Colton and the gang took great care of us. They explained we had an incredible trade in value on our old phones and helped set up our new phones. And, they were really cool about our little kids being goofy in the store. I recommend them over a regular Verizon store in the KC area any day because they always have time for their customers.

My experience with Marcus Marmon during my service switch was AWESOME! He had to switch 3 phones for me. I am somewhat technically challenged and asked Marcus to help do the phone data transfers. He was extremely helpful and informative. We had issues with one of the phones activating and Marcus handled that situation as well. He knows what he is doing, explained what would happen if we switched carriers, and was just generally a pleasure to work with! Very friendly and personable! Totally enjoyed working with him!

I changed phone carrier to Verizon. Ashley was the one that helped me. She is Amazing!! Please come see her. This was great service. I am so excited we have this new service

Visited the store regarding my screen protector. They quickly explained a new solution called liquid glass. Love the phone and the service at this store is super fantastic! Especially Ashley. Marcus is a wonderful sales rep!!! He was very clear on the best plan to have that would accommodate my needs and getting me a great deal. I would definitely recommend him to anybody.

Great kids! But I just dont think they went the extra mile in getting things accomplished! Meaning.......came in for a charger had a warranty on it to get another one! And he didnt wanna go that extra mile to help me out! Had to pay for the one I got when I should gotten one for free because of the warranty!!

OMGoodness! I purchased my new phone at the corporate store at 119th... it was so messed up! I came to the Cellular Sales in Ottawa, KS and received EXCELLENT service. Ashley found so many issues, some things entered incorrectly or not at all. She has corrected all the problems..

Edit... so they didnt ever give me my trade-in money for the phone I gave to the store when I bought my new phone, a year ago. They told me they had no record of the phone even after I gave them all the information. They kept saying wait another 3 months, it should get here. Apparently it never did. Sly Ashley talked me into a free tablet that I have to have for 2 years or I have to pay back the retail amount of the free tablet. So NOT a free tablet, nothing is ever free in life. I know this, Ashley is just that good at selling stuff. After my free tablet, that I dont use, is up, prob gonna be switching back to TMobile.My salesperson Ashley was awesome! She helped me get my new phone setup and went over the options to get me the best device!

I received incredible customer service from this location today. The guy there went above and beyond to help with assisting me in setting up my device and getting everything transferred over to it. Another lady even came over to assist him helping me and they were so professional and friendly. Excellent customer service!

Came in because phone shutting down n had deleted all txts. Ashley helped transfer my info to new phone. She restored my lost texts as well locating n restoring pictures when had been lost when previous phone had lost them. Pictures of great grand children as well as my husband prior to his stroke.😰😍

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is horrendous. Was greeted with, Hey, what do you guys want today. Employee stated they dont match Verizon promotions because they are an independent dealer. Pathetic.

This is my favorite Verizon location to visit personally. Ive always had great experiences here. The staff is very professional and friendly. I had a really great experience at this store. Devin was a fantastic consultant. He was very knowledgeable, and extremely patient. He answered all my questions and helped me figure out what phone to buy. He even came in on his day off, thats how dedicated he is. Would recommend him and that store again.

The people with Verizon are great. The people that run LG...not so much. I was all set to buy 2 new LG phones, but part of the deal was that I give them $256.00 up front in CASH! Not credit cards, not a check. Cash only. Nobody does that anymore. Get real.

I stopped here for help and was completely blown away by the service I received. Where I live all we have is corporate locations who treat you like just a number. Not these guys here. They were super friendly and very helpful. Mick helped me get a new phone and got everything transferred over for me and then gave me a tutorial on how to use it. I have been a customer of Verizon on their prepaid service for a while and received notification that I could transfer to a contract and get new phones. The representative in the store was extremely helpful and stayed late to take care of us and get our plan set up properly. Since then we have had to go in a few times and the employees have been very nice and helpful in making sure I start service with Verizon with a good experience and am taken care of. I will be recommending Verizon service to family and friends and sending them to this store to get started up.

Was in there last week with outstanding credit and on time bill paying. Went to upgrade phones and was told that I had to have $$$ in CASH to go from one to the other. Interesting because I had done the same in December with just using my card and not near as much $. Nope they insisted it had to be cash and I could just go to the ATM and theyd reimburse my fees (which never happened). Then, I had to ask for my change! Ive called Verizon and they dont stand behind this policy, so take your business to a corporate store or youll be sorry!

Not one representative spoke to me when i entered the establishment. Furthermore a representative never communicated to me during my 10 minutes while i waited. I was not waited on or spoken to so i left with out doing any business.

I have had a lot of frustrations with Verizon here lately. I worked with Mic today and he was great. He helped fix everything. Very satisfied!

I was going to leave Verizon for Sprint because of the number of random calls for other people on my number and for the bill. Devin schultz from the Ottawa ks store walked me thru my bill and how to change my number. He saved me more then 25$ a month and still kept my unlimited date and got my number switched for free. Got great information from one older gentleman but was amazed by how arrogant and unprofessional this other gentleman was with a purple heart and music note on his hand who made a comment on how big our bill is when my husbands been going through radiation and chemo trying to recover from brain cancer this year!!!!Very arrogant and rude, and who shares personal info right in front of a customer right there and makes a comment and turns to show the other person the screen (the purple heart music tattoo and bold, who made the rude comment about the bill amount)!!We have been through a lot and that was unnecessary and very very unprofessional!!#ChancesBrainStormSurvivorsVerizon Im disappointed!
