CSM WAS VERY RUDE,WHEN I SUGGESTED TEAM WORK WAS VERY IMPORTANT WITHIN THEM SELVES. THEY NEED TO APPRECIATE WHEN SOMEONE OLDER THEN THEM GIVES THEM A SUGGESTION.

Clean location, I feel like Walmart has done an amazing job during the pandemic to ensure that everyone is staying safe with clear assessibility to hand sanitizers and to keep their locations fairly clean. The lack of mask mandate/enforcement is the only concerning part of this location however the location is fairly large and it is sort of easy to ensure that you distance yourself from individuals as such. The meat prices are cheap and the cuts arent that bad. The produce is often well circulated and fresh, especially love the freshness of the strawberries and blue berries. Wash your fruit when you get home though just to ensure their freshness. There isnt anything overly crazy about this location, I like the parking and I like how quiet the location is

I alone went to purchase wine for myself and was refused because my boyfriend who had left the store to start the car was not there to show his ID. Not to mention the woman was very rude to me as if I a person of legal age to purchase alcohol was trying to pull a fast one on her. I even understand refusing the sale but she was so rude to me that I will not be returning.

There was an employee stalking me in the store making feel unsafe who then accuses me of stealing even though shed been following me the whole time and knew I didnt! She harasses my same race family members every time we shop and Im not sure if its racially motivated or not since Ive never seen her do it to anyone else or my non-minority of my family members. She always points at me and starts talking with another employee when I walk in. When I told a supervisor about this she then accused me of lying and causing problems! I saw other reviews about the discrimination at this store. If you care about the safety of your family DO NOT SHOP HERE

Price is okay. But the customer service is horrible. There is a short, old lady who was helping me to rescan my food today. (It happens all the time, because mostly they are self-checkout.) She was very rude, never say hi or explain anything to customers. Just come and put the numbers on screen and run away. Thats why everyone recommends go to Publix.

If you live around UCF, and dont want to waste time roaming in useless aisles, the Walmart neighborhood store is the place to do groceries.It is conveniently located close to UCF, and theres a nearby Publix as well if you are a Publix person. :)Anyways, this Walmart has aisles sorted for customer-friendly and time-saving experience. Fresh produce is right at the entrance, followed by dairy, and then household necessities aisle comes next.One does not need to wander between aisles and waste time. Thats the only reason I always do my groceries from this Walmart location.

Clean. Smaller compared to casselberry branch.

Best prices on most items. High end stuff not available as much. Not many customers. Had way more employees doing curbside and delivery than actual shoppers.

AL was amazingly helpful. Although it took some time, he insisted he’d be able to help me look for an item he noticed I was desperately looking for. Rather than just point me to aisle, he checked every aisle himself to find what I asked. From my experience, most grocery employees would have just given up. But have to say, this was the best grocery experience I’ve ever had!

Good, has all you need. Foods, soaps, glues if you dare.

I like this Walmart they have a big selection of everything..i just wish they would carry my liquid coffee creamer the chocolate cream..its so delish..

Went at a time where there was not much restocked yet but spacious store. Friendly staff, everyone smiling behind the mask. Not crowded at all. (Monday morning).

Just had a terrible experience here. I was in self check-out and I scanned all of my items and paid then headed out of the store. An employee literally chases me down outside in the rain and asks to see my receipt? I was literally the only person of color in the self check out line and was the only one asked to show a receipt. This is why I only like to shop at Publix and Target.

Probably my favorite walmart to shop at. Sounds weird, but staff is always friendly and helpful, they always have what they need, being in hospitality I wish they went back to being open late.

My local Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market is conveniently located only 6 tenths of a mile from home. The prices are not too bad, pretty good compared to the prices at a Publix supermarket across the street, though Publix does have a better selection of upscale items. Wal-Mart has a pharmacy, a wide variety of health and beauty aids, a deli department, and a selection of baked goods and fresh ready for the oven pizzas.

Very nice people,and a clean establishment. Not to busy this morning.

Small compared to the he other supermarkets but it seemed less expensive to me.

Shelves on all aisles empty, looks like havent been stocked for days....but doesnt really matter. No one available to check you out. Only one cashier for entire store devoted to self check-out. Handicapped and need benefit of cashier!

I thanked the cashier but she didnt offer me any response in response, I understand things can be tough sometimes because working retail is the worst. Best of luck to the employees here

The store is actually good, id say 90% of the employees are also awesome. But the rude lady today at the returns desk put a bad taste in my mouth. She needs more training asap.

I always prefer going here over Super Walmart, but there have been several times where I have gone and the produce section looks like it hasnt been restocked in days

Hey guys!!No everybody that visit this store buy only a few items you have a lot of customers that shopping full cart like me. You need more people working on the register. I can’t buy the merchandise and do your job. Come on!!

The pharmacy staff is very friendly, and knows just how to treat customers. Shane the head Pharmacist he will answer any and all questions you may have, about you prescription or health in general. I just meant Peter the other Pharmacist friendly as well. Great place I would definitely recommend this Pharmacy.

These neighborhood stores are much smaller than the real WM Stores. This one seems to run out of my favorite items like eggwhite, light & fit yogurt, Swai fillets, smoked turkey legs. Even packaged Black forest ham and Baked honey turkey cold cuts and bananas were out sometimesBlame on those hungry UCF STUDENTS.

3.13.2020 Shelves are empty but new items coming in very quickly.

Be prepared for self checkout, it can be hectic. Interesting mix of customers, college kids and senior citizens from Palm Valley.

They need to teach the evening manager there how to operate the register properly and how to be respectful to shoppers. Don’t get upset with the shopper if you don’t know what you’re doing.

Never any carts. No sanitizing of carts if you do find one. But is conveniently located near UCF

Neighborhood Wal-Mart has great prices and friendly staff

Love it. Sometimes has more choice than others.

Have all the basics. Not a regular Walmart. But carries all the basic groceries that you would need.

Out of staffs for pickup order and too late for service.

No longer requires customers to wear masks at all. Will not be shopping here until after the pandemic ends, if ever. If this store won’t make even the slightest effort to protect its customers, then I will certainly not be setting foot inside.

The staff here is SO friendly and welcoming every single time I go. From the cart personnel outside, the deli man I always see, the customer service area, the pharmacy, staff on my way in and out of the stores; all of them have been nothing short of friendly and helpful.

A couple weeks ago i was very unhappy with a situation that happened in Walmart. However, today i went and talked about the incident with manager Ms. Andrea. Ms. Andrea was very polite and made me feel comfortable. She listened to my issues. I appreciate her!

Worst experience ever today I went there and there was a short white lady that has short black hair and she has highlights in it. I felt harassed by this lady I was doing self check out because there was no cashiers and she decide to hover over my cart not staying 6 ft apart so I felt uncomfortable a kind of harassed because this is not her first time doing it . I rent to tell the manager and they said that they will have a talk with her but I guess she knew it was me because a few days later which is today she decided to call over all her friends I guess in whisper in the ear saying it was me but I will give this Walmart I will give this a 0 star rating if they had the option.

I shop here weekly, I enjoy the staff and recently when I was unable to shop I used their online pick up service and it was excellent. Each time a staff member would bring out my order load it into my car and explain if an item wasnt available and allow me to accept an alternative or not.

Understaffed. NEVER any cashiers when I need to checkout. No customer service reps either. Not everyone can self-checkout with a mountain of weekly groceries. Poor performance, Walmart!

This store proves as a fact that Walmart hires the most inconsiderate and clueless individuals to work in their stores. I would rather go across the street to Publix and pay a little more, where I know that I am valued as a customer.

Normally I like this Walmart, but the employees I encountered today made me loose even more hope for people. Like 2 men to just stand there and watch a woman holding her toddler and her shopping bags, have to go down into the carts to get one, and not even try to pull one out blows my mind. They were not doing nothing, I get there is a pandemic but just wow, and another customer just walk right in front of me also a guy, and son. Not even offer to help grab one.

Everything my wife and I needed and vary conveniently located near our hotel.

Best Customer Service. I love Jessy. She always helpful, great personality, and always greet with a smile.This location is well stocked. I always find what Im looking for. There are self checkouts so you dont have to wait in line long. You can get in and out of there quickly. Employees are always friendly to me.

Competition is fierce, familiarity with the workers at Walmart will make the difference on choosing Piu liz, Sprouts, or Walmart. I t seems to our family that this corporation get rid of long term employees for temps/part time that do not know where products are. Get your act together or you going to lose many regular clients.

Always there for you when all shops are close. Very convenient location. In general you will find all the groceries and daily items you need.

Grumpy people. Until youre friendly to them and try to make them have a little laugh. Those are lousy, low paying jobs. Give them a break already. The stars are for the store, the people deserve five.

Standard fare neighborhood Walmart. Groceries at cheaper prices than competition. Easy check out and not heavy on employees asking to help you. Will shop here again just based on price and quick in/out. Liquor store entrance is next door, no passthrough for some very unexplained reason.
