This place is Wonderful! They have the best selection of used and vintage games out of the surrounding area. Every game and system Ive purchased from here works wonderful. Ive never had an issue. The service is wonderful. I cannot express enough how wonderful start over games is.

Went in today for my birthday, and several things that I have been hunting for were in stock. The amount of games they have is amazing, and the consoles I have purchased from here is amazing. Today I picked up a Sega DreamCast, and several games. I am always pleasantly surprised by the knowledge, and the selection to choose from. The staff and owner are also amazing, and I will continue to shop here as long as I can. The owner also does pretty cool modifications to older systems and handhelds. I highly HIGHLY recommend Start Over Games if you are looking for nostalgia, or for items for your collection.

This little gem of Oshkosh is one you have to see if youre a video game fan. Just like any other resale store, it lacks PS4 games, but youll find that anywhere. What youll find here is tons of retro games and even more retro video game art. Theyll give you more money for your trades than any GameStop shop would and the employees in there are incredibly kind and passionate about their work. Do not let this store go unnoticed.

Very nice owner and very knowledgeable. I asked if he had some Magic The Gathering cards and they usually dont have any. Next thing I know, he brings a sorted box of cards from the back and asked for an offer. Of course I did ;) Struck up a good conversation about Magics history and ways he could sell them.

What a truly awesome place! The two guys that work there, Rob and Chris, are quite in tune with what they have in store, in their inventory. The prices are competitive to what youd find for the various platforms that are found in the surrounding area at other vendors. It appears they almost every conceivable platform sold in the US market at one decade or another in their store. Yesterday, my 11 y/o son and I went in there, as he wanted to use his money to buy a Wii U. They were more than willing to converse with him, and they were so patient with him counting out his money. These two dudes made my kid feel just like a regular customer, not some clumsy little kid. As a dad, watching this interaction, that was so damn cool of them. If youre looking for something for an older, newer, rare or common system, this is definitely the place to go. I hope that Start Over Games stays here in our great City of Oshkosh for a long, long time.

Start Over Games is the ideal place for collecting retro games and newer titles! I strongly recommend it to all gamers out there! I go in there almost every week looking for a different title to add to my collection, and this store has such a mass variety for me choose from with stuff from Atari, Sega, Nintendo, Playstation 1,2,3 and 4, and Xbox from old to new. I can always count on this store to have what Im looking for and even something Im not looking for that catches my eye!

I was on my way back to Illinois from northern Wisconsin, and started wondering if there were any great video game stores along the way. I did a quick google search and this shop popped up first. It was only a half mile away from where I was parked, so I decided to swing by. Im very happy that I did! Tucked away inside an antique mall is a pretty impressive little collection of rare and retro games and systems that are hard to come by in person. When I discovered a legit copy of Earthbound (props for opening up the games on your site for proof), it was meant to be. Now I dont have to keep kicking myself for leaving my old copy at a friends house all those years back!

I personally really like this store, I picked up a lot of fighting games and an arcade stick from here all of which were in top condition. Theyve even got some solid Dreamcast titles which can be a rarity for most stores. Ive seen a lot of people compare this store to GameStop which I feel is unfair. This isnt their competition and the local GameStop employees may actually point you toward Start Over if youre looking for something a bit older.

I literally bought one of my favorite fighting games for the Wii (Tatsunoko VS Capcom) back when it was just a display case at the antique mall so you know I was excited when I heard he opened a store and it did not disappoint. The pixel art stuff (I dont know what its called) is amazing A LOT of time and effort was put into each and every one!Anyway Fantastic Store I will come again
