Diegos attention to detail is second to none. My truck, a 2011 V8 Colorado, he started at 8am and finished up at 6;30pm. Any questions that I had, Diego took the time to explain why he was doing the work a certain way. Never talking down to me.He also did a complete system in my 2005 HD 2500 Chevy 4 door, probably a year ago. Today(4/27/2013), I took the truck back because the left front door speaker stopped working. Taking the door apart, finding a wire had broken. He fix it and didnt charge for this repair. Thats service after the sale.Im building an antique truck and talked to Diego about my wants & needs as far as a radio, explaining what I would need to power the number of speakers that I will use. Diego did a great job on my Audi TT head unit installation. He was very professional and even drove to pick up my parts so he can get the install done on short notice. He did a excellent job and made sure all the functions on the new head unit work. Definitely returning to him for future work.

At first Diego seemed to be very professional. I was given a verbal quote on costs ($1300) and we had an agreement that anything above that would then be discussed. Once he had figured out everything that needed to be done suddenly my quote was $1800 (not including tax). When I told him that I couldnt afford that and I needed to figure out what I could take away, he became upset. At the end, he held my car hostage until I paid him in cash rather than by credit card. As my bank is virtual (military USAA) it was not easy for me to get that much cash. And it was scary to think that I would be walking around with that much cash on me. Because he had become rude with me, I wasnt sure what I would be walking into with a ton of cash on me. He explained that he didnt want to have to pay the credit card fees. When I explained that as a customer, I felt that credit card fees should either be rolled into the cost or discussed upfront, he became extremely mad and couldnt look at me anymore. Mind you, I never yelled at him or became angry myself. I was more in shock with his behavior than anything. Then as I drove away, I noticed that he hadnt completely put my dash back together and that my AC was no longer working. I went back and he hadnt reattached a plug that was needed for the AC. He then hastily put my dash back together all crooked and stormed off. Furthermore, he over charges! He was going to charge me $350 for an amp plus $150 install charges. I found the amp online, at several different suppliers, for only $200, and it just plugs in. As a business, he should be able to get wholesale prices. I found that he padded all of his equipment prices.

If you want it done right the first time you need to go to Audio Fashion. I bought a new stereo (At a different store) for my VW CC and had many problems with the satellite radio, I stopped by audio fashion and Diego just took it from there. Diego contacted the stereo manufacturer as well as the interface manufacturer and had the head unit replaced with a new one with the right specs that suited my car perfectly. Also, Diego showed complete technical proficiency and was also very conscious about the aesthetics and routing of the cables.Again, if you want it done right the first time dont look any futher ...
