To say the team of Cheryl, Jesse and Gibson is awesome is an understatement! Cheryl is very knowledgeable about available flooring materials and had some excellent suggestions. Im so glad I took her advice. Jesse and Gibson were very professional and did a great job installing my carpeting and vinyl plank flooring. And, as an added bonus, they were able to activate my Roku and DVD player. They all deserve a TEN star rating!

It is with great pleasure that I give Quest Interiors five stars for a recent stair runner installation done at my home. I have two challenging staircases and the installers, Johnny and his assistant Alec, were excellent. They were professional and helpful and the completed job was of highest quality. Also, Cheryl Wolfe was a positive voice in choosing the carpet and design. Highest marks to all involved!

Don’t do professional work. Installed wrong floor then installed right floor but was defective. Also leave your trim damaged with replacing the bottom mounding and say it’s your problem and that you have to pay extra for them to replace the moulding that they damaged. Very unprofessional. Having to pay for full price for a damaged and incomplete job is frustrating. Should be right the first time no questions asked. I’m not one to write bad reviews but it needed to be done so people go with better flooring companies that will want there final product to look like it’s new and pleasing

We were happy we got to work with people who were excellent, knowledgable, skilled and attentive to our ideas for our project from beginning to end! We are working with them a second time and having the same experience. We highly recommend Quest Interiors and particularly Sheila!

Absolutely loved Floor Quest. Our project manager Cheryl was so very helpful directing us to floor types that would fit our budget. She was prompt and professional when she came to measure our home. Everything was explained to us, no surprises! Ryan the young man who installed our flooring was just as friendly and did a fantastic job, and helped my husband move back our appliances which he didn’t have to do! We plan on going back for our carpeting soon.

Just terrible Service! No communication whatsoever. Don’t use this company. They can’t seem to get all the pieces all together the first time around. So frustrating and unacceptable customer service.

Kellie helped design my new kitchen after I bought a home in need of an expansion and update. She helped me choose the layout that would work best for the flow of the home and really brought my vision to virtual reality- and ultimately, reality. She was so helpful in making decisions on all aspects and really understood the look I was going for and my taste. I could not have the kitchen I now love all while staying on budget without her!

I have worked with Sheila on three projects in my home thus far ranging from carpet installation to a full kitchen remodel. In each project she (and Kellie too!) both listened closely to my ideas and selected products and designs that were spot on. Sheila is so enthusiastic about each project and if there were any glitches or items to be dealt with she made things right immediately. She coordinated work with the various contractors which saved me from that stressful aspect of remodeling. Ive already recommended her to many and will continue to do so. I love the transformations in my (older) home and look forward to enjoying the updates for years to come.

I am very pleased with my new laminate flooring. It looks great! Sheila took good care of my needs and helped the process go smoothly. Johnnie and Jesse did a great job with the installation. They removed all of the old carpeting and were careful when removing the molding. All in all, I highly recommend Floorquest for your new flooring needs 🙂

They only install carpet purchased at Floorquest. So if you bought carpet from somewhere else, dont waste your time calling them

FloorQuest has went above and beyond for me with my home over the last couple years. They’ve come back and address each of my concerns and met my extremely high expectations. When building or remodeling a home trust Mark and his staff will make sure your home is taken care of. If you’re the type of person to look at reviews before making a decision you won’t have any doubts on this one. Service after the sale is absolutely world class.

We had a great experience putting the details together for our kitchen/hall remodel with Kelli and Ed. Great customer service, nice price point for the value, and excellent and personable installers (Paul) with a good eye! I was surprised that after each work day they cleaned/vacuumed all dust, picked up misc trash, and were flexible working around our busy family schedule. We have been very happy with our finished product!

We had a great experience with Desiree and her crew. She took the time to come over and give her input and advice, and within a few weeks, we had our new carpet installed. She also took time out of her day to help with paint colors to go with our carpet as well. We are very happy with the work that FloorQuest did for us. I highly recommend them for your next project.

This is being posted from experiences from a friend of mine. There have been several poor interactions with floor quest employees. Not being prompt with appointment times. Like missing them by hours and not showing up at all. Having an installer show up, declare they cant do that type of work, then have to wait hours for someone else to arrive. Zero empathy shown by the 2nd person. An in store sales person accepting money for a job and never scheduling the work to be done. MANY calls had to be made and weeks went by before work was done.

Outstanding quality and service! Tracy and Jason went out of their way to make our flooring project happen! Theyve earned a customer for life. Thank you FloorQuest!

Ed started the process with the estimate, but Don my installer was the magician who transformed my kitchen floor into what I thought was only possible in my dreams!I love my Armstrong vinyl floor and its perfect! A pleasant and fulfilling experience starting at the Oshkosh store and continuing into our home as the owner/interior designer helped us choose the colors and patterns of carpeting that literally transformed the aura of our home.Completing our experience was the professional crew doing the installation. They installed 300 yards of carpeting in a little over 2 days while moving furniture around in 6 rooms! Pat was the professional lead man and he and his two associates were three of the hardest working people we have ever encountered. Cant say enough about their efficiency and cleanliness....outstanding!! Plus, they were friendly and helpful in every way. Highly, highly recommend them......you wont be disappointed!!And, as a final note, our carpeting looks beautiful. Thanks folks!!

We were finally ready to remodel our kitchen. I saw that FloorQuest had cabinets. I knew the moment I saw the white cabinets with glass toppers and crown molding, that I had found what I had been looking for. They also showed it with beautiful Cambria quartz and a Blanco sink that I loved. The backsplash was no longer available in the featured color so they helped me find the perfect one!! With the talented staff in store of Kellie and Sheila and installers John and Cory, I now have the kitchen I’ve always wanted! Thank you FloorQuest!

Floor Quest has horrible follow-up service. I am extremely disappointed. I have NEVER written a review before but this is a must. DO NOT GO WITH FLOOR QUEST. Long story short, requested Floor Quest to come out to my house to fix a few floor boards that were bubbling. I did NOT receive a follow-up call. I called back two weeks later and the representative stated she wasn’t paying attention to our conversation and didn’t write down our number so she couldn’t call back.... ummm WHAT???! I give Floor Quest a second chance, they came out and tore up a piece of flooring and said they would come back to fix it. Great!! Well it’s been a month and still no word from Floor Quest. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I wish I could add a picture to their page of what they left me with. DO NOT GO WITH FLOOR QUEST.

We had the opportunity to work with both Desiree and Kellie for an overhaul of our home. They were a absolutely knowledgeable on everything we did. It was a big project, as we replaced all flooring throughout the house and also complete gut of our kitchen. They were very helpful and guided us thorough the project by helping us select our cabinets, counters and backsplash. I would definitely recommend Floorquest for your home renovation needs.

We liked Floor Quest so much we opted to go with Birnamwood Tile for our next project, much better selection, friendlier service, and better pricing! Worth the trip!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I could give them a zero I would. We remodeled our master bath and spent several thousand dollars with them. The very expensive premium vanity was a COMPLETE DISASTER. What we got did not match what we ordered. Most of the soft close drawers did not slide properly; they were uneven, crooked, did not close and did not even line up visually. Terrible craftsmanship. The replacement vanity was no better and had to be reworked as well. What should have taken 5 weeks, took 5 months and we still had to pay full price. DO NOT USE THIS STORE or you will be DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

02/20/2019I truly try to give businesses and individuals the benefit of the doubt and honestly cant remember writing a negative review in my life. If you have all the time in the world, an unlimited budget and price transparency isn’t important to you then you’ll be fine at floorquest. I like the materials I received and the initial assistance with selection was great but those are the only positives. Their business practices are sketchy and you will not feel welcome when you walk in the door, despite the fact that they have a public showroom. They gave us the total bid with installation and never broke down cost of items and in my opinion knowing the sq foot price of the bulk of my materials (once we cancelled their installation because it was so far out) I was grossly overcharged for materials. Then when I asked for a breakdown to understand the expense, they were unable to provide that to me,and told our contractor they dont break down the cost. They had our floor plans and ordered significantly more product than the areas required and would not take back most unopened boxes as they stated they wouldnt unless there were 5 unopened boxes, guess what? There were 4.9 boxes left. We had a contractor scheduled to install the product, only one part of the order came in. I asked if I could pick it up and was told yes, when I arrived the people working on the showroom told me the product required a fork lift to take down. My contractor went back the next morning and it was on the floor, not a high shelf and easily could have been carried out of the building by myself. The only people I can imagine patronizing this business are first time customers, as I would never return. In discussing this with our installers, my understanding is that the sales team will tell installers/contractors to just keep the extra product for themselves vs trying to return it for the benefit of their customers or have the contractor return the product but not credit the customer. Some of my frustration and skepticism may have been alleviated with a price breakdown and it was my error in not asking for the total price for materials before making a down payment. Hope this review helps others to avoid the same mistake.

Ive never had them do work for me, but let me tell you about their employees. This afternoon while I was backing out of my parking stall at Fed Ex, a FloorQuest truck pulled into the lot and rather than park in a stall, the driver pulled up behind me and parked me in. He refused to move his truck as he made his 5 to 6 entries into Fed Ex (Even though he know I was trying to get out and he had parked me in). So I got to sit there for 10 to 15 minutes while this inconsiderate A-hole made his Fed Ex. drop. This is how they treat people folks. STAY AWAY!

I really hate to leave a bad review for any company but our service has been far far less than sub-par at the Oshkosh, WI Floorquest. Not only did our flooring supposedly go up in price when we had to order more flooring literally a few weeks after the initial order. And they also lost our flooring order the first time around and had to reorder it. This was all ok to deal with, but the customer service has been horrible and that is really the reason for me writing this negative review. The employees repeatedly did not return phone calls, including after I left a message for the manager after not hearing back from the associates about scheduling floor instillation. When we scheduled their free estimate for floor measuring & estimating the cost of installation, I told them I was looking at other estimates and was told they are really only for those people that will have Floorquest install it. When I picked up my flooring, I was told that they would load it for me-- well, when I got home, there were 4 boxes that had clearly been damaged and opened- when I lifted the corner of the box to see what the flooring looked like, it was cracked-- there is no doubt in my mind that they loaded it knowing it was damaged; When I called the store manager she said Id have to come back so they could take a look, there was no apology for the inconvenience. Most recently, we ordered tile direct from the store manager (and paid the customary >50% down) and was told it would take 3-5 business days to come in by the store manager. We called a few days later to check in the cracked flooring --was we were told, by the way, that our tile was on back order for at least a month! There was never a curtesy phone call to let us know this, which would impact our whole kitchen project remodel. I am extremely disappointed in this lack of customer service and would NOT recommend doing business with them. Save your time, energy, money and go to either a big box or somewhere that actually cares about you.
