The pharmacist there was fine, but the aides really cant be bothered to help. I ended up paying full price for my medicine and will deal with the insurance company over their customer service. If you have a choice to go some where else then please do.

Called 3:30 on wed, told ready wed evening or first thing Thursday. Called 12:19 pm Thursday and told not done would be 20 minutes.At store 2:30 pm Thursday and STILL NOT DONE!!.told will be 10 minutes. So now after calling twice, i get to stand around and wait..Not very happy about competency.
This is one of the worst pharmacies I have encountered; both as a patient, and as a prescribing physician. As a patient, I have never one time gone in and had my script ready the first time; always a story about not receiving the fax or phone call. At first, I was frustrated with my physicians office .THEN I started encountering this pharmacy as a prescribing physician... Not one script I have ever called or faxed in was received the first time. Not once. Every single patient has called back to tell me the pharmacy didnt get my fax, or didnt get the voicemail I JUST LEFT! I have verified their fax number, I have verified their phone number, yet still, this is the ONLY pharmacy I consistently have to scripts to repeatedly, with every single patient.
I have a monthly prescription every month they would say I did not have anything ready when they would look it up they would say I was not in the system, how hard is it to get birth control pills ready but it was a hassle every month until I finally stopped getting them there
Horrible pharmacy. Theres a pharmacist there, Luke I think is his name. He is very rude and condescending. Worst experience Ive had in a long time and I will never go back if I have a choice in the matter thanks to him.
I really dont know what is a worse pay between ozark and nixa walmart but the both do not know what good customer service is. Everyone working is always so condescending and speak to you with such attitude. They were completely unwilling to help nor did they seem to care to either. They acted like I was just the biggest inconvenience in their day.

I keep getting two year prescriptions and every time they say its expired. Im tired of playing these ring around circles
