I called Walgreens pharmacy On Wednesday afternoon because I received a message that said 2 of my prescriptions were ready.. When I called in all in they apparently had not received the rest of the prescriptions and the other one that they had received was only a partial film. The prices didnt seem right on the message that I got so I asked to make sure that they had my insurance the guy was very rude said yeah we got it and hung up the phone . I went in, today, Saturday, after receiving 8 calls and numerous text messages on Friday telling me my prescriptions were already. When I got there this morning they did not have both of my insurances in, they did not have my prescriptions ready, and after I waited for 20 minutes with them trying to figure out my prescriptions they told me it would be another 30 minutes or I could come back prior to 9 PM. I went back at 8 PM only to find out they closed at 7 PM. Patrick the manager on duty at 8 PM explained that he was the manager on duty because the store manager doesnt work on weekends and there was nothing he could do. I could just come back. He did not offer an apology. He did not seem to care he simply said nothing I can do. Walgreens here has terrible customer service And an apathetic attitude.
Horrible. I waited on hold for 30 minutes to try and transfer a prescription from another Walgreens and the lady doesnt even let me get a word in, then tells me the other pharmacy has to call them. I clarify with her that they are a Walgreens as well and should be able to see everything in the system. Then she says oh you wanted it sent here. Yes if you would listen thats what I said. Then tells me they are too busy today, then later tells me after I clarify the above with her that their system is down today and they cant do anything. They need to take a breath and listen to the people calling.
Helpful staff, with workers going above and beyond. Hopeful that the staff get the breaks they deserve, as employees - especially pharmacy staff - get overworked and need the time to recollect themselves. Customer base is rough at times, with some folks being verbally abusive towards the workers and not understanding of their short hand / inability to fix situations out of their control
Shopping inside the store on 1.26.21. I quickly found what I needed. All the items were fairly priced or even on sale. That made me even happier. Weve shopped at this Walgreens for 24 years. Always, always we find friendly help. The store is very well laid out; so, its a quick in and out. I noticed a couple of low Google reviews including someone dishing the nice mature lady who works at this story. I think that shes worked there since we started shopping there; so weve had dozens and dozens of encounters over the years. She just like the other employees is always delightful and she/they always take good care of us customers.
I need pain meds to keep walking and Walgreens has been temporarily closed since they started filling my orders! If I run out of my meds I will end up in dts. Not a good thing for a 65 year old lady to go through! After I can finally get my meds I might be changing to a different walgreens!!!
If you are doing covid testing at this Walgreens location, call on the day of your appointment and confirm that they can do it on that day and time . I made an appt for the next day and went and waited in the car line for an hour only to be told that the the system is down. There was no notification/communication to let me know. I have my doubts about whether the system was really down or the guy at the counter did not want to go through with administering the test at that time.I went to the Seminole county administered location and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Every time I come to get a covid test at this location it has been over an hour wait. The sad part is there are only 3 cars ahead of me. I went to Walmart pharmacy drive thru testing and was in and out in 20 minutes yet this Walgreens location takes hours to process a few cars. I don’t understand it.
Horrible customer Service. I love Walgreens, and shop at my local walgreens in Wintef Park. But will never comeback at this one. Employees dont greet even after I greet them, pharmacists the same. The store manager or Corporate should re-train all the employees at the store.
Mannnn. Possibly the slowest, worst Walgreens Pharmacy Ive ever been to, and thats saying a lot. Whatever girl they have working the pharmacy window is just terrible, right now, as I leave this review...like Charles Barkley TURRIBLE.But hey, the guy I dealt with when I had to go inside after waiting 20 minutes got my issue fixed almost immediately and gave me no attitude when I was not so welcoming. Only reason I gave the review two stars instead of one. Give that man a raise! Anyway I will attempt to be switching to Publix or literally any other place after multiple bad experiences nearly everytime I come here.
We always have liked Walgreens and always will, its convenient for the quick things you forget at or they dont have at the grocery store...
This store is so friendly. I am always greeted and they remember me. The pharmacy staff goes above and beyond helping me get the lowest price for my prescriptions. Just yesterday they told me they had a $20 coupon they could apply to my order for me to make it cheaper. I have never had any problems with this pharmacy and I have never been to a pharmacy that goes that extra mile for you. It makes you feel like you are not just a number to them.
I wish I could make this zero stars. I stop in to see if they have liquid vapo-steam and maybe some vitamins so I walk down one aisle and around to the other, passing 3 wet floor signs and even say to my son wet floors. I didnt realize that was a barricade until I looked up but was already greeted by an extremely nasty you cant be there from one employee and an even nastier you didnt see it was blocked off!!. We used to shop there all the time but that is not the first run in I have had with rude customer service.
I can’t say anything except worst customer service I have ever seen I had my recite and the manager called Williiam so disrespectfully told me this item is unreturnable although I didn’t even use it or even open it if I can give zero stars I would.

Im always greeted as I walk into the store. The store is always so well stocked and the variety of merchandise is great. Cashiers are friendly and helpful. Pharmacy dept is great. Everyone is working hard to get your prescriptions and refills done asap. I had to go to the clinic there and Roxane the NP was so knowledgeable and professional. She is also caring, helped me around as I have problems with mobility.
Thank you Nancy at register for your help even attending in the aisles with customers, impressive. I met with you many times throughout the years and 20 years is a long time working for Walgreens, wonder what your pay wages are compared to the younger ones working instore. Thanks for helping with the batteries and makeup. Well deserved wage should be increased for this loyal, hard working person, one would think observing the way she works. She is a sweetheart.🤗💖
Went here today for passport photos and was surprised how quick and easy it was. Doreen was very patient and knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed and was in and out of there in no time
I’ve been going to this Walgreens for two years and haven’t had a complaint. Cashier and staff have always been nice and helpful. I’ve been to the clinic and had good results. The pharmacy area can be a bit abrasive depending on who you speak to. Overall I like this Walgreens.
Average Walgreens - nothing spectacular to set it apart from any other Walgreens. Hard to fill some prescriptions based on cost. Staff nice but not extremely helpful. Clean store.

This walgreens is on point always has been. I’ve been going for years. The store is clean and stocked and the staff is always positive and ready to help.
I was there the other day and the cashier she is an older lady gave me attitude for no reason and snatched the money off my hand and then when she was giving me the change she basically threw to the counter i felt disrespected and discriminated i hope they change that because its 2020 and i shouldnt get treated like that or anyone at that matter.
I was in store tonight i arrived around 935 pm and upon entering there were no signs or no notice but when i proceeded to checkout i was informed they are only accepting cards no cash...mind you not everyone has cards or banks so with that being said i am very unhappy with this store..ive worked retail and i highly doubt that this is their procedures..all comes down to the cashier had already counted her drawer and didnt want to do so again
Excellent Dr. and Pharmacist. Fairly easy Check in. NOW THE BAD Part. We spent approximately 25 minutes with Dr. Only 8 minutes spent Doctoring (taking vitals, reviewing meds, symptoms, determining treatment). Dr spent rest of time (not her fault) entering clerk stuff in computer. Complete waste of Dr. time. Some one should consider having a computer input person to check insurance, meds, answering questions required by computer. Patient could spend time with this person then see Dr. as she reviews computer screen and ask any other questions. In and out quicker = good for Patient and Dr. Computer person could be assigned other duties when Clinic is not busy. (Dont see that ever happening but would satisfy the Bean Counters.
I swear the pharmacy at this location is the WORST! They are extremely slow and the only pharmacist Ive ever encountered is not very helpful or friendly.... certainly not a depiction of the commercials for walgreens on tv. Ill gladly drive the 5-6 miles to go to the pharmacy at Red Bug and Dodd as opposed to this one which is literally across the street from my house...smh
For refusing to issue my own wedding photo printed from my own jump drive and overall rude service in the process. Also refused to shred the picture that they refused to sell me, and gave me pictures from someone elses order. Over all complete disaster in the photo department.
I dont recommend this store to anyone, very unprofessional and disrespectful cashier and manager. They are thinking they are running this walgreens for their own profit not for Walgreens corporation. They dont care if they loose their customers, its like they pick their own customers to sell Walgreens products to. I absolutely suggest not to shop here and avoid stereotyping.

Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. They consistently do not have my order ready when scheduled, and every time I do pick it up they do not associate it with my insurance. Say my Rx will cost well over $230 then when I question it they go back and pull up my information. Just go somewhere else for prescriptions.
I switched to the other Walgreens in Oviedo. The pharmacist was extremely rude and condescending. Usually a long wait. The Walgreens in the medical building at 1000 West Broadway is excellent.
I dont know why all these people are giving it really bad reviews... But the pharmacist there always has my orders ready quickly! Last time I was there my insurance was saying they wouldnt cover a medication and he called them and worked everything out!Will always come back!
They always have my prescription ready on time and suggest coupons that they know I would use. Love them.
I walk into Walgreens almost everyday knowing that no matter how bad of a day they are having the employees that work there will be amazing, especially Matt. He is like a character from a tv show who always can relate with you. He is hilarious, and every time i speak to him he is like ball of sunshine.

I went to get my Adderall prescription refilled today at this location since I just moved down the street from the area. Pharmacist questioned me and met me with skepticism when I gave him my script. I understand this is a scheduled drug and if you need to verify the script, but the way he treated me made me feel like he assumes Im just another college kid trying to deal the drug. I shouldnt have to tell him how I was dismissed from UCF after years of failing and mediocre grades since middle school. That is for my doctor and psychologist to ask me, not him.Needless to say, he took my script and said hed call me in a few hours to tell me if he could refill it or not. I call back after 6 hours to be told they havent gotten around to it yet. Almost 8 hours later I get a call back saying he could not fill it because he doesnt feel comfortable. It is a huge inconvenience being that this location is 4 minutes from my new house, and now I have to drive nearly a half hour just to get this filled. Ive yet to have a bad wal-greens experience, but I guess theres always a first.
They have the worst staff ever. I went on 7/15/15. This is getting ridiculous to just get meds.Again on 10/24 I had to go back and they cant be any worseYet, Im trying to think positive. I understand they are not drive through Mcdonald but Cmon.Unorganized pharmacy! Never have prescriptions filled on time.
Im so disappointed with the service of this walgreens and any other for that matter. They are so slow!. I am still waiting on the line for the pharmacy and I have been on for 45 minutes and still have not spoken with anyone!!! WTF! This is ridiculous!!
