You know when u go there, or any other store of the like, what to expect. Your visit can go one way or the other and today, 7/1/21 at 10:00 am, my visit was positive. The young man working should be recognized by his superiors. He is very good at his job, polite, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me with things I didnt even know I could use help with. I can say I have had the exact opposite experience with other staff, and I believe management, on other occasions. He deserves a raise or a promotion π. Excellent customer service.

I stopped into anAT&T store on 7/9/2021, to switch my service from my old carrier, that I have been experiencing problems with not being able to make or receive calls or text. The switch was quick and painless. I now have a working phone, and donβt have to deal with being told, that there were tower upgrades being done for almost a month.

Only one employee was working yesterday. The customers after me had to wait a long time. One customer left and went to the Peru store. I ended up purchasing a new Samsung S215G phone. It happens to be the smallest S21, I was not shown any different models, and did not know there were larger phones. This phone is smaller than my older Samsung. I was told that my bill would increase about $40 a month, when in fact, it increased $80 a month. I found that out when I got home. I do not like this phone because of its size. I will be calling AT&T tomorrow.

I knew what I wanted to do before I got here and I was able to leave with a new phone. Monica was super friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and set me up on my new phone. I was in and out in a sufficient amount of time!
The associates were extremely understanding and patient. Had an issue with my bill that they couldnt explain and attempted to call customer service for me to try to figure it out. Although we didnt get much for answers, I greatly appreciate the time they spent on the phone on my behalf so that I didnt lose my temper.

Customer service representative Kyleigh was very helpful along with Stephanie she is the manager of the Ottawa store. These ladies are very helpful. I go to this store 1 because of them and it is close to my home. Thank you for having such great people working in this store.

I purchased a screen protector for $26.74 and had tanner install it, the protector comes with an alignment tray that he did not use, he peeled the protector from package and stuck it to the table while he cleaned the phone screen, he stuck it on the phone and removed it 3 times, before getting it acceptably aligned, less than a week later the protector started peeling off, so I went back and the manager said I had to get it warranted through pure gear, pure gear wants $9 to mail a replacement. Very disappointed! Not a happy customer.
My family and I came in to look at possibly switching from sprint and Tanner was such a great help. He was very nice and respectful, and gave us all the information we wanted.
After calling the direct tv number and being unable to speak to a person who understood what I was asking and getting disconnected twice we opted to go into the store in person. We found Stephanie working on a Sunday morning she was quite helpful got our appointment for the direct TV set and followed up to make sure everything went smoothly.
Tanner was such a great help, he did a good job putting on my screen protector, and was able to change my plan and save me money.
My fiancee and I decided to put me on her current AT&T cell phone account. So basically we were just adding an extra line. The female employee at this location screwed up an added another account to my fiancees name. Cut to 2 months later and unbeknownst to us were in collections because we supposedly didnt pay the bill ( one we didnt know about ). So we talked to a manager at two different stores ( Ottawa and Morris IL) who were supposed to take care of THEIR mistake and did not. So now here we are and Ive talked to 10 different people, all promising to fix this and not doing so. Hours on the phone, time traveling to the store to resolve only to be treated horribly, as if we were lying. Being hung up on and LIED to several times by Customer Service representatives. Then tossed around from department to department. I switched from a very reliable and very customer friendly Verizon for this garbage treatment? Supposedly this will be corrected in 3 days ( a common AT&T Customer Service Lie to get you off the phone quicker, but we shall see) I will be finding out how to get in touch with corporate as we deserve to be compensated for the time and pain weve been put through. I will be dropping AT&T and Direct TV as soon as possible due to this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service.
So I recently came to Ms. Stephanie for some help on unlocking my email account, when I tell you this girl goes above and beyond to help you out she is a rockstar and goes the extra mile on assuring you get your issue fixed .Thanks woman!!#voteForSwish
I have never seen as AT&T customer a person so anti-social and poor customer service than the black young woman that I came across with in the night shift to close the store on 6/08/2018. She didnβt have the courtesy to ask me what I was looking for, but let me waiting for nothing for about 20 minutes. She didnβt have any remorse. I wish her to rust in hell.
