Store and pharmacy staff rude and angry and not helpful. especially the store night shift

Manager was extremely rude and actually told a paying customer that it’s not her job to help locate items. TERRIBLE STAFF

The help at this location are extremely rude and not helpful. Pick a different Walgreens if you find the need to shop at an overpriced store. But your best bet is to save your money and practice minimalism.

Best Walgreens experience at this location. The pharmacy staff went above and beyond. Found the medicine we needed after making several calls and ultimately getting a different medicine approved that was in stock at their store. Very friendly and accommodating!

Found what I needed and check-out in the pharmacy was fast and friendly. Will go again.

Long lines, confusing coupons, rude employees. CVS right across the street, I will take my business there.

I am watching a special needs person that had fallen. I called the pharmacy to see if I could get butterfly bandaids and small regular bandaids at the drive thru window. She told me that the drive thru was only for prescriptions and to leave the young person in the car. She wouldnt even see that they were at the front counter for me. I called CVS they told me they would have everything at the drive thru. My pharmacy needs will all go to CVS.

My wife and I went in for a flu shot. We need the one for older people. The clerk was very helpful and the Pharmacist who gave the injection was also very pleasant. We had to go to Walgreens because our clinic down the road didnt know when they would get this type of flu shot in.

Fairly typical Walgreens. Clean, nice selection, good staff. The pharmacist was very willing to answer my questions about over the counter vitamins and medications.

Extremely rude interaction with the pharmacist this morning. I was in line before this guy at Walgreens on 9th for a flu shot. They give us each a form to fill out: then the pharmacist comes out after waiting for 30 minutes calls his name first he literally jumps up. Me “um no I was here before him, I should be serviced first.” The guy quick “oh yeah..” Then the pharmacist is extremely rude to me. Wouldn’t say a WORD while giving me the flu shot not even “you’re welcome.” What I say thank you. Not goodbye nothing just walked me out in silence then I hear her who can suddenly talk again “I’m so sorry about that sir.” No apologies for the mix. Extremely unprofessional and not something I could help. Not my problem you were told the wrong information. Won’t be returning.

Beyond angry. Tried Walgreens photo center and all but one of my pictures came out blurry and most of them our heads were cut off. Then manager told me that its my own fault for cropping them that way...SERIOUSLY?!?! Obviously I didnt crop them with our heads cut off and didnt make them blurry. She told me too bad! What kind of service is that!?! Very disappointed with that whole experience.

People that works at the Pharmacy are so rude! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. If there was a negative button, I would of click that button. They seriously take forever to do there job. All the people here always just talk and walk around not doing anything. They seriously need to get there job right!

Print was unavailable. No communication was made. Had to wait with no one in line.

Even though the Photo kiosk screens were terrible Tish made it a ton of fun! if youre ever looking to get you pictures printed or flyers made talk to Tish!

I have always been treated very well here.

Scheduled a comprehensive blood test online. Perform the 10-12 hour fasting period, wake up early and get to my 7:30 appt. Sit around for 10 minutes before any one waits on me, and find out no one has any clue of whats going on. Apparently the person who performs the test isnt even working, but Im told I can stop by at a later time to try to do it then, apparently having no idea you need to fast in order to have accurate test results.I received a voicemail, text, and email all confirming my appt the day before. I dont understand how a business can be so inept.

Went in last night after I got out of er they sent me in to get nose spray since I broke my nose and they didnt have the kind on hand went it and it was more money then I had on me (Not the issue) so I decided since I was there to get some snacks and looking in candy section not sure what I wanted the older short haired lady was looking at me rolling her eyes and kept watching me with a loom of disgust on her face I brushed it off at first then I went to the chips grabbed a bag and looked at the Halloween items she was still watching me as she check other people out and ignored others at her line. I went back to candy and was looking at the very large selection of candy they have (very impressice) it was at this point she says very loud and rude you know there is a whole nother candy section over there and shacks her head and grunts. She then tells me the wrong price all on the Hershey candy said it was 50 cents was 69 each not too upset about that but the lady was just plain rude and it made me feel like I didnt even want the stuff I was going to buy but I decided I wad going to because its not the stores fault for the bad employee

Pharmacy has terrible customer service, no greeting, nothing said at the end of my transaction either. Blank stares. Why do you work in customer service if your not going to properly service customers. No smiles?

My prescription is never ready when it says it should be, and the employees always have an attitude whenever I come in. One of the worst Walgreens Ive ever been in
