The type of auto shop that makes your friends jealous when you talk about your mechanic. They will do whatever it takes to make sure you have serious issues fixed as quickly as possible. I had a breaking issue and they squeezed me in next day and provided a loner car because they didnt want me to risk driving a car with break issues. As long as I live close enough I will only take my car here for maintenance. I took an older car to a big name dealership to have the loud exhaust fixed. Jacobson quoted me less than half the price! Oh, and the quote was exactly what I paid.

Buying a car from Jacobsons Auto? You ARE Smart. Possibly the only Auto Dealerships where you walk away thinking, Why didnt I hear about them before? They were cool and didnt waste my time, or give me the run-around? Whats the catch? You go in for service: EXPLAINED and (Way) reasonable. I bought my first car from Jacobson Auto in 1987 and always will (7 cars later). If only 10% of all car dealerships were run this way, I think the owner could Retire. Wow. Really. I dont get special treatment; seems everyone does. Like the 50s. The have really cool cars and I think they just like seeing them out on the street!? Service A+++

Service was very reasonable. I was out of there just shy of a half hour. But at times there is dirty finger prints on steering wheel or dash area and dirty foot marks on carpeting. It would be nice if they placed paper mats on floor when they get into car and clean hands before touching inside of cars like other places do. Show respect for the customer.

I came in for an oil change off of a recommendation from a classmate. Im glad I took my car here. First off it only took then about 50 minutes to do the job. The staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and the price was great ($42.11 for an all synthetic oil change). The only complaint I have is that they spelt my name wrong on the invoice. I will definitely be coming back and I would highly recommend their services.

They were awesome when I bought my car back in June; not pushy at all and very friendly. I had to take my car in today because of a grinding sound which ended up being my rear brakes. They ended up repairing them for free since I had bought my car so recently from them (even though it was technically past the warranty). Ive never had somebody do that and I will definitely be going back to them in the future. They treat you like family and arent like other places that just try and rip you off.
