Paid for a re level in August 2020, and the job was never completed as promised. The employees were very respectful, the owners very unprofessional. I called several times and was promised a response and nothing has been done . Then was ghosted several times. Recently had my wife call and actually talked to them. She was also made promises which were never kept, and now they are ghosting her. A father and son business with apparently no respect or common courtesy to customers. And some of the 5 star reviews by themselves, employees and friends, come on man. So to be clear, one side of my house is 1 1/2 inches lower and this is OK by them ?

Feel i wasted my money, 650 dollars did not replace one jack, used all my scrap wood to use under my jacks, why did i pay 650 ??and now its slipping out had to literally kick it back under, feels like its already falling again after 3 weeks.Rip Off!!

They are the best of the best. Got our relevel done and as they tell you when you call there is a wait list. Completely worth the small wait to get the work done by them as a licensed professional who has been in business for over 25 years!

I use Best Set on all Manufactured Home sets I do, they are great at what they do. Very busy but tries to do what they can to take care of each client.

When I bought my house that has to be leveled, I was told best set in 2016 . I called never received a call back in 2017 asked people on Fakebook where to get my house leveled, mixed reviews most said best set was NOT IN BUSINESS, some have said they are way too busy and won’t accept any new clients for three years. I’m writing a ebook will be s as bout Pahrump will put the word best set needs to be called CRAPSET LOOK ELSE WHERE WHEN I did get someone they were not nice on the phone . The owner must never be there or check up on the calls I was called naughty names . The owner is MIA when it’s to deal with the phones . He ( owner) thinks the business can run itself . GO ELSEWHERE TRUST ME the owner don’t go on google he probably thinks google is a fancy car.

The guy that leveled my house didnt level it properly and when I talked to the secretary she said she will send the owner the next day. He never showed up. I talked with her several times and each time no one ever came. Will never go through them again.
