Never shopped here but I called got the information on how to find them. I literally pulled up at 6:59 and all I need it was yellow Bolis for my daughters hair and they closed before 7 so I was very upset because I wasted my time coming there for nothing and they literally turned out the lights as I parked and saw me parking so I guess they don’t close at 7 o’clock to go before 7 o’clock.

I received excellent customer service from an older Asian gentlemen who works here. I was looking for a hooded hair dryer. He patiently unwrapped two different models and plugged them in so I could feel the heat on different settings to be sure of which one was best for me. He really knows how to service customers.

I had to hunt for a sales person to locate an item. After locating a sales person, she gave me verbal directions to locate the item. No interest in customer service.

I do love this store its huge!The staff is pleasant, could be a bit more helpful when youre trying to locate something, but overall they have all your beauty store needs.

They had a good selection of hair.

Poor customer service. I made a few purchases and drove home. Upon reaching my home and checking my bag I realized an item I purchased was not In the bag. I promptly called the store and notified them that I was missing an item I purchased. The representative told me that the item I purchased was at the register and to come back to the store. I returned to the store and notified them that the item at the register was mine, I called earlier and was returning to pick it up. I was notified by the representative that they would have to check the security cameras to verify. Confused I asked why if the woman who checked me out verified she forgot to bag my item, and I also called and was told to come back because it was waiting for me at the register. I showed my receipt and asked them to compare the Sku number as it should match the item I purchased that was not bagged. They refused. I felt as if I was being treated as a liar.The manager came to speak with me. I asked why am I being treated in this manner when I had to drive twenty minutes back to the store (40 minutes total) due to their error. No consideration was given to me due to the time wasted because of their mistake. Additionally, the managers demeanor was dismissive of my concerns. I asked for a refund. I will not patronize a place that has poor customer service and non accommodating for mistakes made on their end. Please do not visit this store! They do not value customers and exhibit poor customer service.

Poor customer service. I bought a product Eco Style Professional styling gel from this place. I was checking where the Security tape was, in preparation for opening, then noticed next to it, a long crack, unoticable unless closely observed. So I called Mr. Steve that same day about the product being cracked and wished to exchange it the following day. He made a fuss about it.1. The product was cracked, located where the tape keeping the product secure was, so it seems they knew.2. He refused to exchange it, saying customers wont buy it(NOT MY PROBLEM) you sold it broken and didnt think the customer would notice and/or care. Well I did and came respectfully. Still got attitude.3. He also made a statement saying, Sometimes customers come buy things, use, break and return. My item was in the same condition I bought it (Security tape included) unopened.4. Im not sure if it was his wife, but she gave nasty looks which was unnecessary. I understand you want to support him but this is a business, and your attitude can cost it when it aint boomin due to customer decline. Mannerism.5. I finally got my exchange after my boyfriend checked over the intact switched product and was told not to come back.6. Well, luckily for you, Mr. Steve thats why I had a problem with your policy. If theres a no refund, only exchange products in a resalable condition(which it wasnt sold in one) and store credits, then where would your unsellable products that you sold fit? I wasnt happy with the services and I had no intentions on coming back anyway.🤷🏽‍♀️ Sketchy policy.Dont shop here.

EXTREMELY overpriced. While they do carry a vast selection of products, I paid DOUBLE the price for a shampoo and conditioner that I later found on targets shelves. Talk about a rip off...

Everything hair catered for black women. You want it, they got it; crochet hair, braiding hair, wigs, weaves, human hair, accessories, hair tools, nails and makeup. Soo happy to have this in the neighborhood.

Will never go in this store EVER! Poor service. Rude and ignorant salespeople! Accused of ripping a package that I had picked up off the floor to replace on hook. Rude man yelled at me say now I cant sell I DID NOT RIP IT! I was just cleaning up the mess someone else left. Then followed me glaring at me. I put my items back and left. Never in my life have I experienced such hateful and rude service. I will make sure I tell every person I know to never go to this place!

I love buying my nails and wig caps from here. Its a professional store. I wish the workers would stop staring you down though, but other than that, not bad!

Items like ponytail holders all have locks on them. I dont like shopping like this. I have been in other beauty stores in the inner city and they dont have these items on lock. This store is in Ownings Mill, md which really surprised me.

This beauty supply store has a wide variety of wigs, weaves and braiding hair. It also has a small salon at the rear. Though Ive never used its services. The prices comparable to most other stores. However the specialty wig section in bac near the salon I highly over priced. Better off going online for the same product. There is lots of parking as its within a shopping plaza. Online it says the store closes at 9pm however they actually close the doors early 8:45 - 8:50.

As a salon owner and licensed cosmetologist, I definitely DO NOT recommend this store. This store is probably the most over priced store in Baltimore/Maryland. The amount that these scammers charge for their hair and products is not worth it. Please take head. Do not get taken advantage of.
