Vio is absolutely funny and amazing. The drinks suggested is out of this world! Look forward to seeing Vio again at this location.

I go to this starbucks all the time, and have the best service and drinks. Today in the drive through the lady seemed very rude and blunt. When I pulled up to the window she only said what my total was, not even a simple hello or anything. Normally I get a young man who is super nice and always loves to talk and provides the best service

This has always been my go-to Starbucks location… never had any complaints. Everyone is always so friendly; however, tonight in the drive thru a barista (i believe her name was kyla, the name tag was unclear) seemed very rude. This is my second time interacting with her, and she has always given major attitude…

Always a pleasant experience! Even though they’re always busy and constantly in rushes the employees are always super friendly and energetic which isn’t seen much in customer service! The drinks and food is always amazing!

Today I passed through the drive through. Literally passed right through it and forgot to order. Don’t ask how! Probably from being overwhelmed from screaming children. Anyways, Dominic was extremely sweet and understanding. I ordered what I needed and was apologetic because I was holding up the line. Thank you Dominic for your understanding! You were wonderful. Small gestures mean the most.

This place, no matter the time of day I try to come, always has a long wait. I got in line at 9:11am and at 9:37am asked for a refund. Why does it take so long to make a simple cold brew nothing in it coffee? It’s always so busy and not good line maintenance....will not be going here again

I stopped in this location for much needed self-care and purchased the tomato and mozzarella sandwich along with ordering a pink drink. My sandwich was warmed up as I requested and my beverage was prepared per my request as well. It was so nice to be able to sit inside a Starbucks again!! The service was great, the staff very friendly and the atmosphere was soothing, which I really needed at the moment.

A refreshing experience towards their punkin spice latte, the ones I had previously experienced prior to this location tasted like burnt popcorn. But this location had one that tasted closer to pumpkin bread. Always a fast drive through line too

This location can get very busy but the employees are always quick & so accommodating. Thank you to the gentleman who helped craft me a drink that I would enjoy! I hope the baristas are paid fairly here.

One day my card declined because my bank shot down my card and the cashier was so nice she gave me the drink for free and she made my day, love you staff

Really bad service. I am a loyal Starbucks customer and usually order caramel macchiato. The past two times they messed up my order. Apparently per a manage they are running out of the products and yet i get charged for a full price of caramel macchiato. This is a false advertisement. At least you need to let the customers know in advance that you’re going to use substitutes. Someone who drinks the same drink everyday can know the difference.

I just had a tooth pulled out and cant speak. They were very nice and took my order from me typing a note on my phone. The drink is fabulous!

I go to this Starbucks almost every morning before work and always have a great experience. The drive thru line is always quick even if there is a lot of cars and their customer service is exceptional. Today I put in a mobile order for a breakfast item, although they ran out of it when I reached the store. The shift supervisor Kevin was amazing and not only refunded me for the total amount, but also provided me with another vegetarian breakfast item. Thank you Mitchell Hammock Starbucks for always making my morning!

I have been to this location several time and received good service and well made drinks. Folks here are attentive and customer service minded, in my experience. It always has a rough in/out traffic flow... no the store’s fault, but makes it hard to quickly “drop in”!

Love the people that work here! They are always friendly and positive energy! Giving 3 stars cause the way the drinks are made is never consistent. The University Blvd store always has consistency! I always know my drink will be exactly the same every time!

I had the absolute best experience with Vio at this store! They were kind, cheerful and patient with our carload of multiple orders. Our car made a few mistakes with our order and they were able to adapt it and take it in stride even during a rush. 5/5 stars. Would give more if I could!!

I still have to admit I cant believe Starbucks raised their regular coffee and maybe all of the coffee there so much while this pandemic was going on it really is surprising and shocking and they claim to be so global friendly.

Worst customer service Ive ever gotten On several occasions. Complained about my drink being wrong and all the guy did was stand there in the drive-through and wish it around in his hand mixing the ice in the coffee watering down my drink wasnt even solving my problem could care less about how he was messing up my coffee even more and just handed it to me with an extra cup. Never in my life do I want to go back to that Starbucks.

Ive given this place several chances and nothing has gotten better. Ive come in through the drive-thru every time, and half the time end up coming inside to get the coffee remade or filled up. The first time I was here, it was amazing. Great, fast service and delicious coffee. The next time, the cashier that took our order was incredibly rude and condescending, both to us and to her co-worker. We called the general manager to let them know, and they understood and explained that the staff is not newly trained, but rather a collection of transfers from other Starbucks with bad habits. Okay, makes sense. My main problem is that theyre the only Starbucks that doesnt fill the cup all the way up. That goes for the ceramic cups I have in the photo, and for the standard paper cups. Not sure whats up with that.My advice? Hit up the Starbucks on Red Bug just a few miles down the road. Theyll at least give you what you paid for.

This is probably my favorite Starbucks location! Everyone is always sooo nice and Ive never had an issue with my orders!! And if I forget something on my mobile order, everyone is super accommodating and helps me out!!I also bring my pup with me through the drive thru at least once a week for a pup cup and they even remember his name!! My boy gets sooo excited when we go and everyone is so sweet to him!Love the Mitchell Hammock/Oviedo location!!

FINALLY!! A company that doesn’t just send those Covid 19 emails as TOTAL BS. Every employee had a mask and gloves. A full mask! They actually are doing something to help prevent the spread. To me, most important are the people handing my food. Awesome on Starbucks. Also, our drinks are always made perfect. Super friendly staff here!

They support a missions organization in Haiti, featuring their pictures across the room.Mitchells is right in the middle of Lakelands Saturday farmers market, so be aware of that for visiting or parking!

Loved the new kale and mushroom egg muffins. They tasted delicious.

I come to this location A LOT, and at different times (early in the morning before work, the afternoon, etc.) and it is pretty much ALWAYS busy, so I usually expect there to be a wait. Also, it seems the people of this location love to order on the go, so sometimes you are waiting for a while for someone to take your order too, but never super long so I cant complain. Definitely my favorite location.

My family dropped me off a Peppermint Mocha. It was missing a 1/4 of my drink inside the cup. Not sure what happened to the quality of this location but it seems to go rock bottom service in every category. I will have to keep heading over to Lake Pickett for the perfect drink. Trying to stay away from Dunkin and Wawa 🤬

The staff was wonderful and made sure that our orders were correct even though we fumbled with our own order when going through the drive-thru. Even though it was busy at the drive thru, Vio who was working the register and taking the orders was really sweet and patient with us.

Watered down hot chocolate, cold coffee, remakes and still unable to drink. Nothing but sassy attitudes. Do not recommend this Starbucks.

I ordered online 4/4/2019 around 430pm while at work. A co-worker of mine was making a starbucks run for the office. She had to fight whoever was there to give me my order. I ordered two cake pops and the Iced Caramel cloud macchiato. Whoever worked there was fighting my co-worker that I did not order a coffee. They didnt want to give it to her. Finally someone else made it but put so much foam in the coffee that by the time she arrived the cup was half empty and the foam was gone. I love starbucks but I am VERY disappointed that this happened. I paid for my coffee i expect the cup to be full and it was half empty. Dont think I will be ordering from this location again anytime soon. The photo attached has not even been sipped from. Very disappointed.

SLOW is the word .Another cheap corporate chain that understaffs.Would you want to wait 20 minutes for your coffee?No.Then why is it ok to do it to other peolple.Also they close the store every once in a while for no reason and put signs on the door without explaining why they are closed.The manager does not not know how to manage the location a d has no idea about getting the correct amount of workers to make the shift go smoothly. This is the joke location in central Florida.

I go to this Starbucks twice, every-other-weekend, and usually, I dont have any complaints. However, the last 3 times that Ive been here, my order has been incorrect. The only drink that I order at any Starbucks is the peppermint mocha frapp...the last 3 times, they have forgotten to add the peppermint, even though on the order screen and receipt, it shows peppermint. This last time I went, on 5/24/2020, not only did they forget to add the peppermint to BOTH of the drinks that I ordered, but they put so much ice in the blender when making the drinks they were next to impossible to drink and tasted watered down. If these drinks were just a couple of bucks, it wouldnt be an issue, but when Im spending close to $20 every time I go, then it becomes a big deal. Please tighten up and pay attention to the order when making the drinks.

Everything about this place is terrible.

I love this Starbucks, the baristas are all very attentive and remember my drink all the time. The baristas care enough to get anyone’s drink right, and are so excited when you tell them it’s good; they really want to please the customer: some of the really special ones are Kevin, Mercedes, Yazmin, Taylor, Hannah, Savanah, and Jackson who make really foamy foam that I love. If you want a new Starbucks home this is the one for you. (Miss Kay).

They are fast and make my order correctly! I come early in the morning and late in the evening. Both times, they greeted me and helped me feel relaxed. Definitely a good group of people.

Only customer at 8 p.m. Employees stood around chatting instead of taking my money or even starting my simple iced coffee. If they needed to brew more, I should have been told. Instead no one came to the window at all after I placed my order. So I drove off. I guess I will be waking up at 5 a.m. from now on to get my coffee instead of the night before. At least the morning crew rocks!

This Starbucks is too noisy, and every UCF student is there surfing on their computer and studying/doing homework. Nothing wrong with that other than there are no seats and tables for the patrons that come in, eat, drink and go.Also, I ordered a tea for a fairly high price. When I drank it and went for a refill, they wanted more money! Id rather eat and drink where there are free refills, because their tea aint THAT good!

The coffee is always as expected. The inside is always clean, including restroom. Good location and plenty of parking. Good sitting areas inside. Great for students or working professionals who need a place to do work.

Starbucks has lowered their prices since they first started, even though they are a little more expensive because they offer quality food and drinks. The place is cozy and has free wifi so you can sit down and do online work with your devices. You wont get kicked out for it because its a lounge for people to come and relax and I really appreciate that.

Bring headphones if you plan on doing work, the music is very loud and not exactly relaxing.

Made another visit to my hit or miss neighborhood Starbucks. I ordered Berry Hibiscus. I got a little Berry Hibiscus and a mystery additive. It was darker than usual with foam on top with an additional flavor I couldnt identify. I just threw the whole drink away....sigh
