Though sometimes it seems quite expensive to my perspective, I feel is worth it due to the quality of your goods. Yesterday I did have a horrible customer experience at pollo tropical and went here to order food. I messed up the order but the current cashier, instead of laughing or do nothing, she directly went to speak with the staff and correct the order for me. It was quite refreshing see this display of teamwork and great attention. Definitely will go more often

I particularly love Wawa and come every month to order the same sandwich I always do however today some food and beverage chick named Amy denied me of having my sandwich made the way Ive always had Im pregnant right now and shes on some kind of power trip Im glad this is not my normal Wawa I wont ever come back to this one lazy employees complained about people places orders and making them work

Every morning around 2 am there is no food, they turn off the monitors, coincidence that they are the same employees. When other employees are there, there is food.

Went in at 7:20 in the morning there was no coffee and milk dispense empty i ask the lady if she had coffee she said not right now I have always come to this location and have never seen the coffee area in those conditions. By the way didnt buy anything the way she response was like never mind ill go another place.

Im so sad. They didnt put half of what I wanted in my chicken salad. I didnt realize it until I got home . Plus they didnt even have a bag to put my salad in like they usually do. The girl told me to give back on the line and get a bag. Its such a sad looking and tasting salad. Never again. Two stars only because the checkout guy was very nice. Older hispanic guy.

My food and drink were great! Store was really clean. Only problem is the employees making the food seemed to want to finish their conversation before making our order. Other than that everything was good.

This was my first stop after getting off a flight from Atlanta. This was by far one of the best choices I could have made. By it being late every restaurant was closed but they were still open. I had a tuna sub sandwich and it was delicious and the sun was made quickly. Great service here and I will most definitely be back.

Oh my goodness! The people here are so friendly and helpful! But they don’t sacrifice efficiency for friendliness - somehow they manage to do both. And when I was looking lost, a person helped me without making me feel like an idiot. This is a beautiful thing! And the bacon, egg, cheese croissants are to die for!

I come here to get coffee usually on my breaks or before work and there is ALWAYS such wonderful service. The staff is wonderful and the store is always so clean. Thank you for making my days better.

Dirty bathrooms, no toilet paper, no towels. Impossible to open doors from inside without touching it.

WAWA in general i would rate 5 stars but this new branch needs attention, not once I ordered sandwiches and it was done right, missing toppings is common, I ordered spinach on my breakfast panini because that is what I want, I pay for steak on my omlet because I want steak on my omlet, I know it is fast food but other WAWA are more on point so I suggest they get more people because they seem somehow short handed which overwhelmingly affect the workers and make them to miss stuff and take short cuts.
