I highly recommend this place. My husband bought carpeting 10 years ago. He was so impressed that when we needed carpeting now, he suggested this place. They have great customer service such as greeting, knowledge and willing to work with us. Update: Our experience with the actual time scheduled for the installation of our carpet was a horrible experience. We set the day and time for the installation 2-3 months in advance and we also confirmed it. The day of I had to call and find out where the installers were. They called back and said they would be on their way. Once at my house, they said we were never on the books. I then said that I am calling to make sure I was on the books for the other half of the job. We were supposed to have had an upgrade on the padding and the edging of a doorway was to be done. The installers knew nothing of this. For the second half of the project, again we werent on the schedule and the installers quickly came over. When they got to my house, they explained and when I said that it was to be finished when they left, he said there was no way they could do it. I told them this had to be done; pictures are being taking of the house that we are putting on the market. They made a call and whoever, gave the ok to come the following morning. I could tell these 2 installers were frustrated with how appointments were or not being scheduled. Someone on the homefront was not all there. Definitely helpful on the sale but not competent on scheduling. I give the 2 installers 5 stars while the salesman and schedulers get a 0. Definitely not going back.

It’s all about the seam. I have been pondering about writing this review for a long time. I was waiting to see if the seam on the install ever settled down. When we researched replacing the carpet in our great room and master suite, we obtained 3 quotes. Carpet gallery was by far the most expensive. Because they told us they had the best installers, we went with them. I do believe that the installers did the best job they could, however, I think the salesman did not do them any favors by how he planned the seams. Our old carpet had ONE seam and it was way off to the side. With Carpet Gallery we ended up with 3 seams, one of which was right down the middle of our great room. 3 years later, it is just as noticeable as day one. I did bring it to their attention and they did try to remedy the situation, but it really did not solve the problem. In hind sight I wish I would have asked OR been told where the seams would end up. I would advise any future shopper to ask about the “install” and have them actually show you the plan. I would have never went with them had I known I would end up with a 25 foot seam right down the middle of my great room floor. In regards to the carpet quality, I would rate it a 5.

TOP NOTCH, Professionals who (drum roll please...) actually care! While our family worked on a home remodel, we have many disappointing companies, but Carpet Gallery stood out. They were patient and helpful when picking out our carpet, and got our install in sooner than expected. When we had a question about the install, they came over immediately the next day. They were not the cheapest, but were THE BEST, and were worth every dollar. I cant recommend them enough.

We have used them for 2 floor tile projects, kitchen/powder room, and sun room. The sun room seems ok, but the installers came 2 weeks too early for some reason. It was too cold to do the work so they left the products in our garage for 2 weeks. While the kitchen project seemed ok to start, before too long 2 tiles had bubbles in the surface. We went to the store to discuss this and their solution was to give me a repair kit to fix it myself. They could not even drive across town to look at it. The tiles deteriorated further and now 5 tiles are bubbling on the surface. We have people coming 50 miles from Green Bay to address the problem since these people wouldnt drive 6 miles to take care of. While we like to buy local, we would not use them again, nor recommend them. They are pleasant to deal with, but dont expect any service after the sale, and we question the quality of their products and installations.
