pair to me until I found the right ones. There was no rush, so sense of impatience, just pure helpfulness. A different worker adjusted my glasses for me and they were perfect, she made every little adjustment I needed. Also I got three pairs of glasses (two normal pairs and sunglasses) for just a little over what I paid for ONE PAIR when I got glasses last time. We got an eye exam at the Optometrist there and he was great, then we took our prescriptions to the sales person working the floor and we were helped right away! All 5 of our glasses were ready within an hour, even faster than they estimated to us!! We will definitely go back in the future!!

Had a great eye exam. Sarah was awesome helping me find frames. She took what I told her and kept bringing me options until I found the ones I liked. The prices are awesome and the service is quick and friendly. Their in house technicians can do some prescriptions right there. I got 2 pairs and my husband got 2 pairs. All four pairs were completed in 35 mins.

Our first visit ever to EyeMart and it was fantastic. We went in as a family (4) and it was my son’s first time getting glasses. The ladies the helped us were beyond amazing - great attention to detail for each one of us getting glasses, making the kiddos feel comfortable and asking the right questions to help find the perfect frames. Aside from their excellent help both our kids glasses were ready in less that 30mins. Out the door! Done and done! This is a great place!!

I had the best experience at Eyemart today! I had previously bought 2 pairs of glasses here. I received them and was only able to wear them once each as they were so heavy because of my terrible prescription. They were giving me head aches. I came into the Orem shop and told the manager Katrina that I wanted to return them. She was incredibly nice and gave me my refund. On top of that, she picked out another pair of glasses for me, which I loved. She used the lenses of the glasses I brought in to return and put them into the new frames, cut them down to fit and not be heavy. She just gave them to me. She said she wanted me to have a pair of glasses that I liked. I am so impressed with her actions and customer service. I have never had an experience like this before and I was in shock the rest of the day.I am so unbelievablely happy with the glasses she gave me and I feel so blessed that she gave me such an amazing gift.Single mom life is expensive and my prescription is so bad that I have to pay close to $500 for 2 pairs of glasses. So buying glasses is definitely not something I typically enjoy doing. But this manager has changed my mind. I will always recommend Eyemart!! Thank you so much! Merry Christmas!

I had 2 appointments for my kids eye exam on the same day, one of them has astigmatism so it took quite a while to get the right lense and with my other 2 kids on the room it was quite crowded in the room, but the doctor had so much patience with us and was able to focus on my kids needs, I couldnt be happier with the prescription. The staff is very friendly and I was able to get my daughters glasses on the same day for a really good price. I couldnt be happier with my whole experience, would definitely recommend Eyemart Express.PS. There is more little details about my experience that made it great but I would need the whole page to write it.

PHENOMENAL!!!We got my 19 year old autistic daughter who is non communicative 4 pairs of glasses. She has very very strong lenses.. +10.25 and +10.75. We had 4 people helping pick out frames that would work for her and looked good on her without anyone ever showing an signs of impatience. Everyone was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable... And the absolutely unbelievable part.... In her 19 years, and my 50 years of wearing glasses (mine are +7) we have never, ever gotten same day glasses. They made all 4 pair in less than 4 hours. Words do not convey how special of an experience the staff of this EyeMart made this trip.
