Maybe its the location but, it wasnt all I expected. The online ordering didnt update as advertised. My order was sitting on top of a oven and wasnt close to warm. So I guess it was done a couple hours before my scheduled pick up. I was shorted a cookie on the order and charged extra for wrapping. Cookies had decent taste even if there just sugar cookies with flavors. Small store, little seating but, the 1 worker was friendly and helpful. Not the worst place but nothing to go out of your way for. Be great if your right there otherwise Id skip

Easy 5 star review!!! I have asked insomnia cookies for certain requests several times and they have always fulfilled my requests to satisfaction. Tonight they went above and beyond to fulfill my request. They clarified the questions they had to make sure they got everything correct. We were celebrating something good that happened in our day today and they made it even more special with their service. We so appreciated the effort they put into decorating our cookie cake and making it special. We didnt feel like just another customer. It was a fun and joyful experience. As every time we have gone to insomnia cookies in Oshkosh, they made our experience great, but this time it was beyond excellent! I highly recommend!!!

Best cookies and ice cream Ive ever had. Kinda pricey. Try the mint chocolate chip and blue moon. The large peanut butter candy cookie is to die for!

We stopped for a quick snack, $23 later, we were more than pleased. Delicious but a little pricey.

No COOKIES-But CHARGED! If I could give them ZERO stars I would I ordered cookies for delivery. They were supposed to be delivered Saturday at 5pm. They were NOT. Kept getting emails saying they were still baking. Finislly called. After 3 hours waiting for someone to pick up, I got a rude lady who said they had NO drivers to deliver. Ok reverse my charges then. I was charged $28 plus they put a tip on there that I did not approve of!!!!! They say they can’t do that for 3-5 business days. I doubt I’ll see a refund.

Heavy set hispanic lady did not greet me when I came in made the visits sour I decided not to buy anything first impression is everything customer service is a zero this was my first time visiting me etc been to one driving a semi to try them on that little road was hard I am disappointed ☹️ someone needs to teach her hello how may I help you but it was what do you need and she leans on the counter she can keep the cookies for her I will take my business somewhere else

My warm red velvet cookie was cold. My wife loved her warm chocolate chip cookies. However for 3 cookies and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream was $15. I could have made it at home. It was a fun one time experience tho.

Usually pretty good. But I always order online, I guess I made the mistake of going into the store.. they were out of several items and messed up on the cookies I ordered, half of them were burnt in places around the edge. And also chewy like they had been sitting for several hours. Very disappointed in this particular visit.

No cash options? I tried to place an order online and there was no cash options upon checkout. I called the store and was told they cannot place an order over the phone for pickup without a card but I could come in and pay cash. After driving to the store I was informed that they do not accept cash even in the store. What business does not accept cash? I recommend not letting them waste your time like they wasted mine.

I wonder what the legality is regarding not accepting cash. I had just hit the ATM and withdrawn all my current spending cash, and we got online to order, and then found out there was no cash option. I sat on hold for about 8 minutes with no answer and absentmindedly checked these reviews and found MANY complaints about the same problem....so I hung up.Youre losing a ton of business. Theres no reason not to accept cash if youre being safe about the virus in every other way (extensive sanitary measures, face masks, gloves, etc). Its amusing to me because last time we ate here, one of us got sick, and so we didnt order for the longest time...and tonight was their 2nd chance because we had loved their cookies before that incident.woops

I got 4 of the Deluxe cookies, different flavors and they were SO hard except for the smores. Was super excited to try them but was extremely disappointed. The smore cookie was also the only one that was warm. The others I didnt even bother to keep eating, so hard I thought I was going to lose a tooth. Sad experience

Cookies are great! But customer service is the worst! I felt like an inconvenience that I had ordered cookies and when I said it’s okay I can go somewhere else, I was told very sternly “what cookies do you want” won’t be ordering in person any time soon. Ps, they also weren’t wearing a mask

Couldnt order with cash online, so I called the service to see why. Stayed on the line for 20 mins for no one to answer. I went in store they said they dont take cash in person either understandable with covid. But should put something online to indicate or someone should answer the phone so people dont waste trips across town. Just make sure you have it posted so people dont waste their time.

Had to leave due to the no cash policy, went to go buy a visa Gift card and I called the coorperate office asking if they would accept it as payment. They looked up this individual store and said that it would be fine so we bought the gift card and drove back to the store. Was denied service again because the card we just bought wasn’t being accepted. The girl at the register didn’t even care to help us or let us try again. Very disappointed with the blonde girl who denied us service. We were very excited to try these hyped up cookies but sadly could not because of the awful customer service.

This is an awesome idea, fresh hot cookies and a cup of icecream. It was delicious and was worth it to not have to go out at 10 pm for an icecream pick up

My fiance and I went here for cookies & we got an amazing fresh baked, warm, thick, gooey cookie that was covered in frosting. Insomnia Cookies gave me the BEST dessert I have ever had. This cookie was well worth the wait & better than American Cookies. I will definitely come here again.

Coupons dont really expire, especially if you buy more in addition to what the coupon is for!Great taste to the cookies we got. Served warm! (didnt taste cheap like some places do. Made with care!)

Cookies are fantastic when theyre delivered warm. Unfortunately, if youre a regular customer they regularly deliver cold cookies. Thankfully their customer service team is always quick to fix it. However, with the recent price hike Im not sure if Ill be ordering from them very much. At this rate, theyll price themselves out of business before long.

Service is terrible. First time I ordered cookies they delivered to the wrong house but the people who got it nicely brought it to my house. The address was correct but it got delivered blocks away! Then I ordered a couple of weeks ago with some friends and the cookies for delivered to the wrong house! I called the customer service line and then got a call from the stores manager who told me its our problem and to take it up with the neighbor if they have our order. Called customer service and was able to get a refund but no cookies. Today I decided to give it another try. Order showed up in a nice time, but they didnt bring the most expensive item ordered! Cookies are good and its a great idea but get better management!

Fast and friendly service, even late at night. The cookies werent out of the oven fresh but were kept warm and were still delicious. Perfect for a late night snack.

Staff and management is horrible. Ordered cookies at 10:35pm, didn’t have them delivered until 12:05AM! That’s a long time for SIX cookies. When calling to find out where they were, I was told that there was a “mix up” and my order didn’t have a driver attached to them. No apology, just plain ignorance.Once finally receiving the cookies. I called to talk to a team member to see why it took 2 hours almost for 6 cookies and I was spoken to very rude, and then hung up on.Disappointed and will never be ordering from them again!Needs better management and better customer service
