They don’t give you a date for when your glasses will be in. Very unprofessional employees that will have you scream out personal info across the store since you can no longer go in. Have to schedule an appointment just to look at frames. The doctor is rude and condescending. Not sure why I even bothered trying to go to this place since I’ve heard nothing but negative things but I will definitely NEVER go back!

Drove 20 minutes to pick up a trial pair of contacts that I was told I could grab the day before because the doctor can’t get me in for over another month. When I arrived they told me that they couldn’t do anything for me. Thanks for wasting an hour of my morning Walmart vision, you never fail to disappoint!

The ladies were so friendly and helpful. One of them helped me pick out the right sized frames for my face so I didnt look silly. I love my frames.

Their staff is so friendly and helpful. I got my exam and glasses back in July. My frames started peeling and they just switched them out so fast recently for me.

Called Walmart Vision Ottawa IL, about coming in to be fitted and purchase frames/glasses. Told them I have a prescription from another doctor and I have Medicaid. Walmart told me that they dont except Medicaid except through one of their own doctors. So I would need to get the prescription through one of their doctors if I want the insurance to pay for the frames and glasses.

I dont care for doctor shes not real warm and she gave me a hard time because apparently I am supposed to take my kids every year. It usually takes a long time to pick up glasses.

I will not be coming back. Two of the ladies were talking about the flu like coughs they had and the entire manner was unprofessional. I was not impressed or happy.

All of the staff are great. I had a ball. Even though I had a hard time with the glaucoma test(couldnt keep my eyes open lol) the staff was patient with me and laughed through it. They all made me feel comfortable. I will be back.

Terrible customer service. Had an appointment I made weeks ago, paid for a babysitter drove in the snow to get to my appointment. Only for the staff to be rude and unhelpful, dr Bahr refuse to give me my eye exam becuase it was December 30th and my insurance card had an end date of January 1st. Staff lied to me and said they called my insurance company and it was closed. Looked on my card and it said 24/7 so I called and got a live rep right away.Called the insurance company in front of her the rep said i had insurance and that it would be automatically renewed January 1st and she still refused my appointment. Told me I could make another appointment once I had a new card. Will be going somewhere with more polite and helpful staff and doctor.

I just called to make an appointment. I asked 3 times what their hours are. I got interuppted or overtalked. I shouldnt have to ask 4 times! I needed to know the hours before I could pick a day! Very frustrating!!
