Shemone, was absolutely amazing. We had to use our warranty for Xbox one controller and was not only greatly helpful but super fun conversationalist. My son raved too about how hes never had someone talk with him and seem genuinely excited to chat. Honestly, I would literally come back just to chat. Thank you Shemone! 😊

They did not honor a warranty that I paid for with all the documentation to prove it including the s/n of the system itself. I am seeking legal action. The order I made before this online for 2 controllers took over 60 days. They accused me of theft, and had the matter investigated for not delivering the controlers I had paid for. Its not just this store it was online, tech support, corporate and the store employee. This company has not aged well and all I want now is a refund. Do not buy stuff online the employee even said so to me while telling me his computer would not allow the exchange even though everything matched.

GameStop is a great place to look around at all kinds of video games stuff. You can pick up a lot of used games and gaming gear.unfortunately I dont find this place as appealing as I did before as I switched to PC gaming. Everything went digital so there really is no need to buy used games. I used to buy used controllers all the time so that I can play my games on the PC, but its still a great place to visit and pick up unique gaming apparel and other nerdy stuff.

Love the store and the selection available at this specific store. However the manager or who I assume is the manager as he is there almost all the time is incredibly rude. He puts protection plans on without asking, argues if you have a differing opinion on a video game and treats you very rudely if you ask certain questions instead of explaining the situation. My heart races when he is in for the day cause I just know ill have a frustrating time and my anxiety goes through the roof. Will have to start going to the gamestop in appleton and drive the 30 mins just so I know I can have a pleasant experience when going in to buy a game.

Walked in, since they asked if they could help, i asked first about a PS3 controller charging cord, knowing its not in demand so may not be there, the two guys quickly said no. They already sounded annoyed and unhelpful. I then asked for Nintendo switch controllers. I saw them on the wall already but still asked just to see what they say. They then said no, we also dont carry those. Seriously?!!Now im just annoyed since clearly, they were there. Must of thought i didnt know what those things were. Its no wonder i have not gone there in some time now. Rather drive to Appleton instead where the people there are more helpful.

Employees are helpful, especially Stephanie! Shes knowledgeable and found a game Ive been looking for during the pandemic. Prices are fair, but obviously if youre trading/selling, do it on marketplace.

This is one of my favorite GameStop locations. Even when they were extremely busy on Black Friday they were all super helpful and nice. The registers had gone down so a line had formed but they kept everyone engaged and when everything was good again they were able to clear through the line pretty quickly! Kudos to all who worked that afternoon!

My friend just went in here to do a return because her PS3 broke so she had no use for the games anymore. She went in to return and explained why. The store leader got angry and said “no one in retail likes returns or a liar.” I find that interesting as I have made a lot of returns and have never been treated like that. Never will I be back, and we will be sure to tell this story to many people!

Manager of the store hung up on me after the gave my Nintendo Switch pickup order to the wrong person. Manager doesnt care acts like a jerk the whole time do not do any pick ups from this store unless you want your items stolen.

Called today asking if they had a eraserhead mochibi plush. They said they didnt, but they did have mount lady. After I called I went there to get it. Only to be told they didnt have it. Then why tell me on the phone you had it?

I went in to grab a copy of call of duty modern warfare. I asked two sales people and they both said they were sold out. I then asked about a pre owned copy I saw two copies they had on the shelf and they told me no. Didnt even check other stores just told me no. So wont be going there again. Instead Microsoft store got my business

Shop around... then 95 percent of the times picking up the item at Game Stop. There is always at least one person behind the counter that has full knowledge of products and policies in the store when I do go there. Never been disappointed. Been going to Game Stop for 4 years. Its a GameStop. You get what you come for, but everything is over priced and if you buy used, its rarely in any decent condition. Not awful, but its somewhere Im always a tad reluctant to go.

Three days later I tried to return it because I did not have a compatible NEW 3DS and was told, We cant accept this because it was sealed - however, I can give you $4 in store creditI could understand if it was a brand new game and it was sealed,; however, literally seeing an employee place it in a plastic sleeve and seal it seems like a cheap way to make $20

Staff and employees were really lazy on their part and did bare minimum. Needed help finding something and the dude wouldnt come out from behind the desk and kept pointing in a rack which it turned out not to be in and he said they didnt have any when i asked if he had some in the back or anywhere else

Great assortment of games and they had plenty of old wii games to choose from. I like looking at the merch as well.My review used to be 5 star. But that was due to store manager Mike and his associates(those guys were amazing! ).BUT, Ever since he left: I have noticed rude customer service from New associates and the new manager seems to either be nice or rude depending on the day. Im not longer satisfied by the Oshkosh game stop. sorry guys.

Love this Gamestop. Every time I come in here the staff is fantastic and always is willing to help me find what I need. I am not a game collector so I like that I can trade my games in. Typically I could probably get more if I resold it and if its a new game usually I will beat it and sell it for cash since I get more than store credit but sometimes they give bonus % when you trade towards a new game so I take advantage of that when I can. The midnight release parties are always great and never that crowded so you can get in and back home to playing even if you show up right before release which is typically done at 9PM now. This is not one of the largest Gamestops but they do have a good selection of games for many different systems. The used game selection is usually the largest and you can always find something reasonably priced that you havent played before. It might not be a good game but it will be cheap and new to you.

I enjoy this game stop alot I live in oshkosh and have been going since they first opened and never change my location. I wont even go to mojos for a cheaper price because I love it here alot...they changed there store layout at some point in the past week, which prevented me from making a purchase the items I was looking for was right up by the register and I wanted to take a second and look at all the possible cool gaming collectables/key chains i always buy 3 or 4 every Paycheck . But I felt like I would be in the way of other customers waiting to Checkout and Im a little coaster forbic so it made it unenjoyable experience will give it 5 stars when they revert there layout back not pleased by any means....
