Ordered a part came early, great service

This place is much bigger than it looks and have lots of chrome lots! I big guy behind the counter is a little stand offish but after 4 or 5 times im almost sure he said how u doing. So im sure its just that hes busy. But more on point there all very knowledgeable on cars and car parts and thats what i went there for so i say if u want hi and hellos might try coffee house if u need car parts go to this place

Worst store I went too!!

Came in looking to fabricate a charge pipe for my bmw 335i. This location is just like any other part store, but the part store is only capable of what the employees are capable of. The employee that was helping me went far above and beyond what all the other stores in Ottawa could do put together. If your looking for knowledgeable, polite, trustworthy customer service then this is the place to go!

The employees were very helpful when trying to find the right I needed. The store has a large selection of parts. They range from tractor points to performance parts. It was very clean and the parts were well organized/placed.

Only problem I had today buying a socket to remove a wheel hub from my 2011 ram was theyre specs said it was a 42mm, it was a 43mm, so, return trip. Still got it done! Thank you NAPA!

Warning, I suggest NOT delivering food here as the staff is incapabile of tipping other food delivery services. However, they may be adequate in actual customer service themselves, cant say for sure though. Good day :)

Best place in Ottawa for auto parts. Smart staff and have what you need.

I am not an auto parts store expert but this Napa seems huge! The store was very clean and extremely orderly. The gentlemen working were quite and friendly. They worked to to get me the part I needed for my car.

We really like going here for our parts. We know they sell quality parts I only wish the employees didnt cuss as bad as they do.
