First of all I would like to personally thank Damion for taking care of me from start to finish! I got a complete double subwoofer setup with L.E.D. lights covering the interior floor of my car, despite the fact that their schedule was booked and I had to work before they opened up their shop, Damion and his team managed to fit me in their schedule and had me drop off my car before they opened!! They did a fantastic job taking care of my needs and bringing my car to the NEXT LEVEL! We had a couple good laughs and conversations through out the whole process, they have definitely gained a life long customer and I will be returning here whenever I need a project done to my car! I 100% recommend checking them out!

I took my 488 into the shop for correction of a faulty radar detection system several months ago. After communication with the owner he had arranged replacement parts for the entire device with the manufacture. He made this experience incredibly positive and I was on my way as scheduled!

Damion provided excellent professional customer service. He made me feel like a value customer from our first conversation via the phone. He was diligent in finding me replacement remote starters (I misplaced my set of keys with my original remote starter). His amazing communication helped me to feel at ease that my product would be delivered in a timely manner. Damion double checked to ensure my remotes were programmed correctly and made sure my overall experience was great! I felt the charges were very reasonable. The establishment was very clean and organized which also was a plus for me.

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in to have a backup camera and LED lights installed. The team at Next Level are extremely helpful and they guided me in the right direction. Marty did an excellent job and I love my new lights and backup cam. Makes my car feel brand new!! I will definitely be bringing my Jeep back here for my Stereo next!! 3% convenience fee??? On top of your outrageous hourly fees. Come on man... Had to go back because issue wasn’t fixed the first time. Charged me again for the labor to actually fix it this time. Paid another 3% convenience fee on top of labor charges. I should of collected a 6% inconvenience fee refund.

Damion and the team at Next Level did a great job for us. For our Sprinter van we had them upgrade our radio, add an amplifier, replace all speakers, and add a couple of rear-view safety cameras to our van. Great job, great focus on customer service. Damions recommendations for the upgraded components were spot-on, and the installation was professionally done. They did everything they said they would do, and it was ready when promised. Wed definitely return for future upgrades and/or service on the audio systems and the safety cameras in any vehicle we own.

We had some hardware issues with my step install but Damian and the team at Next Level Audio worked extremely hard and thoroughly to get it done. They put me on the schedule three times and were diligent and dogged in making sure everything got done perfectly. Amazing service from an amazing team!!

I’ve had issues with my 2014 Kia Sorento radio for years. For whatever reason it would just go out and come back on whenever it wanted. I’ve had the radio replaced by Kia 2 times! I wanted to just replace the radio with an aftermarket but the climate controls are built into the stock radio.I brought my car in to Next Level and met Damien. He was highly knowledgeable and took the time to come outside to examine my car and then back inside to research the issue on the spot. I ended up making an appointment for the next week to take a look at the wiring.The following week I brought my car in to Damien and an hour later I get a phone call that it’s been fixed! It was a simple as using an alternate connection already in the back of the radio. All I paid was for the 1 hour of labor. Thanks Damien!!!

I just left Next Level Audio and Damien and his guys were EXTREMELY helpful. Had me in and out within 20 minutes. All I needed was a little fix for the wiring of my audio and they helped me asap. I stopped by Next Level with a need to upgrade the sound on my 1990 van. They did an awesome job with a a system that fit just right. The installer did a very professional job. I highly recommend them for these guys. They even do boats and lighting as well.

6 years ago I asked to have a box built to hold a 15” L7 and look as close to factory as possible to not draw any attention. Ergonomically built to fit my position in the seat and not limit my access/reach to things within the vehicle. They went far above what I thought I was getting, the fit and finish is what has impressed me the most! It’s been in there for the last 120k miles banging away and never skipped a beat. My wires are hidden and out of sight other than at the battery and fuse inside the engine bay. My amp is hidden under the box where they built a cut away and was able to slide it under and out of the way. Do it right the first time and you will never regret it.

They gave my 2009 GMC Sierra a much needed updated look and sound system. They updated all my outside headlights, tail lights, license plate and brake lights to todays look/LEDs. My inside cabin lights updated as well. They also replaced all my factory speakers and radio to a double din touch screen. Everything looks and sounds great. They also take the time to show you how to control everything and adjust to your personal settings. I will definitely return for all my car audio needs.

I had an incredible experience at Next Level. I called a few weeks ago after I realized that there was no chance in hell that I was going to be able to install a Blackvue dashcam in my wifes car without butchering the job. I was quoted 4 hours of work, totally $550. I arrived on time, the owner and the other gentleman working were very cordial and allowed me to do some work on my computer in their showroom/waiting area. The install was perfect, just a great job. When it was done the owner stated that it only took them 3 hours instead of the quoted 4 and that my bill would be significantly less than quoted. The service technician took me through the car, and spent some time helping me download the app to mine and my wifes cell phone. All in all it was an awesome experience, I highly recommend Next Level for any of your vehicles needs. Thanks guys!

The guys here rule. Needed a fuse for my sound system and they hooked it up. I had some work done here like 5 years ago and was not dissapointed.

Make sure they clarify when they give you a price and it doesnt triple when you arrive. Definetly DO NOT RECOMMEND as a reputable company to do business with. Waste of time.

I highly recommend these guys. They did great work at a good price and they were quick. I really appreciated that they shared some options I didnt even know I had. Jesse even took the time to show me how to work a couple of the main features on my new stereo that I didnt know how to work. The instillation is clean, and there was no mess left in or on my car.

WARNING: CONSUMERS BEWAREThe owner Steven Paul refuses to stand behind their work despite them not following directions, costing me money when a mechanic needed to access my battery, and just being fairly incompetent to deal with. This shop has been around 14 years and is still riding off the good reputation it used to have. They think that anything that they dont sell you is low quality and that everything they touch is gold. Everything about the shop is pretty rundown including the fact they rent out half of their lot to a tint business. The outdoor sign is old and dirty and the tiny showroom has more Yeti gear for sale than car audio equipment.I wouldnt have wrote this review, but I just left the shop after giving the owner Steven the chance to back their work. I bet this review will nick his fragile ego and he will quickly respond in an unprofessional manner.Response to owner with damaged ego: Looks like I was right. No surprise. Steven, your employee Marty did not listen to what I told him I wanted and what I agreed to pay for. I told him no problem and I would be understanding as long as yall made it right. Before having a chance to have yall correct your mistakes, my vehicle had a turbocharger issue. Your employees were supposed to make it easier to access my trunk battery, but they made it more difficult than before which cost me two hours of labor at a repair shop for them to access and disconnect the battery. After my turbocharger was back in action, I revisited and gave yall the chance to make it right. You stepped in and I was no longer dealing with Marty and then you refused to fix your mistakes without charging me $110 for work that your team had already done incorrectly. (I clearly stated exactly what I wanted and I have a message sent to Marty via your website that supports that.) You did not even look into my trunk for two seconds before eyeballing that it was my 2 out of 10 exact same fans that were the issue. Your response was always the same... spend more money and let us do it right.Thank you for quickly responding to my negative review because that paints a nice picture for anyone smart enough to sort your reviews by the lowest ratings.... all the 1-star reviews have the same common theme: incompentent and unethical.

I had two yeti coolers get “wrapped” in the seadek foam and they turned out amazing. One of which had a custom logo (although I will say they may not be able to to make every logo especially depending on the size) and it was on the roadie. Anyways I’m very pleased with how it came out and is very appealing. The only thing I dislike is the shop being closed on weekends. Otherwise they do some great work... I will be returning soon for a little project I have in mind.

I had a quick and easy repair with a stock subwoofer replacement. The Guys did a great job. No rattles and clean bass. I will be back with my next car.

Went here for an estimate for installation ofRadio, 4 speakers and a powered subwoofer... $1189... dude are you serious... I paid $435 for all equipment and you guys are going to charge $1189 plus tax? yall guys are a Joke...

This establishment met and exceeded all my expectations. I chose them because of their reviews on Google and so on. I decided to get my girlfriend a new stereo for Christmas to put on her Jeep, she was in dire need of one. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a knowledgeable staff and not some rag tag group of wannabe thugs. Here they are professional and courteous beyond belief. The owner Steve came to the showroom to discuss all the different units and their functions. After speaking with us about what we were looking for, we decided on a very reasonably priced Pioneer unit. The installation process took all of 30 minutes; which we spent relaxing in their lounge. After the immaculate installation the technician came out and walked us through the functions and answered any and all of our questions; thoroughly and clearly. There is no doubt whatever my car accessories needs, Im coming here first.

Came here excited. Left disappointed. I absolutely love being told something cant be done just because it requires a little more work. Favorite part of my visit was meeting the Master Builder who I must say has the most endearing attitude towards custom enclosures. Look, plain and simple, if its easy bring it to Next Level Audio, if its difficult you really should take your project elsewhere. Maybe a place who can actually make custom enclosures and not give you every excuse in the book as to why they dont want to do it.

Just had them upgrade the head unit in a 2002 Audi TTThe quality of the work was excellent and they added bluetooth and satellite radio. They obviously make a living doing high end custom work but treated my $370 with the utmost professionalism. The carry Pioneer and the super boutique Alpine. I have a brand new Mazda 3 that I wanted to upgrade the sound on; I didnt know what I needed so I started off with asking for a quote and an idea of what could help boost the sound. They responded via Yelp/Email within an hour and the next day I was in the shop having them assess my car. The part arrived (Bazooka 10in Sub) the next day and was installed the following day. They worked really hard to fit me in without an appointment and got it done in between all of their other projects going on which was incredibly generous of them. ( I was heading on a road trip that weekend and they made sure it was good to go so I could have it done for my weekend getaway.) The customer service is truly phenomenal. They know what theyre doing and I would definitely go back. They even upgraded my sub (I paid for a 100W) to a 250W for free because they appreciated my taste in music -- Tool FTW lol .
